My kitchen/dining room flooded. So it was mitigated and restored. The project manager was very responsive and made sure the project was complete. The contracted companies werent perfect and he made sure any little issue I had was fixed and done completely.

BELFOR came into our apartment to fix some water damage while we were away. We returned to find many items water damaged and many items STOLEN. We know they were stolen because there were Christmas gifts that hadnt even been taken out of the boxes gone, with the ripped open boxes left behind!! Other items stolen include my fiances golf clubs, which were his grandfathers and have a ton of sentimental value, as well as my steel toe boots I need for work! Total cost of damaged/stolen items is over $2000 and when working with our property manager on this problem BELFOR was uncooperative.

Belfor is an outstanding company with professional employees who take care of my every restoration need. If we have a major disaster, they are the people to call. Their reps are not only professional but very personable and keep in touch with you to ensure you they are going to take care of you from start to finish! 5 stars!!

Unsafe condition Improperly train workers, unqualified sales person and in house management. Worker not have proper PPE while Performing job duties. Manager made jokes while to degrading employees. I would never use the Kansas City office again. Spend your money with a locally own company.

Shelle and Scott are the best! They have helped us with numerous projects. If you ever need them they literally will show up within minutes. Very professional and will do a great job!!

Belfor has always been so easy to work with down to quick responses, updates/communication and above and beyond service. When you are in a disaster situation, it is never easy or stress free, but Belfor makes the whole mitigation process seem much more manageable. Belfor has come to my rescue as a property manager for a large govt and public business location many times. From flooding due to roof issues, to a small fire, to broken pipes, they have been quick to respond, good to communicate to management and those tenants affected on site. Im not sure why there is a number of 5 star ratings without any comments. I have to assume its the companys way of inflating their rating.I had Belfor repair my rental home after a fire. They are not transparent in information they provide to you if they update you at all, they short cut anything they can without any discussion with you, and the quality of work is terrible. When you ask them things like why the new floors were not completed into the closet area of the bedroom leaving the foundation showing where the old floor and new floor connect? They say things like well for a quick fix I can do...... I wanted it completed correctly and thoroughly the first time so we didnt need a quick fix.I live in VA and the home is in KS. They took advantage of my location. I cant wait for this to be over. Im so disappointed in the quality of work, the integrity of their word, and communication to me throughout this process. I am now hiring another team to come in and fix all the terrible work that was done after 6 months of working on it. Dont rush into hiring a company after damage. Check them out first and make sure someone is checking in daily at the house.

I was at my doctors office today and a gentleman came in to do work from Belfor and he wasnt wearing his mask correctly...at a doctors office!! And he sneezed! I am looking to have work done and you can BET it wont be done by Belfor! And Ill be spreading the news!

When I need a restoration company, it is usually an emergency, high stress situation. This requires a greater level of responsiveness and professionalism and BELFOR has never disappointed!

Belfor - always there when you need them!!

Belfor Property Restoration hired an unsafe and incompetent Roofer, H&H Roofing, to place a new roof on my home that Leaks worse than the old roof!! I had an inspector go over the job and the report was appalling. I notified Belfor who came out to assess the poor work but they did absolutely nothing to this very day and are refusing to answer calls. Also, they were completely useless at repairing the shed problems which still floods! Total cost of work was approximately$10,000. This company is making millions off of innocent consumers! I can’t take them to court because the leaks came in slowly after the two-year statute of limitations. They won’t honor their work or feel obligated to make things right.

Belfor hired a fly by nite contractor Palamino Construction to do storm damage on our house 2 years later we still have water leaking in our house and our garage do not hire this company you will not get what you pay for we paid $39,000 dollars for wet carpet and our car might as well sit in the driveway if i could i would give them no stars.
