I had been a customer of TIckled Pink Cleaners for a couple of years now. I wear suits daily and had a need for weekly dry cleaning. Recently, I took a wool coat in to be cleaned and the coats buttons/straps were destroyed in the cleaning process. I filed a complaint and was shocked to discover it took 2 months and no one called me. I eventually called the general manager who stated she had to run it by the owner. The owner felt they had followed the care instructions and refused to pay for the coat. The GM was very apologetic and was willing to try and come up with other options. I expressed frustration that after 2 months the owner shouldnt have had any objections and should have covered the coat. It is obvious that this company only cares about profits and has no regard for its customer. I advise no one use this dry cleaners.

I have always thought theyve done a good job when I brought my comforters in to get cleaned. Sadly, they are permanently closed now.

An awesome cleaners, they do a wonderful job and they love their customers!! They even have coupons they send out in the value pack that comes in the mail. The coupons state they need to accompany incoming order and have an expiration date printed on them. Awesome😀

Very poor customer service. We had a coupon which we provided at the normal time when most people provide them and thats when you pick up the garment but they refused to honor it. We supposed to present it BEFORE we dropped off the garment. I asked if we were asked if we had any coupons and they said no. I asked if it states that on the coupon which i tried to find it and it didn t and they just said they have a sign hanging up which i found in the mix of multiple other signs. What horrible customer service and we will not go back.

I did not have a good experience with this dry cleaners. They said our comforter would take a week, but we never heard from them. We went to pick it up because no one would answer their phones and it was not ready. Finally, after three weeks, and still no call, we were able to get it back.
