So even if you have any eviction from 10 years ago they dont care they wont help you so make sure that youve disputed anything on your credit report its over 7 years old cuz even if the dates there it shows how long it was they wont help you .

Be advised, they will rent to you and potentially sell the home without telling you, essentially sweetening the deal for the new buyer. Maintainance is slow and many homes they rent are old, shabby, and overpriced.

This is a great property management company! As tenants we enjoyed a solid relationship with them and felt responded to when we had questions and repair issues. Their staff is friendly and their maintenance people are prompt and polite. I would definitely rent from them again should we return to that area. Thanks!

They do not like to fix anything.

Id be real careful renting from them they charge u for things they dont fix or do be4 move in!!!i rented from them for 3 yrs nothing but problems after problems!!!
