I have used this place for months, but today I was beyond disappointed. Honestly, I walked out completely disgusted with it. Typically I get a simple paint and fill in to the acrylic on my natural nails, but I took in a photo of what I wanted done special for the holidays. I understand there is a language barrier, but pictures are universal right?? WRONG. I ask for grey fade-away to white (like a snowy evening) I got a color that changes from one to the other with temperature! It looks nothing like I wanted. I tried to tell them it was wrong, and instead they argued that it would have been a different type of color and work and we can do it tomorrow if I want. I never told them to do this, yet I have to pay for two different visits because they didn’t want to do it how I ask? No Thank You! Not going back. Needless to say if you are doing a simple color they can do it. Any pretty work, find someone else... For reference the first picture is what I wanted, the others are what I got...

Fast friendly service for a good price

My sister and I came to Jackson and needed a nail salon this was the best I they were nice and accommodating. We loved everything bout this place.

The owners of this salon are the nicest people in the business. They work hard to give me exactly what I ask for. Their daughter, who works with them, is also very helpful and hard working. I have been going to them for about 2 years and they always treat me with such kindness and respect. They do a great job, but even better, they are good people.

Do not go to this nail shop!!!! They took themselves a $20 tip off my card rather than the $5 I signed for!!

The price of nails started out $27 when I start to pay it was $57 and when I got home nails were terrible and dirty looking went back to studio nail they said they would fix them and I just wanted refund and to never go back there. Total rip off! No refund was given back!

Went and got a pedicure and a couple days later I got an infection in my toe and the doctor said it’s from them not using clean utensils!

The husband and wife that own this establishment are both amazing, friendly, and hard working people. I have been to almost every nail shop in Jackson within the year I have lived here and I have finally found my home nail salon! They pay attention to every detail even if it takes them longer. I am so satisfied and happy to have found them!Please give them a try.

They charged 30 for a fill and my nails look horrible they are all different lengths and the edges arent shaped. I left no tip thats how bad they are.

When I started going I loved it but as I continue to go the prices went up from $55 for acrylic dip powder to $65. I understand if your product prices goes up but you should advertise the correct price.

They normally do a great job. Could sanitize equipment better.

Soo.. long story short , I went an got my nails done I told them I wanted ballerina but didn’t receive that I got a square-ish shape I didn’t wanna be rude but as the man was drilling my nails he was going extra hard and my skin was cut. The acrylic was on my skin , he painted the nails an did a horrible job! I had to take it off . It was all over my nails & hands. I go to this place often so I was surprised! my pinky nail was hurting bad ,But then a week later my nails was lifting I mad because I wasted 45 dollars ! My pinky nail came off an it looked horrible

The husband got upset with me because I was bringing my own polish and the wife informed me they have a gel additive that could be used with regular polish to make it a gel polish. I was thrilled. However, the last time I needed a repair, the husband was angry and told me if I cant use their polishes they cant do my nails. I informed him I wasnt even aware they had the gel additive until his wife told me. He again told me he will not mix my polish anymore. He went to tell me I could go somewhere else because they plenty of polishes I could use. So I took his advice, and stop giving them my business. In addition, he was always asking where is your daughter (teenage child), I would tell him a general location, and he would still ask as if he wanted a specific location. That creeped me out because he is on the sex offenders registry. I will NEVER under any circumstances patronize this business again.

Terrible, afford service would not recommend to anyone. Never again will I go there they use to be great but not anymore.

The worst nail salon I have EVER been to. To just get gel polish on my nails, I switched between 4 different people and 2 chairs. It took an hour. And the salon was dirty and cluttered. It didnt look like they sanitized their nail instruments either. They washed them with soap and water. Also, I am pretty sure they buy fake OPI gel colors because I got bubble bath and it looked clear. Bubble bath is already a light neutral color, but this has no hint of color at all. I would give a rating of 0 if I could.

I will never recommend anyone to go to there shop. After a week of getting my nails done 3 of them popped off. I have NEVER have my nails to pop off for no reason. They would not fix it. I had to go through 3 different people for them to tell me to come up there n they still charged me. That was a bad experience.

They did not close until 6 on Sunday. I had already called twice to make sure they would be able I take me at 5:30 and they said they could. When I arrived 5:20, they were leaving. I told them I was the one who had been calling and the lady just goes “ohhh, we’re open tomorrow”. All I needed was a manicure and polish.

They do the best pedi’s around..

First time to visit today and was very impressed with the service and curtesy! Very professional, did a very good job and will visit again.
