The two women that showed up to clean the house were friendly and did a good job. They only worked for two hours as that’s what I requested and definitely worked the full two hours. It would be five stars but they missed a few very simple things that could’ve been caught in two hours, other than that, they couldn’t have done much better in the time given. They were punctual, fast, and if I had to hire someone to clean a new home again I probably would hire them as scheduling and everything else was very easy and customer friendly.

The ladies, Maria and Sandra, specifically are awesome. They are hard working, professional and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend this company and suggest you request Maria and Sandra attend to your home!

I was really hoping they would get it right. I understand sometime you need time to get to know a house and the clients priorities. I overlooked some of the areas and called about others. Been using them for a few months now. Always missing something important to me—kitchen counters, bathroom floors, etc... I called and offered to pay more money if they needed more time. Today no show and the call came when I was On my way home to what I thought would be a clean house. The elderly lady who called me was sweet and basically said she was just the messenger. The owners are out of town. Had I not spent 40 mins picking things up, clearing everything off my kitchen counters, leaving on my day off, or overlooking items each week, it may have been ok. I don’t care how much I had to spend my husband and I work demanding jobs we can afford a service. I just wanted a quality and consistency. Ugh! Guess I have to keep looking.

This is the best cleaning company I have every used. So thorough and at a very good price. Really takes the pressure off with house work and give me peace of mind. Theyre so good, I even recommend HSH to all my real estate clients!

With the caveat that this review is based on our first cleaning experience, our first experience was very positive. It was very easy to establish service with Home Sweep Home and Jennifer was very pleasant without being pushy. The ladies that cleaned our home were friendly but attentive to their purpose. Given our first experience we feel like we made a good decision and we are happy to support a local independent business.

Showed up a little later than was booked but did an awesome job. The house looked and smelled great. I don’t think the house has ever been that clean. Even before we moved in. Thank you Home Sweep Home. Would recommend you to others.
