Cut and style Jessica messed up stopped washed in the middle of my cut once she finished washing said wasnt feeling well another lady would finish me up yet felt well enough take that lady in the back and come out wash. Seen colors and styles turn out guess a cut and style this just isnt the place. Definitely not what I wanted nothing like the pic at all butchered the back of my head / hair. All friendly very sweet clean place just not a cutting hair salon!!

I tried to use their services. I called several days in advance as I had a job interview and wanted a color, highlight, low light and cut and style. So I was going to spend some money. They called me an hour before my appointment t and said they would have to cancel as the person before me needed more attention and they were going to take care of her and cancel me. That a as so unprofessional. Not even offering an alternative. Will never go there . Even if they do a good job, it isnt worth it if you needed your hair done for something like an interview and they just cancel with no thought or consideration

I had a massage by Kandace and she was so professional. Everything was so amazing. I felt so relaxed. She explained ahead of time what was going to happen so I was completely at ease with the process and I would recommend anyone to see her! The entire staff at mirror image was so nice and friendly! I would gladly come back! This is a place I’d love to call my second home!

Maddison is a fantastic cosmetologist. She did a wonderful job on my cut and color. Unprofessional, my eyebrows dont match, had to sit in a hard plastic chair to get my hair done vs the actual salon chairs

Went in for a massage when they opened up after quarentine. The girl kandace was so rude. She kept complaining about her boyfriend and his baby momma. Kept cussing and going on. Definitly not relaxing. Will not be back

Great cuts and styles every time. My son won’t get his hair done anywhere else. Ask for Amber. She is a miracle worker getting the tangles out of my daughter’s hair. This last time my son tried highlights, and they look amazing! We can’t thank them enough for making us all look good.

Mirror Image Salon is awesome! My hair stylist is Amber and she does an amazing job with my hair!! I would highly recommend Mirror Image to anyone looking for a great group of hair stylists! They also do waxing, nails, spray tanning, and makeup!! It’s a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!

Friendly, fun, and caring staff who will go out of their way for their clients. I dont trust just anyone with my hair and I walk out of the salon 110% satisfied every time! I have dirty blonde hair that gets darker as I get older; I get my hair highlighted about 2 times a year and thats it! Long-lasting color! I leave with a very natural look and shine, and my hair is healthier than it has ever been. People always complement my hair. They even stop me and ask if they can take a picture of my hair. Then they ask who does my hair and I tell them Heidi at Mirror Image Salon on East Main St. In Jackson. Shes the best!!
