Voda apartments have a great location, right next to all downtown Kirkland restaurants and local shops, and 2 blocks away from the waterfront. Apartments have the best interior designs, good walls insulation compare to other apartments, extra storage and walking spacious closet in the bedroom. I recently moved to Voda Kirkland from Seattle and I am so pleased with my decision! The leasing/move in experience was seamless due to a well organized and professional staff that respond to inquiries quickly. The building is clean and well maintained even though I hardly ever see or hear a maintenance person, which makes me think they must be ninjas. My apartment is lovely. Its only 700 SF, but the open layout makes it feel larger. Plus there is plenty of closet and cupboard space. The appliances are modern and really nice. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a must for me! I also really love the heating/AC unit on the wall. It works just like central heating/AC where you can program it to keep the apartment at the perfect temperature all the time. This is important to us furry face moms and dads! And last but not least, the location is amazing! Once things go back to normal, I look forward shopping, dining out and participating in community events. I highly recommend Voda Apartments so if youre thinking about leasing, dont hesitate. Apply now!

Excellent leasing info process

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Cars were broken into while parked in a residential garage.We have two cars , both parked in residential parking garage. Yesterday evening/night our cars were broken into and valuables stolen.

My husband and I relocated here from the East coast. I was very confused and nervous moving to somewhere new and not knowing anyone.The management staff at Voda apartments namely, Katie and Julie has made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Everytime I have asked for their assistance with anything. They have always been very knowledgeable and generous.I really am enjoying residing here and look forward to more times.👍🙌🤗I

I recently relocated to Kirkland and needed to find an apartment to lease. While I was searching online I stumbled upon Voda Apartments and immediately was drawn to the location. I contacted Voda and spoke to Julie Avery and Katie Ferguson, they answered all my questions and got my application started right away. The application process was easy, fast, and all done online; I got my apartment approved within a few days. The Voda staff provide great customer service and was very accommodating to my needs. When I saw my apartment I realize I didn’t like the layout and they were so kind to allow me to switch apartment room even when I have already sign the lease. My car was robed 2 days ago ,not really safe!!!

We were picky first time renters when we stubbled onto VODA. What we found is a Unit that’s bright and airy, has wonderful amenities, a dynamite view and everything within easy walking distance—-including transit!! The management staff and maintenance are top-notch —-attentive, quick to respond to any of our needs, and always greet us with a happy smile and a cheerful hello! We love living here and would encourage anyone looking to live in the downtown Kirkland area, to give Voda a visit!

Ive truly enjoyed living with Voda Apartments. The location is second to none. All of the staff have been incredibly helpful and quick to answer any or all of my apartments. Noise has been a non-issue. Not to mention the appliances at the gym has gone beyond my expectations for a typical apartment workout facility.

A few months ago, I moved into Voda from out-of-state and had to take my apartment site unseen due to the speed of my move. All I can say is my apartment, as well as our building and location, all surpassed any expectations I had (and I’ve lived in nice places in large cities…. :) The building staff is the best I’ve ever worked with at an apartment complex--genuinely kind and friendly, as well as extremely responsive to any question or concern. They go above and beyond consistently, including staying late without hesitation if they’re addressing something (even non-urgent) for us. Voda opened less than a year ago, so apartments are absolutely brand new and everything is gorgeous. Being two blocks from the lake, as well as right on super cute Park Lane, in Kirkland feel like such a luxury. If Voda is a place you’re considering, feel free to rent here without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed, rather you’ll likely find yourself much happier than you expected. It’s an amazing community!

The Voda is THE place to live in downtown Kirkland! Not only is the location incredible, but so are the amenities, staff, and apartments. Everything you could possibly need is within 5 blocks walking distance and we could not be happier!

Very disappointed with my experience at VODA. I visited VODA with my friend, Roberta. I found an apartment I really liked and decided to pay a deposit to hold the unit. We were told I would get a free months rent, the price of the apt was 2,700 and that $ 600 would hold my apt and that$ 300 of that 600 was refundable. My friend was present for all discussions, and when I completed the paper work. She asked him for clarification and he restated the above. The truth was the $300 was not refundable, the apt rent was $ 3,045, not 2,700. The sales agent came up with the 2700 after prorating the one months free rent over a year. I found it to be similar to a bait n switch . John Paul was the employee and is no longer with the company. I never was able to speak with him again. Also dog walker access was difficult because if you were a single renter/occupant you got 1 key. This was a problem for me and another friend who also backed out. VODA did offer to connect us with another dog walker. Their fees were nearly double that of my current walker and with half the amount of time. I tried to explain what John Paul has said, and offered my friends input. We were told clearly there would be no refund and the rent was 3,045 not including the extra fees for my dog, as well a parking fee of $ 125. My advice is to get EVERYTHING in writing and hold them to task. I must say it is a lovely place, well done, and a great location. Also at the time, I asked to see other units facing south and west. I was told they were already leased and if anything was available, I would not like it, as it faced the back of the Heathman hotel and the others facing the water were a bit noisy. Later on I viewed the units facing the Heathman and they were great, quiet and private.Colleen
