I loved living here, one of my favorite things is the trees! They are old and big and they have many squirrels and in the evening or early morning you will see rabbits, there is also a Owl that you might here at night or in the evening. I just love the wild life and management is wonderful! Great people to work with or to just stop in to say hi also maintenance is great not just the work that they do they are also great guys, good people to have around, so if you like a peaceful place and you love trees and wild life you will love this place. The only reason why I moved I needed a bigger place for my daughter and grandkids who moved in with me, I like these people so much that I moved to there sister apartment Aspen Creek run by the same corporation, Thank you Asbury Park for having me for 5 years ❤yours truly, Marguerite Kelly

Me and my wife moved here because of the reviews. Honestly it did not disappoint. The management is really helpful and nice with us. I think for the price this place is really good! :)

A new resident: The property itself looks lovely and the staff have been nothing if not kind and accommodating.

This was my first ever apartment and I absolutely loved living here. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. Any time I put in a maintenance request, I always heard back within a day. They were so prompt with getting things fixed. Ive also heard of other apartment complexes charging you tons of fees after you move out, but I didnt get any extra charges when I moved out of Asbury. Overall, I think these apartments are wonderful!

I loved living in this park like community. The location was convenient for me. I could get to 405, Woodinville and downtown Kirkland easily. My one bedroom had a huge living room that fit a sectional. Maintenance and Management took wonderful care of me during my residency. They were responsive and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Asbury Park Apartments as a great place to live.

Ive been living here for a little over 4 years now and I really like the place. It is a well kept and quit community with a pool and fitness center. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Leasing staff is very friendly and there to assist with any issues/questions. I love being surrounded by tress and near the green belt.

I have lived here four years and I love this community! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The common area amenities are well taken care of and the 24 hour fitness center has brand new equipment. Keep up the fantastic management! Thank you Asbury Park Team!

I recently took a tour of the property, which was very aesthetically pleasing. The office staff was super nice, helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. Asbury Park is definitely at the top of my list for places to rent. Thanks again for taking the time to show me around!

Great community for the most part. Excellent and responsive maintenance and office staff. Unfortunately, rent is too high for these much older renovated apts. Super thin walls, no a/c, and no bedroom lighting. Nice looking place regardless. Pay $105+ on trash and admin fees ontop of $1700 for 650sqft 1BD by myself, not including utilities. Its just not worth it, especially that there isnt any community amenities. The staff is awesome but I cant stay just for that. If youre going to pay that might as well go somewhere that has things to do.

Honest organization. The location is good, quiet and green. Managers are always ready to help, caring and attentive. Tanya always works hard as a bee and is open to dialogue. Masters of maintenance technicians react very quickly and solve all problems. I recommend this complex.

This has been a great place to live. Its quiet. The staff is awesome and very on top of everything and the maintenance fixes everything within a few hours of reporting it. Live here!

The maintenance is timely and experienced. It is very pricy though. A one bedroom apt is going to cost up to $1,700 a month, including water, sowage, garbage, and electricity bill even if one tries to save water and electricity. I recommend looking for some cheaper place with the same environment.The management is terrible. They can hardly keep the tenants for long due to the high price. But they will try to charge you with non refundable fees. Watch out when you move out. They will try all means to keep your refundable deposit.

Been here for almost 2 years. Ive had no issues with maintenance or managment staff. Everyone is decent, respectful, and very professional.Only loudness is due to ambulances (but we’re across from the hospital..what donyou expect??).Theres no such thing as “affordable rent” now a days. Blame Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing, and the 700k+ homes being built in the area for that, not the managment.

Staff is not friendly. They are rude, and do not take any consideration of certain circumstances that may limit financial capabilities. Had some troubles with vehicles and their immediate response was to threaten to evict us if we did not get the vehicles moved in 10 days. Tried to explain to the office that we would try and move the vehicles when we could and they were disappointed to find that we had no money to immediately move the vehicles. No credit cards? No savings? Anything? It cant be that much. 1. That is none of their business. 2. Rent isnt cheap, we are all on the same struggle. The vehicle had only been sitting in the parking lot for one day before we got threatened to get evicted. Staff is impatient and only want their money. No special treatment for renewing the lease. Rent is always higher than expected.
