This place is a complete scam any reviews on here are fake. I paid them directly, drove two hours for my appointment just to find out they closed the office early. When I called and spoke to the doctor he was completely rude to me and hung up on me. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and had to report their charge as a scam as they would not reimburse me. The facility is disgusting and the health department needs to shut this place down! I am a licensed aesthetician and it’s hard to believe this place actually exists in the US. I highly suggest anyone experiencing the same with this company to report them. I had the neighboring business witness the time and give written statements of the time. I was on time and have it documented. I had previously purchased a groupon for a different location of this business and was not treated this way. Professionals should definitely be held accountable as they have committed theft, are unprofessional and down right disgusting.

I am extremely disappointed and to be quite frank, frustrated with the experience I had today at this establishment.I bought a Groupon for my Mother as a gift to receive 120 units of Dysport at this business. I called on June 9, 2021 to try and get her in the following Friday in which the receptionist informed me that they were booked out until the 25th. So I made an appointment with her at 4:30pm on June 25, 2021 (2+ weeks out from my call) and asked to be put on the waiting list in the event there happened to be a cancellation for the weekend of June 17-18, 2021 as my mother lives out of town and it would be nice to get her in without having to make another trip out. The phone call was pleasant and the receptionist expressed how nice of a present it was to get for my mom (it was a belated Mother’s Day present).Again I expressed this was a gift and my mother’s first time so I was genuinely appreciative of being put on the wait list even though I never received a call, which was fine seeing as I booked the 25th due to prior communication of it being the first available opening.Fast forward to today, I purchased my Mother a plane ticket and specifically flew her out for this appointment that she had been looking forward to and both of us were excited for her to receive her first treatment. We arrived at 4:10pm (20 min early) just to be on the safe side and check in. Upon arrival, the receptionist told us that there was no appointment for her, in which I corrected her saying “I’m sorry there must be a mistake, I called two weeks ago and flew her in just for this appointment today,” but she kept saying no we were not on their schedule. She then went to the back and came back out saying No there was nothing they could do and that they “don’t have enough Botox” to do her today anyways.Naturally, I became confused and frustrated because what followed were a bunch of passive aggressive questions asking if I booked online in which I said No, I have it in my calendar and I have my call log as well and again, I specifically FLEW her in for this appointment. She said there was nothing she could do and gave a patronizing “sorry.”At this point other customers started entering and her tone became ruder as though we had done something wrong when I was trying to get clarification on how it is possible to call an establishment, talk with the person and book 2+ weeks out due to their busy schedule and “not be on the books.” I still am in disbelief as how this is a SOL on behalf of the customer for the error on their behalf when I was able to show that it was in fact their business I called and had booked with. Also common sense does not have a daughter flying her mother from out of town to drive 40 minutes to a business for an appointment that was “never made,” I’m sorry, but no, our time is just as valuable As the next persons. The lack of customer service and even the slightest inkling of an attempt to offer any kind of remedy or understanding at the least for their mistake was appalling.I was even more shocked when she asked us to “wait outside on the sidewalk because she couldn’t have people in the building who did not have an appointment.” The audacity and disrespect was completely unnecessary, unprofessional and uncomfortable.Before leaving I asked if I could receive a refund and she told me “Yes, talk to Groupon.”From someone who has worked many years in customer service and owns a business myself, I understand things happen and people make mistakes, however what I do not understand is the lack of accountability or desire to accommodate your clients when there has obviously been a clerical error by the staff. I would promptly think about retraining the receptionist on the basics of customer service at the very least and how to secure Potential future recurring clients versus showing a blatant prejudice nonchalant attitude in whether we come back or not. I made a huge mistake walking into this clinic. If you have 2 minutes to read, you might want to rethink going outside of your normal clinic. I received a Dysport and Restylane treatment that did not go so well. I experienced an extreme eyebrow drop just two days after the injections and was given a large bump/deposit from the filler by my nose. Not a huge deal with the eye brow drop as this can happen but its how I was treated when I called to address the situation.Nader, the Treatment Coordinator has been great since day one. Informative and is highly educated in the procedures in which they do. I am getting married in just a couple of days so of course I am panicking at what happened and he was doing everything he could to get me in to correct it.I called back the second we hung up as I noticed he said a different day. Katie, their office manager, answered and proceeded to tell me its a terrible idea to come in right before my wedding. She wouldnt let me talk and told me to be quiet so she can speak. I told her id like to speak with Nader and she refused and proceeded to tell me he doesnt know what she knows and shes the manager so its not happening. I informed her that I would rather go elsewhere to pay someone to fix the mistake rather than return there to be treated so unprofessionally.Her response was, YOU ARE A LOSER!Wow. Still in shock. Seriously. Reviews are consistent about Katie (the receptionist/manager) I dont understand why this clinic agrees to keep her employed. The upper management doesnt seem to have very high standards of people representing their company.I did get this on a groupon deal and drove two hours. If you expect to be treated respectfully and professionally, I would steer clear of Aura Skin Laser. I have learned a hard lesson here. Listen to the reviews and ask yourself why are these expensive procedures listed so cheaply.

I came to Aura Laser based on a friend’s recommendation. I am 48 years old and have circles under my eyes that always make me look old and tired. I wasn’t sure what to do about them however the gentleman consultant was very informative and recommended doing the filler Restylane under my eyes. It has been a week now and I’m writing this review to express how happy I am. This treatment took years off my eyes. I do Botox regularly but this is the first time I’ve done filler. Thanks to the Aura staff for being very helpful and friendly. I was told the results will last for over a year but now I’m thinking about doing my lips soon. Seriously this is a no BS place. They’re very busy and the wait is long but definitely worth the money. Also they have very strict COVID guidelines which is a plus.

The pricing was competitive but after taking over 2 hours to drive to the location and spending $20 on a ferry I had to wait more than 45 minutes past my appointment time & the receptionist was belligerent, unsympathetic, and completely unapologetic. She was also unwilling to agree to a refund. Another employee was more considerate & heard her disrespectful and aggressive exchange and came out to offer a refund. After the other employee assured me the wait would only be a few more minutes I agreed to wait for the procedure. Also, the receptionist began allowing people to wait inside rooms after she told me I had to wait outside until she called me in. I did not pay money and travel for hours to be abused by a staff member of this business. I wont return.In response to Nader... However, the receptionist didnt offer an explanation on the delay or how much longer Id have to wait until it was 30 after my appointment time and I was upset and asked. She never offered to reschedule nor did she offer a refund. Also, when I asked about the delay she was irritated & demeaning and never apologized for the delay even though I made the reservation & paid for the service more than a month in advance. She treated me as though my time was unimportant & I had no right to be upset by the 30 minute delay & my request for an estimate on when Id receive the service. Finally, she kept telling me over & over how much more important the current customer was because that customer was receiving a more extensive treatment. I agree with other posts in that the receptionist is welcoming but thats true only if there are no problems. Apparently shes incapable of accepting responsibility or apologizing for her poor scheduling. She can certainly use some customer service training.

So the result really did disappointed me , cause there was ZERO result. I did 6 sessions of hair laser removal for Brazilian and underarms. And my hair growing just the same as it used before and never disappeared from my body. Even thought I bought it through Groupon- it still cost me 600+$ ( don’t remember exact price ) So if you’re planning to go there for this procedure- please don’t . I received Botox about 3 weeks ago. I was over-injected and it dropped my eyebrows making me look even older. I sent two emails to the Clinic, no response. Also, one eyebrow was tweaked up at the front. I ended up going to my dermo to correct. She corrected the tweak but said theres nothing to do but wait for the botox to wear off. I spent $170 and am frozen like this for the next 3 months. Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely terrible place and worst laser hair removal clinic I’ve been to in the US. They use the oldest machines that literally feel like needles stabbing (and I have a high pain tolerance!) versus any of the painless modern machines that other clinics use - and refused to give me a refund on my purchase. Absolutely terrible service even though I only spent 10 minutes there. Worse than the fraudulent places I’ve been to in China.If you want pain and bad results then go here, otherwise highly recommend Rivaage Spa in Redmond with the latest technology. I wish I had read any review before purchasing a livingsocial skin care deal with this business. The experience with this business and especially with their manager Katy today was worst in my life.It took dozens of calls and voicemails to actually talk to a human who repeated said they were busy, which delayed the appointment and thus expired the coupon. I arrived a few mins late to the appointment but was then left in the waining zone for more than 20 mins. When asking how long would the wait be, Katy coldly said she didnt know and could be another 20 mins. I explained my next appointment was approaching soon and would appreciate if they could have informed me the wait time. Then all of a sudden, Katy blasted out and started blaming me for arriving late (for less than 5 mins) and for expiring the coupon (thanks to their ignoring of my calls/voicemails). I asked for a business card and she was like go ahead, what you are gonna do about me, Im the manager.Be very careful with such business because even if they did fake being friendly with you like some other reviews here said, they were only caring for your money. The woman at the front desk is just Lovely and helpful. The consultation is very informative, And done in a very timely manner. I don’t understand the negative reviews, I think some people are just impossible to please. But I will definitely be purchasing more services from Aura.

What I love most about Aura is that, they guide you on the best ways to take care for your skin. I took their advice and did a Micro-needling procedure. Now my skin feels smoother and is much firmer. Only regret I have is, I wish I’ve known of them earlier.

I’ve been getting Botox before coming here. My last one was early March at my normal place. I decided to try Aura Laser Skin Care for my 3 month touch up for Botox on Saturday June 27th. I explain to them what I get done. They only inject in the middle of forehead the 20 units. Even after 6 days it looks the exact same. It always appears smoother in about 3 days for me. I can still move my eyebrows. Normally I can’t hardly move them. Waste of money and gas to drive there.

My eyes were looking old and I was considering eyelid surgery. However, when I went to Aura Laser, they advised me to do the Madonna Eyelift procedure. I chose Aura as the place to give my mom a treat for her 60th birthday, and the process went well. The happiness I saw in her eyes was priceless. I will take her back there next year for a second procedure.

They burned my leg with the laser hair remover (NOT MY TATTOO) and I ended up with a staph infection. Katy told me it was my fault that I did it to myself not them. She looked at my leg that is on this photo, and said I was fine!! I had a fever and swelling going up my leg. She says she is a nurse!!! I find that hard to believe. Katy gossips about other customers and will turn on you in a dime!!!! Not to be trusted!!!! I took them to court and WON!!!! But they refused to pay me!! I had been a customer for several years and today I brought a wonderful friend, (who by training in her profession is a very polite and caring person), to get a treatment for the first time. I asked if we could be seen together so she would feel comfortable and was told maybe. After first meeting with one of the staff, a screener of sorts (turns out he is one of the owners) to discuss my needs, he tried to up-sell me and I shared I was not interested. He then met with my friend and again, did an up-sell wanting her to purchase $850 vial of something to make her forever youthful and she declined. From there I met with the Nurse Practitioner and said my friend was coming in right after me, and she suggested it would be fine for her to watch me get the treatment. When I fetched my buddy, the screener followed us back and proceeded to tell my dear friend that he didnt like her attitude and that he was not going to allow her to have the treatment and he would refund her money. I was TOTALLY APPALLED by this MOST EGREGIOUS behavior. I said with all due respect I was shocked he would treat his clients like this and he said he would refund my money too!! Mind you, we had waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment time for the services! I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally by a business owner in Kirkland (or anywhere) and mind you, I used to serve on the board of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will not return!!

I did a co2 laser  procedure at Aura Laser, and so far so good.Although it took me a few days for my skin to heal, I now look at least 10years younger.  They truly have good quality procedures and veryprofessional staff.

Women beware! I had a frightening and bizarre experience with Nader, I dont know if he is the owner or what. When I complained to him about my 45 minute wait time, he basically said, too bad, were a busy place, everyone has to wait their turn. When I pushed back with a comment like why dont you schedule fewer people, 45 minutes is not reasonable, he blew up at me and said since I was so unhappy, he refused to give me my botox treatment! Even though I wanted to get away from him, I told him I wouldnt leave until I had my refund in hand, which seemed to infuriate him further. He jumped up, opened his door, raised his voice and angrily told me to get out!! It was scary!! This was a really traumatic experience. I hope to never go through anything like this again, he should not be in business. this is a man with a temper. Awful awful awful!!

Read all of the detailed reviews from others highlighting the voids in business quality here because im not alone in my horror.Im not sure words will ever accurately convey how atrocious their management and customer care are. From the condescension to the wait of over 2 hours to them canceling due to illness, and then them telling me to take my PREPAID business elsewhere when I dared address that I was concerned about a second long wait. While they promised a refund, it has yet to arrive and Ive called and emailed to follow up to no avail. Im appalled by the lack of professionalism and urge anyone reading this to patronize an alternate service provider. I was in there waiting almost 90 min again, they lie when they comment in order to make the client seem nuts and take zero responsibility.I only booked a second time because they apologized for the horrendous wait the first time and said it was abnormal.They will attempt to gaslight you into thinking you are the problem but theyre running a company who doesnt care about you. Do not look for a deal, go elsewhere. Dont make my mistake.

It’s 5:55pm and I’m still in the waiting room for my 5pm appointment for a Botox fix (weird forehead lines). There is nothing unethical or unfair about this review. My time is valuable and as a consumer I prefer punctuality to overbooking.The defensive response seems to be a trend. Also, as I sat reading reviews during my hour long wait it is mentioned by the responders several times that they tell patients there will be an hour wait when they schedule. This was not the case for me and seems like an odd policy.Both the initial appointment and this follow-up appointment were challenging to make as the phone often went unanswered and return calls took several days.I had originally purchased a Groupon, but was told I could not use it as a repeat costumer. I had never been to this clinic, but had been to the Bothell office several years earlier.I was given a good price at my first appointment, but there were missed areas causing weird lines which I discussed as a concern with the doctor prior to initial injections. When I scheduled my follow-up “fix” Katy was curt and told me they were professionals and didn’t make mistakes. The “free” Botox I received was a fix for not hitting all areas the first time and in my experience is standard practice with providers.

I bought an Aura groupon and it gave me access to low cost Botox and I enjoyed it. They are the best.

Got the best Botox of my life! So, so, so happy!!! They dont Botox you into a frozen state. Tweaked the corners of my lips, tamed the crows feet, and judiciously applied to my forehead. I look relaxed, happy and rested!! Very surprising considering they offer some of the most affordable treatments in town. Super friendly staff, too!

Their Botox treatment is the best I know. So good that, I regularly travel from Los Angeles CA to Seattle just to get my Botox shots at Aura Laser.

I have lots of respect for Aura Laser. They took time to explain to me the best procedures given my budget and needs. They care for their clients, and see beyond the money.

I used to get my Botox and fillers at another clinic until my roommate recommended Aura Laser. They offer quality services and the price can’t be beat. Aura is a great value for the money and I’m addicted to their Botox now.

Although the wait was long, the doctor who injected me with Botox was very professional. The staff was very pleasant and I also like the results already. I will definitely go back.

I had a great expiries. I did the procedures in many clinics before and the effect lasted about 6 months. In November 2016 I did the procedures in this clinic (there was a male doctor). The result is simply stunning! Its been a year already! bought it again!. I wish to look younger again before New Year;) Thank you!

I went yesterday (02/04/2020 ) I didnt have any issues waiting or anything else. The front desk lady was amazing, the doctor the same and the lady who did the procedure was great as well, I was a little bit sceptical because the previous reviews but I gave a try and booom 5 start ... this is my personal opinion. It was even faster that with my previous doctor in Las Legas that is amazing guy too. Regards Jor.This is a ( edit? ) I didnt have the time to fix this s while ago .. anyway after the procedure ..8 weeks later I found that the way the lady injected de Dysport was wrong at 8 weeks start going away but I think is because she did wrong any way I contacted by chat website and the person told me in very rude manner that they did a good job ect ect should last just around that time ect ect ..I asked ( are you drunk ? ) When I was there the main guy in charge of that told me the opposite ...then he said find other place if you want...Is the reason I am changing my review .. didnt even try to say come over to take a look ect ..

In comparison to my experiences in other places, Aura’s Groupon tops it all. I am always excited to come here. I vouch for your high quality.

If Katy was the manager of my business I would fire her so fast it would make her head spin. I went into the store on Saturday to purchase some product. The first thing I told Katy was that I could not use any product with Vitamin C. I made it very clear to her that I had an allergic reaction to Vitamin C years ago, and that I dont want anything with Vitamin C in it. What did she do? She sold me a product with Vitamin C. After using the product two times my skin had a horrible reaction. When I figured out why, I called the store to let them know I was on my way that evening to return the product. When I got there, that woman was so unbelievably rude to me. I cant believe that she is the manager of that place. Her customer service skills are lacking, to say the least. During her rant, she told me she was a nurse. I understand why she is no longer in nursing, her bed side manner must have been nonexistent. I will NEVER go back to that place.

I did Botox at Aura Laser on the recommendation of a friend and the process was smooth all along. I was treated like a queen!

Yes the wait is long. That part can be changed BUT staff was friendly and efficient. There is a reason its busy.

So, I read the reviews the day of my appointment. They kinda freaked me out considering I had a Groupon. But, when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised on how wrong they were. They were all very nice, professional and personal.They offered me other procedures and were not high pressure. I declined and that was that. No big deal.As long as youre not in a super rush and are polite, youll have an amazing experience. Ill be back for sure!

Went here for a Groupon deal and it was a great value. They offer really good specials of their own. The receptionist is very nice and friendly too!

Their physicians are very experienced. I have done thousands of Botox cases at Aura, and I have never sensed negligence in their duties.

So far the experience has been great! Ive read other reviews and it seems that others werent as lucky. I hope I get the same service in the future!

If you need a double treat, Aura is the place. My time there was akin to an emotional therapy while getting the best lip tweaking ever. My top rating goes to you.

I’m concerned & now beginning to worry because I paid for a service & have been trying to call them to schedule & nobody ever picks up. I only get my Botox at Aura Laser. Their staff always treat me well, and the last time I bought a groupon, I got a good discount for my Botox shot.

My friend who is a patient of theirs turned me onto Aura Laser from one of their Flash sales! I’d never seen prices this low on Botox. During my consultation purchased lip filler for another great deal. Both times I had post op questions and they returned my call/answered my questions. If you dont mind the wait time and plan accordingly you can’t beat it. I must add today they were on time and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

How is it that this business has stayed open for so long ? we used to own a medical spa and I have never had the worst customer service ever definitely stay away choose other places that are more reputable like Naficy plastic surgery Dr. Madison even Dr. Remington but I would avoid This place at all costsHere’s my prediction they’re going to post on here that I was belligerent and rude and difficult person to handle over the phone because I asked a couple questions this is the response that they give everybody so don’t listen to it this place is absolutely bottom feeding

I dont know who are the people who leave negative reviews about Aura Skin Care. Ive been their customer for 2-3 years at least and had never experienced rude service or a long wait time. And, quite honestly, if I had to wait I will do so gladly. What people dont understand is that in medical settings, while you do have an appointment at certain time, there is no guarantee you will be seen at exactly that time. Merely because a person ahead of you may have more questions or their treatment may take longer then expected. Running behind the schedule is not unusual for any busy clinic. Instead of creating a scene at the front desk, ask what is expected wait time is and perhaps come back later.Anyways, I have my botox done there and the results last me almost a year. They dont dilute their injectables like some other places do when they offer groupons or specials. I keep coming back to Aura because of their professionalism and honesty. They do an excellent job and offer the best prices in town. I will be coming back for sure and I always recommend this place to my friends.

I did a chemical peel at Aura to clear my acne it worked perfectly. My face is clear of any acne. One thing about their staff. They are qualified and experienced.

Nice people but not able to schedule appointments. Waiting time is always out of scope
