UPDATE 6/5/21-Happy to say that the CEO contacted me regarding my concerns. He was very professional & apoplectic. Came out to my house and inspected the roofs and leaks. Based on this interaction, Im confident my issues will be resolved. Will update further with more info as time goes on. Was prompt when there was insurance money involved but beware after the fact. Poor workmanship that has resulted in leaks. Not responsive, doesnt return messages, and has zero interest in making it right after the insurance money runs out.

My neighbors were moving and contacted several roofing companies for estimates with AAS being one of the companies. AASs employee Dylan, looked at my garage roof from the ground, and told me he could see hail damage and asked if I wanted him to check the roof on my house with a free inspection. I had Dylan check my house roof and learned from him that there was wind and hail damage. I contacted my insurance company who sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. Dylan assisted the adjuster with the roof inspection on my house and a few days later I learned from the adjuster that roof on both my house and garage would be replaced.Dylan ordered the shingles and other supplies and arranged for his best installation crew to do the job. Due to excessive heat the job took two day. The crew came back a little later and fine tuned the roofing job.Dylan and other supervisors came by several times to check on the progress on the roofing job and to make sure we were happy.The roof looks great and the service was even better. From getting an estimate, to dealing with insurance to having the work done, AAS Restoration & Roofing (specifically Anthony) was in communication throughout the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, made sure we got done what needed to be done and it was done correctly. We now have a great new roof and don’t have to worry about leaks! Hail tore us up back in March.Its July now.I have insurance paid new roof and gutters.I got a premium, to code, roof installation, and professional seemless gutters.Anthony Fanara guided us through the whole process.It was great to have a contractor who was an advocate on my behalf to guide me in dealing with the insurance company.He was here throughout the progress of the work and stayed close by making me feel as though the workers would know they were accountable which, too me, meant top notch work.Id recommend AAS to anyone blessed enough to be within their operating area!My neighbor suffered roof and siding damage and now have a more beautiful home after AAS fixed it all.They also added a deck front and back to their house by AAS.They are beautiful and built to last!I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I just encountered one of your very kind sales executives, and he encouraged me to get my roof replaced since insurance companies are paying because of all the recent hail damage. I hadn’t even thought of that and got very excited. He gave me his card, and I said I’d be in touch. As I walked away, I heard him call one of his employees on the roof that they were currently working on, one of the men actually doing the hard labor and of whom happened to be Hispanic, “Jose Cuervo.” I’m sure that man can fight his own battles and doesn’t need me; this is for me and the kind of professionalism and values I want to see in our country- I will not be using your services. But I do appreciate the tip, as I do plan to get our roof replaced.

Ii was very happy when Anthony arrived at my home for the first time. He walked me through each step of the process and me feel secure in my chpice. When the day came to do my roof, which was yesterday the crew showed up earlier then i expected and finishef eatlier then i thought they would. I have referred several people to your company so far. I know they will get the same treatment as i did from Anthony and the crew.

AAS came out and bid an insurance job for us for hail on our property. Sam did a great job explaining the process, the other staff (Lori & Amy) have been quick with answers and the paperwork needed to get the claim completed and paid. Took them 3 months to replace a wood floor in the kitchen and paint a basement room. They painted only half the room and then finished when we questioned why whole room wasnt done (They were paid for whole room.). They used subcontractors for both jobs and these people did a satisfactory job. My calls werent returned in any timely manner. We walked on plastic sheeting in our kitchen for 3 months with dishwasher disconnected.

When my sump pump malfunctioned and a heavy rain came, it was the perfect storm to flood my basement. Were talking two inches in the (fortunately unfinished) basement too. My Farmers Insurance claims agent referred me to AAS when I asked for the best. He said he uses them for his own rental property and couldnt be happier. After working with their team this week, Id have to agree. Within two hours of my initial contact, a team lead by a wonderfully nice woman named Irene came to have a look. They thoroughly explained everything to me - what had happened, what they would do to fix it, what that meant for me. They were able to begin immediately and within a few hours they were able to remove a foot of insulation, clean the concrete, apply antimicrobial application and more. Plus they did so as cost-efficiently as possible since they knew I would be paying them directly. If I were you, Id give them a call. Thank you Irene and AAS!!!

We called AAS Restoration when we had hail damage. Although our insurance adjuster took 3 different calls to get them to appraise it correctly, we finally received $$ for a new roof, gutters, and new garage doors. Thank you AAS and especially Anthony for being persistent with our insurance to get our house fixed correctly. I Highly Recommend AAS and ask for Anthony! He really cares!

AAS is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for all of your storm damaged needs. We had a lot of hail damage to our roof, gutters, and vinyl siding and AAS took care of replacing it all. When they completed the work, everything looked great! They replaced 1 side of vinyl siding on our house that was 20 years old, and matched it perfectly to the rest of the house. I called AAS before contacting my insurance company, and that was the best thing I did. Sam, my contractor, is fantastic! He evaluated the storm damage and met with the insurance adjustor to make sure everything was taking care of. Not only is Sam a great person to work with, but so is everyone at the main office. Anytime I had a question or a concern, they were there to help, and they took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance company. Amy, thank you for everything you are the best!

AAS Restoration & Roofing re-roofed 2 houses and a garage for us and we are so pleased with the new look. They finished in a timely manner and the cleanup was next to perfect. I am an insurance agent and have had several experiences with AAS Restoration. They have done an exceptional job for my clients and for myself. Had them do my siding over a year ago and I am still fixing their mistakes. They didnt put any wood Inbetween my siding on either ends of my house, my attic is defenseless again the elements. They attached the siding to the 2x4s only. Would not recommend them. If you do use them make sure you check their work.

We had Anthony Fanara come to our home to evaluate our hail damage to our roof, gutters, and one side of our home. After talking we decided to get all new siding and completely change the look of our home. We had Anthony with us when we had our insurance adjuster come out to make the claim. We were helped with getting a loan for the siding the insurance wouldnt cover. They basically held our hand while we figured out this entire process. AAS Restoration & Roofing Company completed roof repairs on my home to stop a rain leak problem that other companies had been unable to correct. AAS workers then replaced the bedroom ceiling that had been damaged by the leak. Workers arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the work and cleanup efficiently. The bedroom ceiling replacement was an excellent match to the other ceilings in my home! Company officials carefully supervised the work and made the project proceed in a professional manner. I am happy to recommend AAS services.

We had some food/grease stains on our carpet that I was unable to remove. I contacted AAS to clean our carpet and was very pleased with the job they did. From the quote process to the day of the cleaning, the staff was very professional. AAS recently restored our roof due to hail damaged. They communicated well with us throughout the process and restored the roof in a timely manner.

When they actually get around to doing the work, it looks great. That being said, I am getting close to 2 months since I signed my contract with them, and work is still not finished. Two times I was sent letters by the city saying that the building work they had done was done without a permit, and had to contact AAS to remind them to get a permit, which they claim they did and another time where they forgot and then did it later. I had attempted to contact the first person who we spoke to, and had to leave several messages and was still never contacted back. That being said, when I called the office and were sent to his phone, he answered immediately. After verifying the number was the same, and saying I had left about 3 messages, he insisted he had no missed calls.If theyre all you got, go with them, but dont be in a hurry and dont expect calls back. The work done was great, but when if you are expecting expedient work, this is not the company for you.

My building flooded last night and 3 units were affected. AAS came out right away and have been working hard all day in the cold to make sure our building is safe and in good condition.

AAS is an excellent company with years of experience. They have invested in the equipment to do the job right, and they customer services is wonderful.If you dont have an emergency, try using them for cleaning your carpets. They work wonders.

Was a little disappointed that the company wanted to charge me for and then declined to do a fire restoration estimate because it was not going through an insurance company. So Im going to take that as this company is not interested in my money or my referral business. Oh well, I guess thats just more business for the next guy.

Hired AAS to make a roof repair over a year ago. They did a shoddy job and I called them back and they did redo the job. But now after two hard rainstorms, my roof is leaking again- this time worse than before the repairs. They talk a big game about satisfaction but Im not sold on AAS.

On Sunday July 3rd I woke up to soaking wet carpet and pad as we had ground water in our finished basement due to the rain storm from the previous night. I text Vicky with AAS at 10 am with some hesitation as I knew it was Sunday, a holiday weekend, and insurance wouldnt cover any damages. Within two hours AAS had a crew there to help us with our situation. They were thorough, friendly, efficient, and very professional. I am an insurance agent and see losses like this all of the time that are not handled well by the restoration company. I can say from personal experience that I would recommend AAS Restoration! Thanks to the whole team who helped us out and got our basement back to normal.

Called for a inspection of my roof because several neighbors had their roofs replaced after a large hail storm. Worker was supposed to come out 4 days after I called and follow up with an email regarding the results. Two weeks later and no email. Follow up call to the company and they say they will contact the worker and call me back. Received an email later that night indicating the worker never came out and will not be coming out because there was no confirmed hail damage in my area. I find that unlikely since I was present during the hail storm. At least appease the customer and drop by. Received a follow-up call from roofer. Apparently it was a communication problem and the roofer did come out.

Thankfully Ive never had to use AAS Restoration for their disaster services, but as bad as the carpet in my office was it might as well have been a disaster area. The carpets have been in my office now for over 10 years and get regular vacuumings, but were in pitiful shape last year. We were looking at samples of carpet because we thought we were going to have to replace it, but had heard that AAS did carpet cleaning so we tried them as a last ditch effort. The results were astonishing! Regular clients of ours actually thought we got the carpets replaced! Thank you AAS for saving our pocket book and our carpets! Great customer service provided by Vicki Sutcliffe! She handled our issue in a professional and timely manor! After the experience Ive had with AAS Ill be sure to use them if I have a disaster!

Never finished the workUpdate because of followup: we paid them less than the full bill because they didnt finish the work. Made them send someone out to go over the bill with us before we would pay.

They came out immediately to dry out my basement after a flood, but I am going on 3 weeks awaiting a date for the restoration work. They are severely understaffed and overwhelmed with business.
