I have been calling on one of their slum properties that has become a mini dump and all I get is rude conversation. They are very poor property managers.

My father in law needed to sell his house in Jackson TN. His wife Doris had just passed away. My wife and I live in Atlanta. I am a Realtor in the state of GA. Being an agent of 30+ yrs I naturally knew what to look for in an agent. I did interview quite a few agents + felt Jada was the best for the job. She brought experience to the table. Jada and her full time assistant Sandy helped us from getting an estate sale set up to taking care of the grounds and giving me feedback on a regular basis. It was a long process for my in laws had over invested for the area but they got the job done + they never let us down. Thanks Jada+Sandy for helping us sell the Jackson home and Pauls cabin on 70+acres..we appreciate you, Ira

Called about my air going out lady told me they would call someone and get back with me. I had to call them back the next day. Here it is the weekend and my air still isnt fixed. Debby was very rude and sounded like she didnt care at all

This may be a lovely place if you are looking to buy or sell a home. If you are looking for investment property management, I would suggest you look anywhere else. Property managers forget to send invoices to the property owners, then suggest that the owner will be at fault for the invoice not being paid. They also take little to no initiative to research the area within which the property is located in order to hire local contractors for maintenance work, which spells massive travel fees for the property owner. The book keeping seems to be a month behind on literally everything. It was one month after signing the management agreement before I was contacted by book keeping to set my properties up for distributions, but of course, ReMax made sure to pay themselves their management fee. Unfortunately property management resources are slim in this area, but I will continue to search for a more reputable company so I can pay out of the contract with these clowns.

Issues are not being fixed in a timely manner

Jada and her team are about taking care of business. They WORK! Sold our home FAST. Very knowledgable about the industry and great to work with.

I found it terribly rude that the receptionist wouldn’t tell me her name. When she initially answered the phone I asked who I was speaking with because I like to know who I’m speaking with incase we are disconnected or if I call back at a later time I want to ask for the same person. I had no idea she was the receptionist. Instead of her telling me her name she said “who are you looking for?” And I told her no one in particular I just like to know the name of whom I’m speaking with and she replied all snooty “the receptionist what can I do for you” RUDE.

Wasnt very happy with the purchase of the property we bought. was foreclosed on and YES we bought as is. But was never informed there was a burnt home on site, and was never told there is NO home phone available,,,which was important to us concerning my husbands health. we closed on this home Aug 28 and till today the realtors keybox was still on the door...today we put new front door in,so keybox was thrown away ! was informed by realtor that we could do a 3 day before close walk thru to make sure property was the way it was when we went thru...we at that time was living 500 miles away so realtor said they would go thru for us.... the thing is she had never went upstairs the day we looked at it, so when we became the owners my son went upstairs an said there were holes all over the walls...my husband said the holes were not there the day he looked at it. plus the door was never properly locked,,,so anyone could go in. we r remodeling this place an putting it up for sale in November..and Re Max will not b the realtor Nancy

I have worked with Jada Slayton when I first moved to Jackson,TN in 2004 and ten years later when I got transferred to Charlotte,NC. Jada knows Jackson,TN and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand. Her customer service is wonderful and she is up front and straight forward. If you are looking for a realtor that is truthful, hard working and honest Jada is who you need to call.

I have worked with the Jada Slayton team at this office on multiple occasions. I could have not asked for a better group of people to help me. They are kind, hardworking, and compassionate about what they do. You will not be disappointed.

Agent Charlotte V., Was Underhanded and told us some Mistruths before and during the new purchase of our home, we found out later! I would never purchase another home from this Real Estate Office.My advice is never purchase a home with this Agent a lone... Always secure another Real Estate Agent working on YOUR BEHALF!!!

I will never do business with them again. They Mislead me about a property and when I confronted Jodie about it her answer was that it was cheaper for me to abandon my good faith money then to hire a lower and fight. No ethics what so ever. I got nothing but lies from desse the agent.
