I have used multiple carpet cleaning companies for my home. And I can say I am very happy with the quality of work they performed. They were able to remove stains the other companies were not able too. I will definitely be using this company from now on.

They came in and cleaned our carpet and an ottoman. After they left the carpet was still dirty an smelled horrible and the Ottoman had stripes on it. Called them up they came back out (different technicians) they said tha the carpet wasnt cleaned properly and the heat was 2 high and burnt our ottoman. They really clean carpet and did a fair job ,but they told us the Ottoman was scorched and they were going to look in to what they needed to do to fix. After that they never called us back we always called them they first said they would fix but then came back and said they did no damage... do not use this company they have 0 integrity and take no pride in their work of company.

Absolutely displeased. The came in to my home while I was at work to replace the padding and repair the carpet in the hallway. They turned on every light in my house, living room, dining room, master bedroom and my sons bedroom, hallway light, entryway light, bathrooms, and had turned my TV, surround sound and Xbox on and left everything on when they left. There is no reason to have needed to turn all those lights on, or the TV surround sound and xbox at all. They did not tuck the carpet back into the trim, left a mess, and had a $150 pair of sunglasses disappear from my kitchen counter. I work with contractors all day long, and this is a prime example of a company i would not hire to do business with. VERY unprofessional. I will never hire this company again and would strongly suggest not hiring this company.

I haven’t used them for carpet care but their drivers are incredibly rude and unsafe. Speeding, cutting people off, smoking, and tailgating other drivers.
