I love living here. Amenities are great and the rooms are a great size. Location is amazing- there’s a village right across the street with a ton of food and coffee options. And there’s also a super cute little park/beach right across the road. Hannah is the sweetest community director and gets back to you ASAP! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

We have been fortunate enough to have been renting from Weidner at Ondine in Juanita for several years. The team at Ondine, both past and current have been amazing to work with! Hannah in particular has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to help me and others within the building. Ondine in Juanita is also a fabulous place to live! The apartments are clean and of high quality. The location is amazing! So nice to be able to walk to Juanita beach and other amenities! I highly recommend Ondine for your next apartment home!

Every time I call the office to put in a maintenance request with Hannah she is able to fix any problem or issue I have the same day.Just last week, we put in a request to fix our patio door and it was done by the time I returned home from work! We have been living at Ondine as newlyweds since Oct 2018. SInce then, not only have we completely felt welcomed by this cozy community, but Hannah has gone above and beyond to make our stay even more welcomed! I was so surprised by the level of professionalism and the timeliness by Hannah, that we decided to move to bigger place in Ondine which also means we extended our lease. I loved this place so much, that I referred people to come stay here.

Living at the Ondine has been pretty amazing. Aside from the obvious perks (proximity to Juanita Bay, views, far enough but still close to the freeway, etc) the Ondine has certain things you wont be able to find at neighboring properties: service. Our community director, Hannah, is one of the most welcoming people youve ever met. Aside from moving us in, her personalized service and care helped get us to a new unit within the Ondine when the time was right to switch things up!The maintenance team is extremely timely and property is kept up immaculately.Take a tour.. come be my neighbor: youll be happy you did!

I have been nothing but happy with the Ondine at Juanita Bay apartments. Ive lived here for almost 2 years and they have always been accommodating. Maintenance is usually available (and if not for very good reason) my emails and calls are answered properly. If I ever lost a package they did what they could to help me locate it. I have no complaints. Sadly I am in need of a bigger space and need to relocate to a different location but I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I cant thank you all enough!

We love this complex and hope to call it home for a while.The most wonderful aspect is the staff. They are always warm, considerate and offer solutions to almost any question or request. I toured 15+ properties before I came across this one. The moment I saw this one it didnt take me more than 5 mins to decide that this is where I will have my morning coffee. Nice location, close to Junaita park beach and quick access to public transport. Super clean luxury apartment at a reasonable price. Hannah in particular is an amazing property manager, who patiently answered all my queries and made the entire move-in process hassle free

Phenomenal place to call home. What stands out the most is how sound proof the apartments are,my girlfriend and I have lived here for around two years now and I have only heard our neighbors once. Everything is top notch from the staff to the finishes in each apartment!

We have been living here since october 2018. We instantly fell in love with the apartment and the location of ondine. The employees are all also a plus each and everyone one of them have been so welcoming and helped us with any issues and quickly! If there was an issue they would let us know of any delay Hannah Weber has been a great person throughout the whole process. We loved this place so much we recently signed up for a 18 month lease :)

I have been staying at the Ondine for almost a couple of years – and I love it!Here’s why. Let’s break this down into Apartment, Service, and Location.Apartments – They are new, very well maintained, and most of all, great appliances! The appliances look and feel new, and they are great to use. The apartments are spacious, definitely much more open than anything you find in Seattle. When I moved in, the carpets, doors, wooden flooring, bathroom – everything seemed very well-kept. One other big plus for me, I don’t know whether it’s the door material or what, but the apartment appears to be soundproofed. My apartment is next to the elevator silo, and generally, that means a lot of noise. I have not heard or had any inconvenience of that sort in my time here.Service – I have stayed in a few apartment complexes so far, and I always have had some issue or a challenge with the leasing office. Not here. The staff is friendly, responsible, and take a lot of pride in helping people. A massive shoutout to Hannah, our Community Director - she is the best! She makes sure us tenants get utmost customer care, whether it’s running into her in the hallway, or picking up your package, or raising any concern with her. Also, I generally get maintenance to help me out on the same day, if urgent. Moving in was hassle-free. They had snacks in the apartments for moving day, did a walkthrough of the apartment and the building and answered all my questions.Location – I like this location because of its proximity to anything you’d need. You want to get on the 405; it’s just 3-5 mins. The gas station is just around the corner. You have Juanita Beach Park and Juanita Village right there. I also have a fantastic view of Juanita Beach from my room. Fred Myers and Safeway are probably 5 minutes drive. Not to mention the convenience of having multiple restaurants in the vicinity.

We have been living at top notch ondine apartments juanita bay for almost 2 years . The apartment and the manager Hannah wober are outstanding.She is so helpful and so kind and courteous and of course classy.We are so happy here only for her caring personality.Thank you Ondine and Mrs Wober.

So, overall this apartment complex is solid. Its clean and pretty well maintained. As far as general living goes, its been nice. A huge issue that everyone should be aware of before signing here is the parking garage. It has broken 3 times in the last couple months and was broken for a month earlier this year. By broken, I mean completely inoperable and sealed shut (until they can get maintenance out there to temporarily open it). This is not great for commuters who need to access their car from the secure underground parking every morning. Three of four of the times this has happened, I have been at least an hour late to work. I have heard from other tenants that this has been a frequent issue since the apartment was built (maybe 4 years or so). So, if you leave for work before 7 AM its fair to expect you will run into this issue at least a few times throughout the term of your lease. Id recommend having a backup plan for when this happens (get an orca card for the bus or ask a friend or something that could give you a ride). Im saying this because, since this has been a chronic issue since the apartment opened and hasnt been permanently fixed, one should expect it to be a problem moving forward. If you are one of the reps from Ondine or Weidner, Id really recommend sourcing a different garage door. I understand it breaking so frequently is not managements fault, but it is on management to procure a more reliable option so that Ondines residents may not only have confidence in the security of their cars, but also that the $50/mo going toward parking is well spent.
