I dont normally write reviews so a company either has to be really bad or really good to even get me to think about doing it. I have to say, Skintegrity has exceeded my expectations every time and I couldnt really be happier, and their exterior sign is great so you cant miss them. My friends suggested I go there and Im sure they will probably end up doing this too because they love it. Anyway, everyone on the staff is extremely nice and they know you by name when you walk in the door. My skin looks better than I thought possible, they arent the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Id rather pay more and be happy than go cheap and be unhappy and bothered every time I go to buy something else. Ive never been pressured to buy anything and I was given really good information about my skin. If you are looking for a medical spa I cant imagine anyone regretting going there.

I know people always say this but I never leave reviews. I felt the need to since this place has been absolutely amazing in every way. I’ve had horrible acne/scarring/hyperpigmentation for most of my adult years. Almost all of it has disappeared in my time at Skintegrity (except for the occasional breakout).Seeing them is the first time I can walk around without any makeup and feel amazing.Not only that but their customer service is amazing. They’ve always taken the time to answer every one of my questions and work with me on the best options for my skin. They’ve also fit me in day of and last minute just because of a bad breakout. I’ve never felt pressured to buy products or services, and they’re always conscious of my budget. It can be pricey but it is worth it. Thank you to all the staff at Skintegrity for always making me feel welcome and going the extra mile. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Wow. Spectacular spa. I just moved to Seattle and I lucked out finding this place right off. I did a little calling around , this was the only place that seemed knowledgeable and even seemed to know what the laser I was calling about was. They didnt have it, but knew of it and after talking with the consultant, I was impressed me enough to want to come in. So glad I did. The spa was really clean , the whole staff was knowledgeable and so down to earth . I really felt good when I left and after my skin analysis with a complimentary little mask they put on my face, my skin feels pretty good too. :) I will be back , thank you Skinintegrity cant wait for my next visit.

Highly recommend using Skintegrity Med Spa for your laser needs. They have such great service and the treatment is quick! The results are still amazing- 7 months after I stopped my laser hair removal appointments. I went for 7 appointments over a year and I’m glad I did.

Came to Skintegrity to get a peel and I loved it! Right when I walked in, I was greeted, signed some paperwork, and went in with the tech. Tiera was super funny and answered anything that I had asked her about the treatment/other treatments. She told me that after a couple days I should see results and I definitely did! Highly recommend Skintegrity for your skincare needs.

Great customer service, and my IPL rocked! I believe it was Tiera (?) who wielded the laser with expertise. Super thorough. I traveled from Whidbey Island, and it was well worth my time. Dr. Ward also took her time with me, prior to my treatment, to make sure I was a proper candidate. She knows her stuff. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! I had my first ever facial here and the whole process was wonderful. The lobby and rooms were sparkly clean and beautifully styled. Even though they had precautions set for covid, I still felt like it was a regular spa day and at no point felt unsafe.Tiera was a wonderful professional who walked me through the entire experience from start to finish and made me feel right at home! Sarah was also incredible and took the time to explain options laser hair removal.What struck me most about my visit was that at no point did I feel like I was being oversold products or services. Tiera asked me about products I use and recommended things for me based on my skincare needs but she never pressured me or forced products on me. Sarah as well gave direct and fair pricing for services and guided me based on my expressed needs.10/10 would recommend Skintegrity and have already scheduled to come back :)

I was at Starbucks one day and overheard two women talking about how great their skin looked and how fantastic Skintegrity was so I made a mental note, did an internet search, and made an appointment. The spa is very comfortable and clean and the staff is excellent, they make you feel comfortable and you can just tell how much they care about you and your skin. My skin looks fantastic and they definitely didnt disappoint, I wish I could thank those women and you will too!

I got such great results and I cant say enough about their customer service. Really top notch . Definitely the best Medical spa i have been to. I highly recommend them for their laser treatments and Botox. Ask for Tiera for laser and Dr. Ward for your Botox .

Just a heads up, I wouldn’t send anyone here. I worked for them for a while, but they were breaking every rule they could so I left. They reuse needles, bloody sponges, the husband wears scrubs to look like he has a medical background, and they have a doctor named Rex who got his license revoked in Washington giving some of their patients injections. This spa is all talk and only dangerous actions. Any esthetician that works here is in danger of losing their license.

I cant say enough about the staff, spa and my skin . I sopped around and was most impressed with this spa. I purchased a package of Fraxel treatments and they are pretty intense! . Tiera always takes her time with me. I numb for about an hour before getting zapped. Its a little me time tucked away in a room with provided netflix and wifi. I highly recommend going to Skintegrity Medspa in Kirkland if you are looking for a medical spa.

My daughter and I have been here several times and it is just excellent. The ambiance is trendy and relaxing which is sort of a contradiction and I love it. It isnt boring like a doctors office because they have neat music playing but everything is really clean like one. The owners are young and really kind and the staff is very experienced and kind as well. The other thing that stands out to me is they always offer me water when i come in the door, and I have to say, every time they give me a new really expensive branded water. Now I actually wonder what kind they will give us this time! Anyway, they do great work and have really expensive technology and their water is fantastic as well!! It is a no brainer with them, I definitely recommend them! Oh, and my skin looks better than it has for 15 years probably, maybe longer.

Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. good location and street parking usually available easily during the day. Enjoy coming here and would not hesitate to recommend Skintegrity to a friend

This place is absolutely remarkable. Wow! I’ve been there for three appointments and my stretch marks are 1/4 what they used to be. I’m in tears right now because my kids left lasting impressions on my body and I’ve felt bad about the way I looked ever since. Of course, I would do it again 100 times over, but now, I could do it all over minus the stretch marks! The facility is really nice and the staff are the best ever. The owners are extremely kind and the doctor and technicians all have tons of experience. They told me there is no one with less than 10 Year’s in their field and it shows. They changed my life. Thank you so much.

Tiera is AWESOME! She has been my laser technician and I have seen some excellent results--it has made me more confident and happy with my body. Sarah is excellent and always willing to make sure the clients are happy--she checks in with me and tells me about various services they offer. I keep buying a laser package and then deciding I want another area, and then another, and now I am very comfortable with the procedure and the laser (I prefer the Palomar). I have recommended people here who have also seen results. Thanks, yall!

So I went to skintegrity about a year-and-a-halfago after a friend had told me about them and said that they offered a service that I was interested in.I had a situation that was really embarrassing to me and kind of hard for me to come to grips with which was I was starting to lose my hair ...a lot of it. I just wasnt ready to do the bald look or you know keeping it short all the time so I went to the salon and immediately they made me feel welcome at home like I was talking to friends. I decided I was going to do the micro needling. It was a bit uncomfortable but the procedure wasnt terrible . Anyways three treatments in I have got my hair back and I could not be any happier with the results I can only imagine what 3 more treatment s will look like.Im really glad that I chose skintegrity to do this because there service was awesome.Since the first treatment Ive come back for other things like face peels and foot detoxes and I just love this place I dont go anywhere else anymore.I ve recommended skintegrity to all my friends and family. Ive been coming to Skintegrity for a little over a year. I was so delighted initially that I actually got skeptical of the whole deal and started looking for the catch somewhere, which in itself, is bad because sometimes you can manifest those things. Im happy to report that I have yet to have anything come up like that. If I had to complain about anything, its that sometimes they are slightly short staffed with the front desk every once in a while. However, I have personally seen them give someone services because they waited 15 minutes longer than they should have, which to me, is nothing but nonetheless, they have proven to be great even when theyre not great! If that makes any sense?!? I would recommend them to my daughter, mother, grand daughter, anyone. I couldnt imagine anyone regretting their decision.

The place is very clean and decorated well. The staff is great and I am happy with my Fraxel treatments . I am getting compliments on my skin already and I still have two appointments to go before I completed the package . I recommend them to anyone wanting to look better. They really know how to make your skin look refreshed . I look about 5 years younger since going there , or that’s what I am hearing from close friends .

I purchased my boyfriend Laser Hair Removal for his neck. He has horrible ingrown hairs. He has had 2 treatments so far and already its improved and he is thrilled with his results! So I decided to do my full legs, have had only 1 treatment and already I have seen an amazing difference!! We have had both Adriana and Tiera for our services and it has been incredible. They both explained the whole process to alleviate any fears or questions and they both seem very professional and knowledgeable. I also recently signed up for a treatment plan to remove my sun spots and I cannot wait to see the results from that as well!!!

Giving this place 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I scheduled a consultation for 10AM today. They confirmed my appt by text, in which they misspelled my name. I advised in response I would be there as scheduled. They recommend new patients arrive early. I arrived at 9:50. Their office was not open yet. Two women showed up at 9:55 who didnt remember the door code and had to fumble around awkwardly until they could get it open. I smiled and said hello. Then, one of them said I assume you arent just standing here randomly. Are you here for an appointment? They let me in. It took them a few mins to get the office opened up (which is fine, but still surprising a medical office is not open before 10AM on a Friday morning especially when they allow customers to book appointments online before 10AM). I filled out initial paperwork that took 10 mins. I then proceeded to sit and wait another 20 mins while they served other customer who arrived after me.I asked the receptionist if she needs to reschedule and reminded her that Ive been waiting over 20 mins. She said she would ask someone (which she did not do promptly). Another person came out, said the person I was supposed to be seeing was busy but she could try to help me and see what I wanted (really, this what she said). I told them I would go to another clinic and walked out.I usually work 12+ hour days weekdays, and weekends. I am finally setting aside some time to do some things for myself and it is unbelievably frustrating and disappointing that the MedSpa I chose does not value my business enough to conduct themselves in a professional and reasonably prompt manner.New clients have to be a priority for a business to succeed. If my clients waited over 20 mins to meet with me, they would go elsewhere also and my practice would fail. A lack of courtesy and respect for clients time typically translates to poor service overall and speaks volumes about the quality of services provided by this facility. There are plenty of other perfectly capable MedSpas in Kirkland. I do not expect Skintegrity will be in business for long unless they make a concerted effort to function in a way that is commensurate with a professional medical office.

This place is fantastic!! Tiera was sooo attentive and professional, I let her know this was my first chemical peel and she was so gentle with me. I look forward to going back :)

Tiera is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with acne and acne scarring since high school. And I have tried every product out there. She suggested a package of chemical peels and also laser. After my first session my acne was almost all gone! I was stunned! I further went on with my sessions and followed her skin care routine of products and treatments. Every appointment Tiera walks me through what she is doing and always makes me feel very comfortable. I have finished all my sessions and my skin is so immaculate! I never knew it could look this good! Now I feel confident going to the gym or grocery store with no makeup and everyone has noticed how much my skin has changed! Now I go in every couple of months for maintenance. The staff is fabulous! Everyone knows me by my name it feels like family everytime I walk through the door. Thank you so much Tiera and the Skintegrity staff for taking care of me! highly recommend this spa to anyone!

The staff here are pushy salespeople. Makes for a very tense experience. I bought the Groupon to try IPL. First visit, they pushed me to by $1k more worth of services and products (before Id even had anything done!) saying it was a limited deal. Im glad I didnt buy anything because after the second visit, I left with squirrel cheeks for two days (so embarrassing!). Makes me wonder how qualified the technicians are.Over all- I dont recommend this place. Your concerns and safety wont feel like their highest priority because your money is.

Skintegrity is absolutely awesome!!! Everyone who works there from the front desk girl to the owners to the technicians are incredibly professional. After I went to another lasering clinic in Bellevue where the owner mocked me for showing pain when she was testing the lasers, I knew I needed to find another place. I was overjoyed when I went to Skintegrity, who showed me nothing but love, empathy and compassion!When I had a bad experience with one of their doctors they QUICKLY rectified the situation beyond what Id even hoped for!! Whenever I am concerned about my lasering treatment and the effects, the owner gets right back to me instantly trying to assure me we are still on the right track and not to worry. I really, really appreciate their RAPID communication, empathy and attitude here. Communication to me is key and when people are slow to communicate, negative, lack empathy or show indifference, it is a HUGE, HUGE turnoff!! Thank you Skintegrity for all your help!

If I could give SKINTEGRITY MEDSPA 10 stars I would. Im really tired of being disappointed, let down, and in most cases, flat out ripped off by the companies in society today. It just seems like everyone is trying to rip everyone off and it is so exhausting. To date, there is only one company that has exceeded my expectations in the last 4 or 5 years, but now, there are two companies that have under-promised and over-delivered as they say. SKINTEGRITY MEDSPA is an absolute breath of fresh air and I just couldnt be happier. I purchased a package and have been there three times thus far and every time has been better than the last for one reason or another. Believe it or not, I even received a hand written thank you card in the mail after my purchase. I know its crazy! I really felt appreciated for the owner to send me a thank you, especially because you can tell they are successful and probably see purchases bigger than mine daily. All I know is, my skin looks fantastic and the people they have are skilled, honest, and ethical and the owners are more honest and ethical. If you want a business you can trust that will deliver excellent patient outcomes, SKINTEGRITY MEDSPA is it. I asked them if they could give me a guarantee and this was probably the most honest answer(s) I have ever been told:The owners said their paradigm was just a basic principle:Patient care is our only priority. Our general rule is simple, do the right thing and everything else will fall into place.They also said:We try exceptionally hard to be perfect and the best in our industry, but unfortunately, the only thing we can guarantee, is that we wont be perfect. However, I can also guarantee there isnt anyone out there that cares more than we do. We wont miss the mark twice, we make it right.This was the last thing they was:One thing I can absolutely guarantee without hesitation, and that is, we say what we mean and we always do what we say to a fault. If we have told you something, there will never ever be a time we dont follow through on that.The honesty and humble confidence in their abilities were huge and they have exceeded all of my expectations. This review may sound too positive but they made an impact on me. Dont take my word for it though, go see for yourself - you wont be disappointed.

I am so happy I found this place . Everyone is super friendly staff , Nice atmosphere , and I have only seen positive changes in my skin since going there for the last 6 months . I highly recommend going there . I have seen Kelli and Brandy and both of them were so welcoming , knowledgable and I can tell they are passionate about giving me the best treatments.

My experience at skintegrity was more than amazing. They instantly made me feel comfortable and even gave me a tour of the spa. I went in for a micro needling session that I bought for a great price off groupon. The session was with brandy, she made sure to go through all the steps involved and continuously made sure I wasnt uncomfortable or in a lot of pain. She told me what to realistically expect and informed me of some treatments that would give me even better results. I ended up buying a fraxel laser package for (not gonna lie) a looot of money, and I can honestly say I am sooo happy about it. They gave me so much information and even their personal results from the procedure, that it made me feel so positive about making the purchase. I am really excited that I found such great people to help me on my path to better skin.
