Need to improve skills on new nail designs and attitude. Bing in a pic of a design and they cant do it. Unacceptable very disappointed Ive been going there for years. Lashes and eyebrows are great!

If i could leave no stars i would! i only came here because it was convenient and i should have followed my first mind. The techs were all very rude and not friendly. They over charged me for fill in. I inquired about and they made up a reason and insinuated that I could not pay. The owner was very rude to an elderly man that came in wanting a pedicure. He actually told him to go to the dr to get his toenails clipped! I wanted gel nails and while the tech polished, she did a horrible job and I asked her to fix it and she had an attitude and snatched my hands. I nicely told her to not worry about it and that i would get it taken off by my regular salon i frequent.

This is my usual spot and I have never had any complaints. My mani/pedi is always beautiful and the price is very inexpensive. I would highly recommend.

At first I was greeted by their father Chun whom was rude but then I came to a realization. Hes a father protective of his babies and business WHOM he overshadows. Language barrier is 1 thing and overcompensating for this causes misunderstanding. The young lady done a wonderful job. I love my nails and will be going back. Halloween2019

Friendly and never a long wait

The lady was polishing my cuticle,then ignored me when I told her, so I asked for somebody else to finish he said I was wrong that was part of my nail,THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & THEY ARE VERY RUDE,like I don’t know what my nail end at

Be careful using your card here .. they charged me 86 dollars for a gel manicure I thought was 38 dollars and when I brought it to there attention they told me it was my bank ...so me being me I called my bank .... they told me differently... with a statement to show FYI cash Only...

Worst customer service experience . No greeting when I entered . I was the only customer. Female manicurist gave the quickest fill in ever ( not a compliment either ) ! Sloppy job, then looked puzzled when I didnt leave a tip. Never Again .

I love this place so much...every time I go I get EXCELLENT service. The wife is rude but overall her husband does good nails and polish.

Worst pedicure ever.

The worst experience ever I walked in at 6 10 walked out 620 I went in to get a pedicure I was disappointed I was visiting from out of town and decided to pop in I was the only customer dont understand why he was rushing he was rude he closed up right after I left shaking my head and it said 8 p.m.
