Came to Divinity to get a hair cut from Leslie Ann. She did an absolutely fabulous job! I am thinning on top and she blended the sides and faded me so the top doesnt look nearly as thin as when I came in initially. Leslie, took very good care of me giving me the haircut I not only wanted but needed. The hair wash was phenomenal as well, I enjoyed the product so much I also left with a bottle of shampoo. Thank you very much and please list me as a repeat customer!

Deborah was amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted, told her my budget & she gave me Exactly what I wanted and cheaper then what I budgeted for. I will definitely be coming back. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times.

I made appointments for the bridal party, I was excited as they were able to get us in with just a little over a month away as everything was up in the air due to covid. So we booked for updos and airbrush makeup. Deb and Shelby did amazing on our hair. However I rated them a 3 because throught the process Ashley was handling the set up and emailed me I emailed her back twice and had to actually call as I did not receive any response through email. She had asked me to send pics of what I wanted and so I did, however the stylist still had no idea what I wanted. I do have to say makeup was horrible nothing I asked for. I asked for colors and glitter and she did the opposite I had to redo mine and the brides makeup as she did not feel beautiful and it was a complete waste of time. Mother of the bride had lash fall off within 30 minutes definitely will never have airbrush makeup done unless they get someone with more experience.

This salon was used for my bridal party prior to my wedding. The girl that did my hair (Paige) is absolutely AMAZING!! Unfortunately, when my bridesmaids came to the salon for their appointment the day of, they were informed the makeup artist would not be there for their makeup. Thankfully, I had my makeup done with an independent makeup artist. Paige saved the day by stepping up to do the bridesmaids makeup. We were not impressed with the lack of communication, especially on a very important day. I find it odd that I was called the day before to verify the appointment and nothing was stated about the makeup artist not being able to come in.

I was 5 min early for appt,. Stood in vestibule when i was asked to fill out a covid form..i started filling it out ... Only to be told my stylist wasnt coming in today then offered new appointment next week at 25% off Shelbys 40.00 haircut price i had to decline.. Ask about another stylist for a cut no one could do that either.. It was my first visit to this salon and it will be my last... Sorry poorly managed..

I loved the atmosphere and Deb O. is really great. She is the only person I will let do anything to my hair and she did my eyebrows and they look fantastic. She has a really great demeanor and took her time to make sure my eyebrows were even. She made sure the temperature of the wax was good before putting anything on my face, and she wasn’t rough at all. I will definitely be coming back here!

Love Kelsey Elliott! I have crazy hair and she knows how to tame it! The staff and products at Divinity are just what my family needs with our Jackson County hard water. The environment is family friendly and its always a nice place to attend!

I absolutely love Divinity Design and my awesome stylist, Kelsey Elliott! I have been going to Kelsey for 4 years and love her! She did my daughter’s hair and makeup for her Senior pictures as well as Prom and my hair and makeup for my wedding. I want to also shoutout the amazing massage therapists and nail techs! I have always had a pleasant experience 🙂

Kelsey was fabulous! I am not from the area and was recommended this salon for hair and makeup. I was highly impressed with Kelseys ability to create the look I was envisions for my photoshoot. If I am ever in the area again, I will be back.

Started going here about 8 months ago and had the best cuts and color by Abby Trufant. Unfortunately, she can’t keep the appointments she’s scheduled while in person because twice now my appointments have come up missing or “been canceled “. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Second time was today and it will be the last. Imagine walking into a scheduled appointment only to find out it “was canceled “ or “you’re not on her books “. It’s sad that Divinity is such a great place but has no clue how their contractors treat clients.

Paige is amazing! My hair has never looked so healthy, after years of wanting to grow my hair longer I have finally achieved it! I have very temperamental hair, keeping me blonde has been a challenge that Paige has taken on with success. 💁🏼‍♀️

I chose this place for a spa pedicure. The salon is beautiful. Pedicure room looks so pretty and inviting. Unfortunately, its just for looks. The seats are not comfortable, too many pillows to fight with, forcing you to sit with proper posture, holding your feet and legs together which is not relaxing at all. The service itself was....not much better. I gave a heads up when scheduling that I had gel on my toes. The girl literally sat an acetone dampened cotton ball on 3 toes altogether, crunched a peice of foil on them for 3-4 min (the cotton wasnt even sticking to nail paint), hand filed and scraped the gel off, filing my skin in the process. She DID NOT clean under nails, nail surface or bother clipping the pieces of cuticle she tore up. She immediately went into applying the new gel color, without toe rope when my smaller toes are clearly overlapping. She had me soak after all of that. By soak, I mean my feet were in the water long enough for her to turn in her chair to grab the salt scrub and back. 30 seconds, NO EXAGGERATION!!! She filed my heel and that was it. Slapped a mask on and wrapped with warm towels (that was the only great part), rinsed, lotion, no massage, and done. I was writing last client of the day so there was no need to rush. Especially since she just told me how she only makes money on services she provides. 🤔 The whole thing was quite baffeling!

Bad hair cut. Went back to make it right set up by the manager Kim Shaw. She put me with a different person that charged me double!! That is not making it right! Tina Cook the owner would not even call to talk about it. Awful experience. Save your money
