Great place to get your nails done. I usually goto Selena or Emily (when shes home) but the staff as a whole are great nail techs.

My husband and I went in Sunday the 19th. He got an amazing Pedi from a young woman but my nail set was awful.I asked for black glitter stilettos. He kept asking me what I wanted after I had told him multiple times. Ive never had such a bad set. First before he even started he cut my nails short!! Like before he glued the acrylics on, multiple are crooked even though I had asked him to fix them and the overall shape was just not good at all. One nail cracked within 2 days so I went in to get it fixed and he was super rude and kept asking me what I did to it. He literally just slapped 2 more coats over the cracked nail instead of actually replacing it. And not to mention it wasnt even the same color as the rest of my nails.5 out of 10 have lifted and peeled off. Cant get them redone because he cut them super short.I cant speak of anyone else there but the guy with the glasses is terrible. Absolutely would not recommend him.

Selena and Hannah are both nice and cordial there. But sometimes they come out wrong. The way the verbalized things... I guess is the different culture compared to America. The reason why I gave a 3 is because of Selena and Hannah who is extremely friendly.On the other note, I don’t like coming here is because of the way they talk to each other about people’s nails both feet and hands in a bad way and still turn around and smile at the customers. The one that made me upset when I was there is when a client paid themfor her services and didn’t leave a tip. The Vietnamese guy who did her nails came in and started complaining about no tip to all the workers in the nail salon even when customers were still there doing their nails in a loud voice...That then showed me they had no professionalism. I used to like coming here for but I don’t anymore.Talking about people’s nails (feet and hands ) in a bad way is a no no in business ethics and should not be tolerated. So if you still go there be careful!!!! If they still continue this way they will start loosing their cherished loyal clients. So if you are this business owner take note and train your staff accordingly.

I love my pedicure! They did very good! The price was exactly what it was supposed to be when I got to cashier not 20 or 30 more like other places

First nail salon I visited in Jackson and its one of the top nail salons in Jackson. My overall experience was good. Hannah was good. Expect to spend around 40-100 dollars on acrylic nails with designs or intricate details. If you show her a picture she does exactly what you want or even better. I just wished my natural nails were pre-soaked and my dead skin and cuticles were taken care off prior to acrylic application. Other than that it was a good experience and I would go again.

Expect for there to be a long wait, on a Sunday. I got the #2 pedicure treatment. The foot bath water was too hot so check it before they stop running the water. My technician was polite and gentle. Id go back again, but probably during the week while everyone else is at work.

Hannah did a great job on my nails! I got the dip powder and am always pleased. The staff are very nice and if you have an appointment they get you in at a timely manner!

I got a pedicure yesterday from a younger guy. I’m not sure what his name is. He claimed I had an ingrown toenail and pulled out a hang nail. It hurt very badly. My toe didn’t hurt at all when I arrived, but when I left it was throbbing. 24 hours later is is now swollen, red, and leaking yellow pus. Even after treating it with antibiotic ointment and peroxide it is continually getting worse. The tools that were used on me were obviously not sterilized and my toe is now badly infected. I got my nails done for my wedding tomorrow and instead received a very painful and infected big toe. I will probably never get a pedicure again because of this horrendous experience. On top of this he was very unprofessional. He kept saying “I’ll be right back” in the middle of my pedicure and leaving to go text. Please do not make the same mistake I did!! Go somewhere else!!

Expectation vs Reality... but when “reality” is better, imo. I asked for shorter than the picture and matte instead of shine. They turned out perfect! Salena even got creative and ombréd two of the lilac nails also! I’m in love💗

I was there recently receiving a manicure and witnessed one of the techs being incredibly unprofessional towards another customer. The customer was unsatisfied with the service she received as it was not what she asked for and the tech shouted across the packed salon basically claiming that she was lying and he did exactly as she asked. As I do not know the lady I’m not sure what she had asked for, but regardless, that is no way to treat a customer and no way to represent a business. I will not be returning as there are far more courteous businesses that provide the same services.

Super clean nice place and they are not to cheap but not expensive either! Just right. I went here and Salena did my nails for me and she took her time made sure I was happy with the shape and everything. I was going to a different nail salon and they were very expensive so I found this one thought I would give it a try and now its my new favorite! Ill definitely be going back at the end of the month. I got rhinestones on my finger and marble done and it came out to be $65 which is a great price compared to other places.

After 1 day my Gel polish peeled off both my thumbs.

A friend and I came and got pedicures. The woman who did mine cut off so much of my skin and nails on my toes with the cuticle clippers that it hurt to walk. My nail polish was done so poorly that I asked for a cotton ball with acetone on it and removed it myself. I didn’t notice the hurting until after I left and was walking around, so I called to tell the owner of the salon and she told me that I should’ve said something before I left and that she isn’t giving me a refund. All she offered to fix it was to repaint my toes, but that was the least of my concerns considering my toes were literally bleeding and hurting. I would not recommend this place EVER and will not be coming back, and hopefully I don’t get an infection from the raw sores on my toes. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Kim did an A-Ha-Mazing job with my nails! I tried the dip powder for the first time, and I love them! My daughters nails were manicured well and were so cute! They did high quality work, and the wait was short. It isnt as clean as I would like, but the service pushed the rating.

Extremely expensive and they dont do a good job. I am never satisfied with the final result. My cuticles look almost the same and the sides of my nails are not cut well, or the skin around them.

I am So.. so happy that I went to this place and let a Hanna do my nails and thanks to my neice who recommend her. She was on point and tend to all my needs. The atmosphere was mellow and I love that.. I found my new professional manicurist and all that. Thanks again Hannah. Check out Emily too..

I would not recommend no one to go there

I’m not the type of man that would go out and get a pedicure. However, after a life as a Cowboy, Soldier, Forest Ranger and Ranch Hand, I suffered many injuries that became debilitating 3 years ago. So when the time came that I could no longer care for my feet my wife suggested that I consider this alternative. I was immediately made to feel very comfortable. The technician that worked on me that day was very accommodating and sensitive to my disabilities and my loss of hearing. All of these folks are awesome! I’m now a constant customer!

This was my first time coming here. I stopped because they were open on a Sunday,which was very convenient for me. My daughter and I were having a mother/daughter day out. Lenas Nail Spa was the perfect place to start our day. We were their first customers for the day . As soon as we started getting our services,then, about 6 more customers came in. Employees were called in and came in quickly, and started to work with no hesitation. Customer service was excellent! I would definitely be returning and becoming a more frequent customer. I recommend Lenas Nail Spa to everyone.

NEVER AGAIN......my nails still looks like I need a fill in , the guy that did my nails was watching a movie on his phone the whole time and didn’t put my nails on right, my nails was going all kind of ways then the lady came to repair the nail that was messed up and was burning my nail with the drill trying to take off the nail that was messed up ....my first and last time ......will never go back

Only go to get my eyebrows waxed. Never had my nails done here. Waxing is way better than Ulta and its only $10!! Worth every penny. Very nice staff as well.

This has been my go to for nails but recently when I was there the nail station was DIRTY! It needed a good cleaning and so did the little nail dryers ,,they were all smudged and I just felt dirty sticking my hands n them. Doubt I will ever go back

Found this nail shop on Yelp through their positive reviews and gave them a shot this morning! The salon is calming and neatly. Will definitely get my nails here any time I am in need and I am in town.

Gave me the wrong kind of manicure, not what I asked for, but i was charged for the kind of manicure i had asked for which was much more expensive. The gel polish peeled off after 3 days and took the top half of my nails with it, my nails are still weakened and tear/flake easily since this happened

I went there today and waited thinking I’ll get my turn. they take a lady before me without even acknowledging that she was an appointment or what. They communicated with everyone except me when it came to when I would get services. I got the worst first impression.

I don’t know why anyone would give Lena’s less than 5 ⭐️!! Everyone is absolutely amazing and I drive an hour to get my nails done!! 100% worth the drive!

This salon is amazing ! They have a ton of options to choose from and everyone there is very nice not to mention that their prices are considerably inexpensive compared to most places because they don’t up charge you for every little detail that you want. I was very unsatisfied with the work in this salon. They have my nails very uneven with the acrylic and the filing. I went back to have them fixed and I was told “they look good to me” “it’s your finger that crooked”. So to say the least DO NOT have your nails done here. Very overpriced and lack the ability to properly lay and file the nail enhancement.

Love this place.. Went 2 1/2 errands so for a french shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. Im typically hard on my nails and chip them quickly and my nails dont even have a chip on them yet! Will definitely be back!!

Just got my pink gel polish taken off and then got a French manicure put back on. It was awful and I dont know where to start.- he soaked my old nail polish, then scraped it off with his thumb nail (ew)- the old polish hadnt soaked long enough, so it ruined my natural nails- the whole time it felt like he was rushing- he asked me about five times if I wanted powder nails, and it took me saying no all five times for him to quit asking- he didnt even get all the pink polish off, so now there are pink specks showing on some nails- the white part of the French manicure doesnt even extend all the way to the sides of each nail on some nails, and on others he got it on the skin on either side- the polish is lumpy- not once did he clean off the table from nail filings, so my hands were all dirty and dusty the whole time. by the time he rubbed lotion on my hands, it was this mixture of lotion and filings, so it was gritty and hurt- I dont have to speak his language to know when he was talking rudely about me/other customersI want a refund. Go to Polished instead.

Salina and Emily are the sweetest young ladies. Salina has been doing my nails and I use the powder and she is awesome!

1st time getting nails done and last time. The nail job was horrible and they refused to fix 5 of the crooked nails.
