We booked a standard home cleaning and they were on time, very nice, and did a great job! They even called and offered to come early. Everything was dust-free and sparkling. Tyler and Ryan did great!

I scheduled the deep cleaners about 2 weeks before I needed them. I had an empty house needing cleaned before selling. The first day they were scheduled at 9 am. I called at 830 am to give them the door code. I didnt hear from them again until 4 pm that day that they WERENT able to make it over to my house to clean. Something with staffing issue. That wasnt told to me when I had called that morning. I rescheduled the cleaning date to the next week. Since they had no-showed once already I called them multiple times that day to make sure they were cleaning the house. I was supposed to put it on the market that week. They never answered the phone or returned my calls. I had not heard from them all day then went to check the house... they had not been there. AGAIN NO SHOW NO CALL! FOR A SECOND TIME. I then left messages on their FB page. I checked my Bank account and they had charged my card 400$!!!!!! The owner called to apologize the next morning. I did get my money re-funded after a week or two. I would never use this company even if they offer a discount. They obviously have no organization and do not respect the customers one bit. Horrible.

I used them for about a year. Very seldom had the same person cleaning my house because of the high turnover. When they used a cleaner in my stove that stripped the finish in spots, I received a complimentary cleaning. Should have quit then. They would also change the time of my appointment without notifying me. My appointment would be for 9am and they wouldn’t show up until noon. When I called they would just apologize and say that if noon wouldn’t work we could reschedule. Then in February they did an awful job and Shane said he’d give me partial credit on my March cleaning. I was charged full price for my Match cleaning and have never received any type of credit. They will not return calls or emails. Never again!

They never showed up. I booked an appointment, received confirmation after booking and again the day before. On the actual date, no one showed up. I contacted the company twice, leaving messages both time and have yet to hear anything back. That was a week ago. Very disappointed.

Im getting ready to move into a property that I was assured would be move in ready. Upon accessing the property, I was horrified at the master bathroom and the nasty glass shower doors and shower enclosure. There were other elements of the home that needed cleaning, but this bathroom was so bad I was determined not to use the shower. I called The Deep Cleaners and yesterday afternoon, I went to my newly cleaned home (still empty; I move in a few days) and I almost fell over when I saw the master bath. The glass doors are completely clean and sparkling and the inside looks fabulous! The whole place was so clean, all the way down the the runners on the sliding glass door in the basement. Maribel and Wendy did a fantastic job and I will be hiring them for my move out cleaning as well!

Shawn showed up and wasted little time, measured the carpet efficiently with a laser, promptly sprayed down the tougher spots and coated everything everything else and then out came the heavy machinery. He was quick, efficient and important to everybody is price and they are fairly priced for the amount of carpet they cleaned yesterday. 5 stars!!!!! I would call them every time!!- Paul

My older mom cannot clean her own apartment anymore so we hired The Deep Cleaners to help us out. The bathtub was in rough shape so I wasnt sure they could get it completely clean. They showed up on time, were extremely nice and immediately got to work. After they finished, they stayed behind and waited for me to return to double check that everything looked ok and lock up her apartment. The bathtub was perfect, as was the rest of the apartment. Really great experience and I will only use them going forward.

I booked a cleaning for my apartment about a month in advance of the appointment (a Thursday). Late afternoon (about 4pm) the day prior to my scheduled cleaning, I received notification that they would not be able to clean my apartment and would have to reschedule to the following week. I had planned my walk-through for leaving my apartment and shutting off my utilities around this appointment. I explained this to them and they suggested that they come the following morning (Friday) instead of the next week which I said was okay, as my walk-through was scheduled for Friday afternoon and the cleaning would be completed by then. When we arrived at our apartment for the walk-through, we discovered that the cleaners had never come to clean the apartment as scheduled, and we had not been contacted regarding cancellation. We have not heard from the cleaners since then. Our walk-through had to be delayed and we had to clean the apartment ourselves through the night.Update:The owner of the company contacted me multiple times to apologize for the situation that occurred and offered a free full clean of our new home. I appreciated the effort put in to apologize for the late cancellation and no-show, the owner demonstrated that she cared a great deal that I had a poor experience and wanted to ensure everything was done to remediate it.

I contacted The Deep Cleaners to quote a deep clean at my apartment. I was originally reached out via text. A list of services done during the deep clean were listed along with an estimated cost. I hired them for a total of 5 hours of cleaning for my 1700 sqft apartment at a cost of $499.00. On 6/24/19 the cleaners came to clean. When I first walked in it appeared clean, however as I made my way into the apartment it was not cleaned per the agreement. The microwave was untouched inside. There were streaks all over my stainless steel appliances. Some of the cabinets had cleaning residue left of them. Baseboards were not cleaned, floor was unswept, dusting was not completed, and cobwebs still in corners, windows appeared to have been cleaned with a dirty wet rag. I immediately notified the company through the number we had been texting through and sent pictures. No response. I then emailed the company. The next day I was contacted by Jessica, stating she was sorry that I was not satisfied with my service and offered a “complementary reclean” and “ensuring” that her “most seasoned cleaners” would be available to reclean on 7/2/19. I agreed to the reclean. On 6/27/19 I went to go use my oven. After preheating, I opened the oven door to have a large plume of smoke roll out of my oven, that immediately affected my eyes and throat. Once the smoke cleared out, it was discovered that my oven was completely covered in a white chalky substance, it was oven cleaner. They left the oven cleaner in my oven, without cleaning it off. Again I notified the company with pictures and asked that their cleaners be educated on the risks involved with leaving oven cleaner in an oven. Jessica once again stated she would and that she would ensure that the oven was cleaned out properly along with the other noted items that were not cleaned the first time.On 7/2/19 I returned home, expecting the deep clean to finally be completed as promised. Immediately it was noted as I walked into my apartment that it was not. Not only were most of the items noted that were not cleaned the first time, still not completed. The oven was not fully cleaned, the back of the oven was still caked with cleaner residue along with the burners and other spots on the oven walls. My guest bed was remade and the guest bath was recleaned. My bedroom and bath were left untouched. It was a mix match of items completed. I immediately called the company and left a voicemail. I also once again emailed with pictures and this time added a piece of paper with date and time written on it, to show these were clearly not the same photos. In this email I requested a full refund. Jessica again replied the next morning stating she was going to “look into this further” this and get back to my “shortly”. I had emailed and even offered for her to come look at my apartment personally. I finally received an email later in the day. Stating she was sorry for the delay and the confusion. That infact I was not receiving a reclean that the cleaning was just for the items missed from the original cleaning date and they “thought we had removed all the cleaner in the oven”. She offered for another crew to come out again for a 3rd time a week later. The email also stated that they were unable to offer a refund. I replied back that I did not want them out a 3rd time, that they made promises on the 2nd clean and still couldn’t live up to those promises. They originally told me they would do a “complimentary reclean” then told it was not a reclean it was just finishing what they didn’t do the first time. They still couldn’t complete those items. My oven is still not usable and I will have to personally clean up their mess left behind in order to use the oven. I also asked that if they were there to just complete the originally missed items then why half of my apartment was recleaned. I never received answers to those questions. I instead was offered again a 3rd cleaning or a $20 refund.
