Last year our washing machine broke and water leaked everywhere. We needed professional help, our insurance company recommended DCR. They came out gave us an estimate (they were a little higher than other quotes) but they seemed professional and acted like they knew what they were doing. Then Covid Hit. Delay after delay. We were put on the schedule then taken off because they had sick workers (understandable). I called them after not hearing anything from them for four months and said I would leave a negative review with my insurance company (since they recommended them) if they didnt start working asap. Well boy did that get a response out of them! Jessie called back and said- we were not a good fit and refused to do the work he said he would do. He came up with a myriad (yes I’m exaggerating) of excuses to why we didn’t get placed back on the schedule. I do not recommend this company.I hate posting negative reviews..... this is the 4th time I’ve ever done so, most of my reviews are positive.

Overall quality was good. Excellent floor installation via their partnered flooring company. Quick response times. Resolved the issues we had on our punch lists with a little bit of difficulty getting our communication synced. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Our pipes broke in our basement and so we had Damage Control come out and fix our flooring and dry wall. John and Johnny took great care of us. We actually had to leave Johnny(the repair man) in our house unsupervised for a few hours and we had no issues. Very professional and trustworthy team they have. Would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

My whole family was in shock after our house fire. We lost everything. Our schedules were disrupted. With kids in school and both of us working we didnt know where to begin. Our insurance adjuster recommended this company because hes worked with them for 20 years. It was the best feeling to turn our house over to a company that specializes in this kind of construction. They worked around our schedules and made the decision making process easy. We even made some changes weve always wanted that made our new home even better. Would highly recommend this company.

There was a fire at our church sanctuary which completely filled the church with smoke damage in addition to the fire damage in the sanctuary. Damage Control and Restoration took control of the entire situation and returned our church to it’s previous beautiful state. I can’t say enough good things about Marshall Kintzele and his crews from Damage Control. We didn’t have to worry about a thing-they took charge and completed the project in a professional and considerate manner. I highly recommend this company.

Is is standard protocol to exit onto 50 hwy in Lees Summit in a white Dodge pickup trying to merge between a semi and a large truck when theres no room for even a bicycle? Woman in passenger seat and man driving came around started cussing and flipping truck off like it was his fault. Exited onto 291 hwy only to pull gun and point it at the truck they cut off. Nearly called the police as this was insane to watch.Learn how to drive, maybe dont point guns at people on the road when youre at fault and definitely dont do it in a company truck.Edit: Since it wont let me comment after your comment, I have a bus full of 50-70 year old people that would state otherwise. Everyone on board was very shocked and this was the topic for the next three days at the nursing home.

I Would like to thank DCR’s prompt response to the loss we sustained. DCR restored our property and enabled us to open for business 9 days after the damage saving us a substantial amount of lost revenue. Work was of high quality and completed quickly.

The professionalism and dedication displayed by your employees went above and beyond anything that I would have expected. I would recommend your company highly.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service, quality of work was horrendous, and could not get any follow up from this company. Still have numerous issues with the painting, carpet, fixtures, and hardwood floors that are found on a daily basis. Would not recommend anyone ever use this company.
