As a walk-in; wasnt sure how my visit would be with reading so many bad reviews for Jackson Nail places. So I thought why not cant mess up toe nails. The massage was very pleasant and he took his time, wasnt rushed. First and foremost there was no bleeding! The guy I had was gentle and not rough with my feet. I appreciate that! And my toenails look so good!

My daughter called and made an appointment for both of us. They only scheduled one of us for half of what we asked for. When we tried to calmly control the situation they told us they didnt have time to mess with us at all because someone was behind us more important at 3:00. They were very rude very unorganized and must not speak very fluent English because they cant schedule appointments properly. I will never go back or suggest to any of my friends to go.

I felt very pampered and well taken care of. My nails came out great. The hot stone treatment was heavenly!

Appointments always met! Always a great job! Dont have to ask for anybody special because theyre all really good!

I enjoyed the whole experience....its more than a mani pedi....they exfoliate your feet and arms and hands, and use warm cloths, massage your feet and arms and hands, they use warm stones...its so very relaxing I almost fell asleep...everyone was super nice and professional....loved, loved, loved it!!!!!👍🥰

My feet were in pretty bad shape I had not had a pedicure in over a year due to a break. Dylan was so patient and thorough. He did an awesome job. I will be back again.

1st Time differently will be returning only want the gentleman I had for both my pedicure and manicure perfectionist. Hard to find these days people want to rush but at this place it was something that feels like they are interested in the customer. You wont be disappointed. Give it a try would not stir anyone wrong. Cant wait till my next appointment . Have out of town company and will be sharing my new place with them.

First and last time trying this place. Big name , bad service. Spent $76 on a gel set. Asked for ombré and nobody in the shop could do it even with right materials. One of my nails cracked and broke off today after just one week. So much for a fill.

Sang was wonderful! I did have to wait a relatively long time,but it was on a friday so thats expected. My full set with gel look great though

They can always get me in when I need my nails or toes done last minute. Super fast service and friendly technicians.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Today I got dip polish and a pedicure by Mrs.Vivian and I can’t express enough how WONDERFUL my experience was. She was so kind and gentle and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. I have been to every single nail salon in Jackson Tennessee and I can say without a doubt that this is the best one. From now on I will only be coming to Beverly Hills Nail and Spa. 11/10 recommend! Thank you for being so phenomenal Mrs.Vivian!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went here a week ago for the first time. I regret spending my money here. This is not even one week after I got them done and I got the dip nails. Dip usually lasts me over a month I went back to go get a refund and they refused to give me one. This is very frustrating because their prices arent cheap. If my nails arent chipping, theyre cracked. Their staff is rude and they have a huge building with only 5 workers it seems so they are always turning away people at the door. I wish they would have been busy when I went so that I didnt waste $100. Trust me dont go here. You want to save your money.

A Great place to have a man I and pedi

I love this salon. Its my favorite one in the area. Theyre never slammed and if they are busy they always do their best to fit you in. Their work is great too. Im a nurse and the only way to keep a manicure for longer than one 12 hr shift is to get dip polish. Usually lasts 2 weeks or longer. :)

1st time was an amazing experience. This time I had a gentleman who was constantly on the phone and doing other things, burned my feet with the wax, and did a mediocre job

The gentleman who answered the phone to make an appointment was so cheerful and kind! I was really excited to try this place out. I definitely did not get that gentleman working on my hands and feet, however....I asked for a green tea pedicure and a manicure with nail dip.My technician was grumpy and kind of barked orders at me. The technicians around me were offering their clients beverages, mine never bothered. The pedicure that I paid for probably would have been a great service, but the gentleman doing my nails was so rough that a spot on my foot actually started bleeding. When he finished the French manicure on my toes it had two spots where the polish was messed up, but I was actually AFRAID to ask him to fix it.Then, I paid $45 to have my natural nails dipped and there was no manicure, at all. Nails werent soaked, cuticles not addressed, nothing. I got a rough and uncomfortable grinding, poorly shaped nails, and then the dip.The salon itself is pretty clean, the prices are decent for the pedicures, and some of the other nail techs seemed wonderful, but I dont believe I will return.

This was my first (and last visit). The pedicure was great and you should see Tom if you want a pedicure. He did not do my manicure. I initially wanted a dip manicure. First, they did not have the companion regular polish for the dip color as I have been accustomed to at other nail shops. Second, the second person did not know how to shape my nails. He stated I needed to add tips in order to do a square shape on a natural nail. Third, I asked him not to use a drill and he did anyway. So I ended with just getting a partial manicure. The pedicure caused the two stars. If it werent for the pedicure I would give 1 star.

My mom and I went for a spontaneous summer fun outing. The nail tech wasnt friendly at all, he barely spoke at all to us. When trimming my nails, he cut them completely short without asking and did a poor job of painting them. Certain spots werent completely covered and I am still peeling polish off the actual skin of my finger tips. Unlikely either of us will ever go back.

I told him i want short nails but not to short, before I even seen the length he kept cutting away. Like he was in a rush, but the shop was basically empty. Then he kept filing my nails down making them even shorter, by the way one of my nail is noticeably crooked.

I am from out of town and I needed my nails done. I looked at the reviews and chose this salon. Big mistake. After Tia did my nails the first time they looked terrible and I told him. He redid my nails and they still looked bad. I have had my nails done for 27 years so I know when a gel fill is not good and this one was the worse I ever had plus the most expensive .

Not impressed - had appointment at 2:30, wasn’t worked on until 3:30. Got 2 color acrylic nails for $60. I’m fine paying that much for quality work, but my cuticles weren’t pushed back or trimmed and the whole job was sloppy & rushed. They’re thick, have acrylic stick under my nails, and the edges are a mess. I get my nails done maybe once a year and it’s extremely disappointing to spend this much money for such bad quality.

I went with my cosmetology school to get a manicure, the service was amazing, the place is absolutely beautiful, the employees arent very talkative but some people like a quiet relaxing atmosphere when getting pampered. I will definitely be going back for a pedicure and hopefully to work in the near future!! Did I mention the place is the most beautiful salon Ive ever seen?? And huge!! They have about 15 pedicure chairs and 2 kids pedichairs!! Awesome place!

Paid over a HUNDRED DOLLARS for a pedi/mani only for my nails to look like this when I left. Toes weren’t much better. Polish running over cuticles etc. WILL NOT be back.

Would give a no star rating if I could. Went there for my wife for our anniversary pedicure. Got there at 5 and said it would be a bit they wrote us down for 6:30. At 6:30 we were seated. At 7:30 they havent even started on us. All they had to do was be upfront and we would have went elsewhere or spent our limited time without the kods doing something else together. Wasnt much of an explanation or apologies. They really seemed glad they could go ahead and close. Wont be back!!!

Its a nice clean place, opened early for a bridal party Mani and Pedi day. I had my pedicure with shellac polish coated $50. Plus tip, he didnt take care of my heels at all, the leg massage lasted maybe 5 min.would never recommend the guy I had.

I went in to get my nails done eyebrows done. I told them what I needed done and they asked me to have a seat. After 15 minuets of me sitting there 3 people got put in front of me, so I sat there for 45 more minuets. Eventually got up and left because 2 more people got put in front of me.
