The customer service from Tracy was outstanding. It could not have been better. The website was easy to use to lock-in services and date/time; Tracy was responsive to my questions; and the crew was on-time and did a good job.

We had a unique moving clean situation and Sunflower Maids worked wonders! They were very accommodating!! They kept me posted via text about arrival times, cleaning progress and any issues they found along the way. They were up front about cost and checked in when they were approaching the quoted time/price to let me decide what our next steps should be. The house looks better than it has in years. 10/10 would reccomended.

We employed Sunflower Maids to clean our home so that we could have it ready to show and sell. Communication from Tracy was great. I had to move our appt and they were very accommodating. Sondra walked through the house with me and we clarified what was needed. After just 3 hours they had our house looking shiny and spotless. They were friendly and professional and very focused on the job. They even made our old carpet stand up like new. I recommend them and would use them again.

This company is awful. I specifically booked this appointment for cleaning and when booking it said I would have to book the first clean as a DEEP CLEAN, which I was happy to oblige because I wanted a deep clean the first time.It was a bit confusing as the clean was listed noon to 4 and I thought that was the cleaning time it would take but it was the window. They cleaners arrived in an unmarked car around 2pm roughly with VERY LITTLE cleaning materials, I was astonished. My husband informed me they only stayed 1 hour roughly, which was also shocking as it was supposed to be a deep clean.I arrived home from work to find that is was such a basic clean, it was something I would normally do- it was absolutely NOT a deep clean. It wasnt even a standard clean, as there was still plenty dirty around the house, such as no one bothered to clean behind the toilet, our rugs were barely clean, and other STANDARD requirements the website specifically lists was simply not cleaned at all.I reached out to the company and was told I didnt book a deep clean, but as Ive stated numerous times above they required it and it was what was expected. The person who responded was NOT helpful and very standoffish, even in email. I expressed my disdain and she never responded again.Go with The Maids. Theyre more expensive but they do a great job, are respectful, responsive, and very professional. Dont bother with Sunflower Maids, its a joke.

Ive been a weekly customer for almost 2 years now. I initially loved how easy it was to get an estimate without giving up my information or subjecting myself to an in-home visit with likely pushy sales tactics. They do a great job and are responsive when I request that certain things be done my preferred way. I love that I often have a regular team, but all of their cleaners are wonderful. Tracy is always so helpful and flexible if something comes up with scheduling or anything else regarding my appointment. I loved that they took the pandemic restrictions and recommended precautions seriously. I cant say enough good things about Sunflower Maids!

Underwhelmed. In areas they said they cleaned i had to deeply search to figure out what was actually done. Paid for deep clean, and windows. Neither done well, could see 3 windows cleaned. 3 bedroom 2 bath, but only did 1 bedroom. Mirrors were clean except for top 2 inches where you could see swipe marks where cloth didnt reach. 4 foot x 2 foot strip of flooring had dust that could be seen from lower level looking up. Ceiling fans/ lights not dusted. Microwave looked nice, master bath looked nice, landing floor looked good. No value for what I received.

They did a great job. It is so nice to have more free time for myself. Worth every penny!

They were very professional and the price was reasonable.

The original quote was confusing. It stated that I was getting 3 hours total with one maid but turned out it was only little over an hour with two maids. They said they were done so we let them go home thinking they would reduce the cost to account for the shortened time working in the home. We turns out we didn’t get a reduced cost because they bill for 3 hours minimum. They were super polite and did a nice job. They folded our towels in cute ways and wore masks. We’d use them again except next time we’ll find more things for them to clean to take up the 3 hour minimum.

We have had Sunflower Maids cleaning our home for almost a year. They have been amazing. Everyone in the company has been great to work with. They are accommodating to our needs and I love the ease of communication. The ladies who clean are very efficient and always lovely to be around. They have made our lives so much easier and have given us back precious time family time that used to be spent cleaning.

Sunflower Maids recently cleaned my home for the first time. The cleaning team did a thorough walk-through of the house with me and did a great job cleaning. It was wonderful not having to worry about cleaning house myself before having guests over! I also appreciated Sunflowers responsiveness to questions via both email and text. Their easy online interface for scheduling and making adjustments to cleaning plans is a nice bonus, too. I plan to continue with Sunflower Maids for regular bi-weekly cleaning.

She was nice but I didn’t wow me with the cleaning. Brand new home that I didn’t realize the hot water heater wasn’t on so that means she cleaned with cold water and never mentioned it. They give you a huge window of 4 hours and on the day of she arrived early and they called me like I was late. Also told me they’d charge me extra for my location even though that’s not on the website. Will not be using this service in the future

Sunflower Maids is a wonderful service. We contemplated have a cleaning service for months, but never felt it was worth the cost - we could not have been more wrong. Sunflower Maids offers thorough and professional cleaning services at affordable prices. The ladies that came to our home were prompt, professional and very easy to communicate with. I had reservations about not being home during the service, but five minutes after speaking with Aerial I felt completely comfortable not being home. We have a dog and cat and are constantly vacuuming, it was so nice to see our floors and furniture shine. Booking through the website is fast and simple. I Can’t say enough good things about Sunflower Maids.

For a move out clean, Sunflower was good enough, but not great.Pros: Friendly, on-time, and price did not deviate from the quote.Cons: Vacuum may have needed servicing, and left dirt all over the freshly mopped floors. I was able to quickly clean up the debris myself. Despite being free of clutter, the kitchen counters were not touched at all.Would I hire them again? Maybe. If this had been a weekly or regularly scheduled clean I would have asked they come back to clean missed areas or re-clean others.
