I would discourage anyone from having any procedure performed by this organization. From day one, the billing office could not determine the correct insurance coverage and I had to call my provider to obtain it. The results from my procedure were worse than before it was performed. Worse yet, the doctor blamed me for these problems to the point he was berating his patient for the failed result. This came to a point where he was actually raising his voice and would not take any ownership/responsibility for the failed procedure. His only suggestion was to pay extra money for a procedure that was already botched.Lastly, when asked why my vision was worse than before the procedure, the doctor said it may be due to cataracts. He advised going to my regular optometrist. After another exam, there was no evidence of cataracts. This demonstrates the lack of concern and accountability for his patients, and I am now stuck with worse vision as a result.

Dr Wier and the entire nursing staff are absolutely wonderful. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the clinics selection for anesthesiologist very poor -⭐. She couldnt find my vein with the smallest needle available and kept sticking me without any warning like I was a pin cushion, I felt disrespected as a person and human being. 😞

Dr. LauKaitis and the entire Team are absolutely wonderful!! From the first appointment, to surgery and to follow up, everyone has been so personal and caring. I feel so comfortable here. Dr Lukitas removed my lower eye lid bags and did a beautiful job. I look 10 years younger and it was worth every penny. People cannot tell I have ever had work done he is very good at his work.

I was referred to this place to get the mole on my eye lid looked at and see about getting it removed. It turned out it has to be reconstructive surgery procedure. The doctor that worked with me was Dr. Sire and his associate. From day one, I was well taken care of and I felt at ease going through the whole process. My eye doesnt even look like anything was done except I dont have this huge mole along my lids. The wound healed quickly. I am happy I got Dr. Sire and his awesome talent to do my reconstructive procedure. The front desk was amazing and superior customer service. Thank you for all you did now and always.

I talked and talked and didnt even remember the surgery or anything going on. I actually miss chatting with the surgical team and the doctor. Very impressed about the entire procedure. Very good atmosphere (beautiful office) and Dr. Sires was very friendly and extremely competent. The women that work there: Lovely! Very real and helpful. A real asset. Everyone was very nice and I felt very comfortable. Friendly staff, everyone was so nice and helpful, kind and caring. Really surprised on how fabulous the service has been. I was expecting standard service like a hospital and the pleasant tone and fabulous personalities in this office made me so much more comfortable.

Gary from the laser hair removal department was so friendly, helpful, & honest over the phone. He answered all of my questions about laser hair removal in depth, and he was in no rush to get me off the phone. He eventually referred me to another place that would be better suited for what I needed, instead of just trying to get me in as a client.

My son had treatment for an eye issue here. The doctors and assistants were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Would recommend to family or friends!

I want to express my thanks for the wonderful job you did last October on my eyelids. Im so very happy that I now have unobstructed vision. In addition to making a change for the better in my range of vision, I find that a couple of other things were fixed. One, my eyes no longer tear-up at night or whenever Im outside in the wind, and two, my upper eyelashes are curled upward a little bit instead of pointing straight down like they used to do. Yea!

If you are looking for the best place to have a little something done then you have found it! My physician, Doctor Steve is amazing. He has done procedures for me many times. Some cosmetic and some to fix skin cancer After the removal of many facial skin cancers he was able to make me look great. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Reception desk very friendly. Waiting area was clean and ascetically pleasing. I got into my appointment with no wait time. Gary was very friendly and knowledgable. I felt comfortable with the treatment plan he made for me. He did an awesome job with my IPL. I will return to this clinic for further laser treatments

Dear Doctor: I would like to thank you for your work. I believe that not only the beginning was good, but also the end. I am halfway healed, but I am feeling great now too. Maybe the surgery was easy for you, but for me it seemed hard because of my heart problem. Thank God nothing complicated came up. Everything came out great! Everything about the surgery center was great and a good experience. Everyone was pleasant and patient with me even knowing how nervous I was about the procedure I was having done. The entire staff is top notch!

Dr. Radke is good at removing chalazions, but good grief do I hope my eyelids will just chill out.

Extremely dissatisfied! Dr. LauKaitis insisted that my mother needed a different procedure than what she was referred for. They went to the effort of redoing the exam for the procedure he wanted to perform because the initial exam didnt provide satisfactory results to prove to the insurance company that she needed the procedure. No wonder! She doesnt need that procedure. The doctor didnt even address the procedure we went in for or even speak to us prior to testing for the incorrect procedure until I inquired even though the referring physicians notes were very clear. Dr. LauKaitis said no insurance company would cover the needed surgery and quoted a HUGE fee to add it onto the other procedure he wanted to do. Guess what? The procedure she was initially referred for was approved by insurance and she received great results from a credible doctor. Allure seems like a good name - Luring patients in to grab their money!!

This place is a scam. The front desk was extremely dishonest with me about the New Patient Exam, she didnt mention that anything that Dr. Hauk (worst ever. actually does is a separate charge. The initial exam is $400!!! Then you have to pay for treatment!!!! So, this visit for a tiny skin tag removal cost over $650!!! They lied to me telling me it would be covered by insurance, but failed to tell me that the treatment/removal would not be covered. So I had to pay CASH on the spot! Also, they said they could Laser remove the skin tag, but THEY LIED again, and Dr. Hauk took SCISSORS to my eye to remove the skin tag. These people are shady and dishonest. The girls at the front desk are rude and quite nasty to work with as well as the billing department (getting defensive with me and talking down to me when I ask simple questions). If these people were honest, there would be no need for the front desk, and the billing person to get defensive with me right off the bat. So weird. Plus for a Laser Center, the office is outdated and drab and they are extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER ever return here.

BOTCHED BOTOX from Dr Hauck... I have droopy right eyelid from his injection and have to use glaucoma drops for treating it. It has been 3 weeks and still drooping and compromising my eyesight. Only would give refund for RX out of pocket of $92.99 and cost of botox after much arguing and phone calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Conflicting feeling after swift and seemingly successful surgery, then your failing to email the pharmacy a prescription for after-surgery medications on the beginning of a four day holiday from the office!
