I honestly get the best shape out of my nails with this place. I always get coffin acrylics if I get my nails done, and they do a great job at that. They are also super fast, which is normally awesome, but I also incur the most injuries here. There is one gentleman that will file your nail the best and basically your bone off, I avoid him at all costs. I also had my nail beds nipped too hard many times and this last time found a large gash in my bed as well. I have a high pain tolerance and just want pretty nails, but be prepared for that to happen. Otherwise Ive not had a reason to complain.

I had my nails done today with the dip! I’ve went here a few times and they have done an ok job but today was by far the worst I’ve ever had Ever!!! Wanted a light pink, Square shaped! I didn’t get the right colored pink nor the right shape! My nails aren’t even, smooth, or the same length! Oh top of it all there are darker pink spots on some of my nails!

Couldn’t do a simple black french tip😒😤 VERY VERY rough, had an attitude. Nails we not right shape and I was NOT happy at all. DO NOT GO HERE!

They do great work but so busy... And they like to use the Dremel even on regular polish . They are busy and they are able to get more done that way.. if you like the Dremel early and often this is your place!!

Horrible customer service. The nail tech was horrible and she rushed when doing my nails. Very unprofessional she tried to peel my shellac off my nails.. Just very unprofessional I never experienced that at that shop, the others are nice but that one I think her name is Eva very rude.. Ill definitely make a complaint with corporate right away

I thought this was the best place ever until I was greeted with a horrible attitude and rushed. And then advised they didn’t have enough time to paint my natural nail after removing the dips unless I was getting shellac, acrylic or dip. Horrible service

Went for a mani/pedi. I got shellac on both. Within 1 week the shellac was falling g off both. Literally full pieces the whole nail just falling off. I went to ask them to fix it. There were only 2 to 3 people there. I was blown off told they were busy and I would need to come back another time. That was the second d time the shellac fell off my mani/pedi. Happened a while back as well but I thought I would give them a second go at it. Little disappointed in the service

This was my first time getting a pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful Ill have to try it again sometime.

Nice massage chairs. I always ask for Cam. She does an amazing job and shes funny. I only go for basic pedicures, so I cant discuss any other services. Cam suggested a wax for my feet which helps keep them smoother, longer. Could use some nice touches like a beverage with your service, but overall they do what they set out to do. Clean, efficient, fairly priced.

I came for a full set. Was in and out very quickly however the color was way off, she tried applying only the glitter coat without color first, then after two coats she wiped it off and got color. Advertised price was $30 online, $40 in store, and I was charged $50 even though I chose square shape and wanted short nails. Three of my nails are literally so caked up with either acrylic or glue they appear to be lifting off 😭 corners are unpainted, and all the shaping looks disproportionate to each nail.

They did not do a good job with my nails. I got dipped and not even 2 days later they were breaking and cracking. I dont think they dipped them enough.. I do not recommend them for dipped nails!!!

I had a 4 oclock appt with my 3 girls for a pedi before our trip. When we walked in we were greeted and given colors to pick. Another pair walked in after us and were seated immediately for a pedi. We waited 45 minutes before we were able to get to a chair. I decided to let them do 2 of our nails as well, which was a mistake. They basically did a rush paint job and nothing else because they were busy. She actually told me this and then charged me for two full manicures and my daughters is falling off two days later. My niece has one toe that is no longer painted as it fell off not even 24 hours later. We all paid extra for shellac too. Prices in my opinion were too high for the service that we received.

Made an appointment for 7pm through the phone and showed up on time and was told i didn’t make an appointment. showed them my recent calls to prove that i did call them. waiting for over a half hour to get my nails done, when someone finally did my nails it was very rushed, was done in under 30 min. also made me bleed by the drill. never gotten my nails done so fast (not in a good way)

Told one charge, and was given higher charge when paying. ( prices shown on board apparently not followed). Nails are off center, crooked. When I questioned prices, I was given a smart.reply and ignored for further explanation. This was my first and LAST visit. Never accept less than great service when paying high prices!

Day of nails: I clarified I wanted dip powder twice and she refused to do it because the acrylic was “cheaper” though money was not an issue. I paid $65 for blue chrome coffin shaped acrylic nails in which I requested ombré almond shaped dip powder nails, will NOT return.2 WEEKS LATER: The nails were all lifted and the paint was chipped after 6 days of wear, I then went to Davi nails and they fixed me right up DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have always gotten my nails done with the dip powder since I discovered this place. Everyone is so nice and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Sometimes it does get a little busy, but theyll get you informed and all set to go as soon as someone becomes available. They have decent prices and beautiful colors and techniques that they are capable of doing. Ive never gotten a pedicure here but Ive seen some of them and they are beautiful. I definitely suggest checking it out if youre looking for a nice manicure or pedicure.

When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly gentle man, who asked when services I would be needing and then he sat me at a nail booth and handed me a basket of nail colors, while I waited for my nail artist. I didnt even have time to decide on a color before the nail artist showed up. The same gentleman that greeted me asked what color I was looking for and helped me pick a color which I thought was great, since I didnt have time to decide myself. Overall an okay experience, although I thought my nails could have turned out better for $30.

I went here to get a fill and new color on my acrylics. Previously, I had always gotten my nails done at CK Nails in Ann Arbor (a fabulous place... I highly recommend). I decided to come to Sky because Ann Arbor is a bit of a drive, and my friends had spoken well about their experiences here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind man who made a special place for me to sit while I waited for my manicurist. My manicurist was extremely rushed, acted like I was bothering her the entire time, and was irritated when I asked questions. I understood that they were busy, but it seemed like she was more concerned about the other customers than the quality of work that she was putting into my nails. She also made me feel self conscious and stupid for asking questions about different top coats on shellac. As for the other employees, they seemed like very kind, friendly people... so Im not sure if maybe my manicurist was just having a bad day? That being said, I would not ever go to her (specifically) again. On another note, I thought that the Shellac shade range was not as large as other salons, but they had very reasonable prices and it was a clean establishment. My nails look nice, and Im willing to give Sky another try, despite the first poor customer service experience.

Today I went to Sky Nail and Spa for the first time. It was absolutely amazing! I usually go to a place in Jackson Crossing, but I will forever come back to Sky from here on out. The quality was incomparable to any other place I have ever been, my nails look great and they actually care how good your nails look before you leave. I am absolutely in love with the way my nails turned out, I could not have asked for anything better! Jenny was super great and welcoming, it felt as though a friend was doing my nails, she was super personable! I recommend anyone looking to get their nails done go to Sky Nail and Spa!

Every time i have been there i end up with the same lady (Eva) and she is just TERRIBLE. The acrylic looks fine but she cannot paint nails to save her life. She must be someones mother to still have a job. Chris and Tho have done my friends nails and they look amazing but she really shouldnt be allowed to do nails.

Specifically said dont cut my toenails only file. She cut the side of my toenails with the angle clippers they use for the cuticles and cut way to far down before I could stop her. One toe is throbbing with pain and I know the other will be a big painful ingrown toenail. Ive liked this place thus far but this was my last time going there. If you cant listen to the customers then why should I come back? And to be honest....have you ever seen them clean their instruments? Getting my toes done they splash the instruments in the water that my feet are in? Do they do that with everybody?

Was only supposed to be charged $35 for a full set of gel nails and $50 was charged to my account.

Sometimes its great and other times like today he looked like he hated being there. Didnt take all of the old dip off. Didnt shape them very well. Hurt my fingers too many times to count. Very disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place and did for several months. They did a nice job on my nails which I do pink and white, was excellent. I used one nail technician. Once it appeared I was a burden and she was sullen several times in a row, i moved on. I dont expect much from a technician.i dont expect to carry on a conversation but stilted yes or no and throwing your hands is unacceptable. It has been difficult to find a good place in Jackson for nails with a full package of customer service, quality and cost. I may go back but not sure.

Awful service and customer service. The staff is rude, they dont do that great of a job. I made an appointment and still waiting over half an hour before they got to me. Not even a week and my nail polish started chipping. I will never go to them again, no recommend them to anyone.

Worst nail place Ive ever been to. I got my nails done and the first day it chipped. I wasnt doing anything super productive to make it chip. The lady who did my nails missed painting some of my nail. The people were nice, but the nail polish at my house is a million times better than theres and I just have regular nail polish with the price of like $1-$3. It is also crammed packed...the bathroom is right in front of one of the desks you get your nails done at, so it is a tight space to try and go to the bathroom. Most likely will not go back. :(

Went for the first time this weekend and I wasn’t satisfied. I told one of the nail techs I wanted a medium length for my acrylics and the did them short and uneven I had to get them fixed. She seemed rushed and was really rough with my nails. They were chunky and uneven. The lady didn’t even clean my cuticles or anything before placing the acrylic. Also she told me my service was 45 and after I got them fixed for her mistakes they charged me 50. Don’t recommend this place, the manager was rude and the price is NOT worth the quality. Horrible work can’t wait to get them fixed in Chicago

I couldnt believe the service I received today. Although I was disappointed with the work from the week prior I thought that I would get better results with a different tech. NOT AT ALL! It was worse. He didnt clean my nails property and left residue and polish from before. When I asked simple questions about his process HE ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT ME! I was so embarrassed. I didnt want to get rude myself. I simply paid him still gave him a tip and left. I called the shop and asked for the manager. He told me I should know what I want when I get there! Wow! How professional. I asked if I could return tomorrow, have the work removed, get my money back but keep the tip. He said no. I guess Ill have to chalk it up as a loss but Im terribly disappointed. The first time there they cut my finger, the last time I was there the polish came off the next day and my nails have torn, ripped and snagged on everything. I would not recommend going there. I will never go there again.

My daughters and I went to get manicures for her wedding. I usually like going there but today was not pleasant. They rushed us, made us feel like were bothering them. I went again only because I had a gift cerificate. Horrible job again. The guy I got was very rude, the manicure is a joke, cuticle trim is horrible, no lotion message and some nails are round some are square and I have polish on my skin.

I have been going here for probably a year and it just seems like the quality has gone downhill! They get so busy and ship people in and out so quickly. My acrylic nails are so thin that they are all breaking after only getting them done a week ago! Time to look for a new salon!

I got acrylic nails put on and they are all crooked and cut uneven. He kept on filling them down so they are super short and not what I wanted, also the paint looks horrible and there are bubbles and spots where he missed. Will not go back or recommend to a friend.

Nail looks horrible. They don’t have the full prices on the board and the manicure is a fourth of what it is in quality else where but twice as expensive.
