You will have a great experience with her and I highly recommend her for facials, and all the services she performs. You feel so pampered and the environment is so relaxing...

Horrible experience. I made an appointment over phone and I received a confirmation email as well. I drove in for my appointment only to find out that they didn’t have my name or reservation in the system. Not sure how I received an email confirmation. The lady who was there didn’t seem apologetic nor concerned. Worst customer experience to go through.

This place is amazing!!!! I used to come here when it was a tanning place so its nice to see that the space has been taken over and used well. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is super clean! If you need a facial, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Christine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and soooooo sweet! Her personality and vibe are so down to earth and very kind. Shes patient with all my questions I ask about my skin and knows how to knock me out with the amazing facial massage. Ive booked my next appointment with her and I can not wait!!!!!

Truly, the most amazing facial I have ever had. This family owned business is one of a kind, a jewel located on top of Finn Hill, in Kirkland. My skin is literally glowing. The moment you walk in you instantly feel relaxed and I love the staff. They also carry Bare Minerals! No more trips to the mall. Signing up for membership is the best gift I have ever given myself. I love Mod!!!!!

Just finished up with the new client special and what a deal that is! A full 70 min facial (best facial Ive had) and an awesome 50 min massage all for only $99...cant be beat. The spa was very clean and relaxing environment. Everyone there was super helpful and I felt very pampered and taken care of. I signed up for the monthly facial subscription and cant wait to go back and have Clair work on me again. She did an amazing job. I am recommending Mod to everyone I know! You will not be disappointed.

I have been coming to MOD for facials, waxing, massage and lashes ever since they opened. I have ALWAYS had the most amazing customer service. I recently decided to try lash extensions. Carrie- goes above and beyond my expectation each time I come in. She is gentle with my lashes and I end up falling asleep during the fill (which gives me a good hour nap.) Carrie has gone out of her way to make sure they are PERFECT each time. I highly recommend Carrie for extensions, always exactly what I want and never breaks my bank. Thank you Carrie!!!!

Great spa, excellent decor, restful atmosphere and fabulous staff. Everyone is extremely professional. Wide range of services. And the massage therapy has been extremely beneficial in reducing my pain. I also purchased some bareMinerals products and staff followed up to make sure I was happy and not having application difficulty. I would highly recommend Mod Skin and Body.

Ive been with Mod Skin and Body since they opened, and Ive been a happy customer ever since. Facials and skin care isnt just for women, as Ive got ongoing concerns about blackheads on my nose (I refuse to be one of those middle-aged dudes with a golf ball-nose), plus maintaining my skins general condition and appearance as I get older. Colleen and Clair are both superb, professional technicians who understand both the similarities and little intricate differences in male and female skin. I am always pleased with the results and the male-oriented skin care advice I get after a facial session with Colleen--I recommend her (and Clair) highly to men AND women (my fiancee also comes in for monthly facials with Colleen).

The first time I went to MOD I was a little hesitant when I found out they were located in a strip mall but decided to give them a chance. When I walked in the door I forgot I was in a strip mall! It was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The services I received were amazing! Its been almost 2 years since I walked through their doors for the first time and will never go anywhere else! I recommend MOD to all of my friends.

I cannot say enough great things about MOD. I have been a member since they opened a few years ago, and I love them. The staff are so kind and really make sure you feel at home and taken care of. They customize the facials for what you are needing. I feel like every time I go in Clair adjusts what we are going to work on that day, whether it is that my skin is looking dull, or I have a lot of breakouts, or even addressing my wrinkles. Ive had both facials and massages here and they are the most relaxing spa experiences out of anywhere Ive been.

I’ve been a client at Mod Skin and Body for nearly a year now and absolutely love it here. Clair and Polly are the most dynamic duo and experts in skin! Their level of care will impress even the most spa savvy clientele. I found this spa when it first opened, and am so glad that I did. My skin looks incredible, thanks to the team here at Mod!! Clair has the most amazing bedside manner, Polly can identify injectable/ product needs like none other. Both have suggested treatments/ product use that were necessary and have taken years off of my face. I’m carded constantly when out and I’m well past the point of that happening, but apparently their hard work here has changed my age? I highly recommend this spa you won’t be disappointed!

I just love this place. Customer service is amazing, always personable. I have received multiple services, but my favorite thing has to be my lash extensions. Carries work is a work of art. Definitely the best of places I have frequented over the years.

I have been coming to MOD since it opened. It is Amazing. It is ran by two very professional and knowledgeable women named Clair & Polly. They are a major reason I keep coming back, their customer service is second to none. They are very accommodating and friendly and have given the best customer experience I have ever had from a salon. I come for a variety of services because this truly is your one-stop-shop for all things to groom, beautify, and pamper regardless if you are a man or woman, they have something for everyone. I have enjoyed facials, waxing, laser hair removal, and massages. I have sensitive skin and what I love is their product lines offer a variety of options for all skin types. And their pricing is very reasonable too. I really have no reason to go anywhere else, so I drive all the way from Seattle to their location in Kirkland because I know the service will be outstanding. I really recommend checking out this salon and meeting the wonderful staff there too!

I ❤️ MOD! Ive been seeing Clair for facials, waxing, etc. for almost two years now I wont go anywhere else. Shes amazing! The spa has a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere and Clair and Polly are so friendly and knowledgable. I also buy all of my skin care products and make up here, and the girls are so great about figuring out exactly which products I need and color matching my makeup for me. I highly recommend MOD to anyone and everyone weather you have troubled skin that needs help/intensive treatment, or just need a place to relax and treat yourself, theyve got what you need!

The spa is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly! I go there for massages and facials on a monthly basis. My skin has never looked better and as a former massage therapist myself I am picky but the massages are the perfect blend of relaxation and treatment.They really go above and beyond for their clients I highly recommend giving Mod a try!

I came to Mod Skin and Body for waxing treatments and was blown away by the professionalism and care I received. I have now been seeing Clair for almost a year for regular Brazilian Waxing treatments and I have to say they are the best in Kirkland! I have since added other treatments to my routine and have been equally pleased with the results and kindness Clair and co. show me each visit.

I highly recommend MOD. Polly and Clair are very professional and caring. Ive had facials many times, but never one like i received from Clair!Clairs facials are more like a facial with a mini massage. I didnt want it to end! My face felt fantastic for days afterwards, so smooth, lively and fresh. Clair also treated me to a makeup lesson, which was also fabulous.I will be back and encourage you to treat yourself too! It is well worth it.

I had a rejuvenation facial and micro dermabrasion with Megan last week and she was amazing. So personal and professional and very good at what she does. Everyone who works here is so nice and truly cares about their clients. I am now a new customer.

I enjoyed my first facial experience at Mod Skin and Body with Sarah - it was amazing! Very relaxing and my skin looks great - they also recommended some great products. I also had a relaxing massage with Michael and it was a nice treat. These ladies at Mod are great.

I have had several treatments at Mod Skin and Body and have not had a bad one. I always feel very welcome. They take notes and are ready with recommendations for the next treatment. The spa is very clean and tranquil. The prices are great and you get more than you pay for. I have been to spas all over the PNW, USA and internationally. You could say it was a hobby of mine to work my way through spa menu. This is by far, one of the best ones I have been to. It beats most spas at resorts. I would highly recommend this spa. Polly is the best!

I came in a couple weeks ago with terrible eye lash extensions.. the lady I went to before destroyed my natural eyelashes and hurt my eyes. I came into Mod skin and body and Stephanie saved them. She has the most gentle touch, and will personally sacrifice her time/breaks to make sure I have the results I want. Her work is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more greatful for how confident her work has made me. Loved this beautiful spa. very cute inside and very clean with a warm feel.Both owners were there when I was in and are super friendly lovely ladies.cristine did my waxing, micro derm and facial. my skin feels AMAZING! the waxing was very good, I didnt have any skin irritation at all.I love supporting local small businesses I will definitely be back. thanks ladies.

Had the best facial I have ever had at Mod today. Colleen performed the signature facial (Rejuvenation) and microdermabrasion. It included foot, leg, arm, neck, shoulder, scalp massage! It was truly a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Colleen is a very gifted esthetician. This day spa is beautiful and extremely clean. My skin looks years younger. Colleen will definitely be seeing me monthly for facials!! I am also looking forward to some of the other services offered at the day spa, including massages! Ive been to a lot of spas and Mod is one of the nicest and affordable! So glad to find this gem in my own neighborhood!

I recently had my eyebrows Microbladed by Clair, and I am so happy with my experience. It can be a very shocking/overwhelming experience for those who go from over tweezed eyebrows to full on eyebrows. Clair was very reassuring during the entire process and explained everything as we went. I cant wait to go back for the 2nd part to get them perfected. Thanks Clair!

They are friendly and knowledgeable! My skin has improved so much since 2 months ago that I started Retin A and Obagi. I recently did a chemical peel... I would recommend them.

My mother was an aesthetician, and my dermatologist was Arnold Klein in BH, who brought botox into the US. So I am well versed with skincare and all the services. Ive known Polly since the spa opened and regularly bought my beloved Bare Minerals makeup there. Yet it wasnt until recently that I had my first facial. I was literally blown away. All I could say is that I thought I died and went to heaven. Her facials are on par, if not superior, to what youd expect to find in LA or NYC. There is a level of excellence that surprised even me. I have a friend in the services industry and recently said Hey, Mod Skin have you tried it? She said best &*#@ facial Ive ever had. You must must must try Mod. I loved it so much I signed up for their monthly membership and now I get discounted services and fabulously relaxing and regenerating monthly facials. Ive had two so far and I cannot wait for my next one. My skin already looks better than it has in years. Thank you Polly, and staff. Youre top notch as is your customer service, reminders and follow up. Simply the best in all of Seattle.
