Customer service could be better

I love them they have been doing my nails a long time

Came in here 2 weeks ago no problem. Tried to go today and was told if my young daughter wasnt getting serviced , then she had to go. Like where in the hell do u expect her to go. But if she would have been a paying customer it would have been a different story. They lost on money today, and they lost a customer . This has nothing to do with covid , these people just do what they want to do.

Out of all of the nail salons Ive been to in Jackson magic nails was the only nail salon that would give me a shape to my nails. I usually get the square round shape but wanted to try the coffin shape and magic nails gave me the most amazing experience! Thanks guys. You have a new favorite clients.

Julie is great at doing eyebrows, but every Saturday I’ve come, she’s the only nail tech in the shop. The other 2 or 3 are at the new location. There’s usually an hour or more long wait to have anything done & they lie to you when you ask how long the wait is, saying only 15 minutes. I haven’t been able to have any services done since they opened up their new location.

Service was bad.... will never go back

I will not be going back there! I spend too much money on my nails for them to look the way they do! They did a great job on my eyebrows but my nails are a mess

My second time coming and my nails popped off two days later .. by them selves 😐 I spent 30$ and my nails look horrible the polish is garbage PLEASE DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY THERW

My nails last through anything. Only thing I didn’t like is that my guy didn’t understand English good and didn’t build Acrylic good at top by cuticles. They didn’t have a lot of regular polish colors to choose from. Other than that, it was great. I was even waited on immediately when I walked in the door.

I am very unhappy with this shop, I went last Saturday to get my nails done and within a week all of my nails on one hand popped off! I call him to let them know and he tells me that I have to keep the nail and bring it back, what kind of mess is that?

They used to do a great job but for the last year, Everytime I come, they have been really rude and always rushing the job like we are not paying for this service. I dont want a rush job. Im going to have to find another nail shop to go to.

2nd time coming here and both times they was very rude everyone seems to be so angry like they don’t want to deal with us but always getting our money.... I just don’t understand how can u be rude to people that’s keeping your business open ?

Nasty attitude. Long wait time. Unprofessional. Rushes you out of shop before offering anything else.Gets mad when you want things you’re paying your money for done a certain way.do not spend your hard earned money here ! Don’t even spend freeMoney here !
