I will no longer come back to this place. I come faithfully even when they are busy. I asked for a soak off bowl three times and they wouldn’t give it to me because they wanted to pop my nails off. The nails can not be popped off because the way they are put on and it will hurt my nails if they were to popped off. After I told him he didn’t say anything he continued to do the other woman nail and ignored me.

I made an appointment with Johnny for 5pm last Saturday. He started someone else right before I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes & complained about my appointment time not being honored. The manager didnt do anything & Johnny told me he has to make $$ & that I needed to understand. I told him then the manager shouldnt make appointments. He continued to make excuses until I told to to save his excuses for someone who cared. Not only have they lost me as a customer, they have lost 3 other family members as customers also. Never Ever going back to Lucy Nails & Spa. Completely Unprofessional!

My appt was 2pm... I came on thinking Kim would take me... No Henry jumped on it an my Nails are beautiful✨ I love the length an especially the color! Henry took his time making sure my nails were secure! He is excellent I love the way he files thanks Henry @Lucy nails also I love when a male does my nails anyway!!!

Love Kim! She knows a lot about different nail techniques and they offer many different gel colors and dip powders. Service was fast and my nails are beautiful!!

When I went in, they all acknowledged me and welcomed me. I was asked how could help me. Tjey got started on my feet immediately, when I was coughing cause throat was a bit scratchy theuy gave me water. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyones nails were beautiful, especially mine. I will be going back!!!!

The best nail salon I have ever been to. Fast service, great work, and nice environment. Complimentary wine or water while you enjoy your experience. I highly recommend. Way better than any nail salon in North Park mall were prices are extremely high.

This was an horrific experience, first off I came for a dip set on my real nails! He did not complete the dip process so after a DAY, my nails start to break off and chip! Now I’m here on today, and my nails have been filed and butchered and I’m force to pay for another service that I CLEARLY did not want because I have to cut all of my nails off.

I was traveling from North Carolina, and this nail shop was highly recommend by Shanta. My experience as you can see was five stars. Kim and husband Henry, were warm, friendly and so was the rest of the staff.Awesome experience!!! Next time, I visit Mississippi, this will be my first place to stop.

They are horrible!! They make up “rules” and “how you suppose to do it” to fit their cheap ways of applying acrylic... I’ve been getting my nails done for over a decade now, you can’t tell me how to keep them “strong”. And plus this is my money. This is my third visit getting acrylic replaced before my nail breaks. Today just marked a week since I got them done. I will not be coming back 🤬

Henry did my nails . Did an awesome Job, very polite ..the massage of the hands was everything 🥴🤤 & the pedicure was good too . They did everybody nails & whatever they needed done even tho they were about to close . I will be coming back .

They close entirely too early!! They dont value your money period and I am saying this as a loyal customer who came to door at 710 and they close at 730 and they didnt even have the decency to atleast look up acknowledge me and say they were closed.

Sat there an hour before the big Chinese woman said it would be another hour asking another nail tech when I was referred to her.. very unprofessional. Wouldnt go back even if they were giving away pedicures.

Bad customer service never give their full attention when doing your nails. Always looking around at other customers. They had a problem when I tried to change my nail color even though I was paying extra to do so.

James is absolutely amazing! No one else could do what i request, i showed him the pictures and my nails are PERFECT!

Worse nail shop in jackson ! PLEASEEEEE do not waiste your time or money ! I came into the nail shop @9:30 & left @12:30! The manager was rude ! The polish was all messed up ! If number 0 was the rating that what I would rate this nail shop ! The manager made my finger bleed & charge me full price. Never again will I come to this nail shop! If u want to go to the best nail shop , go to northpark mall down stairs 😘

I love this nail salon .I never have any problem with the staff . And they really nice . and a lot of time of times the customers are rude to the staff and the staff is still nice to them . Kim does really good with the eyebrow waxing . i never got my nails done there , only my eyebrows . but every persons nails i have seen are beautiful

By far the worst experience Ive ever had! Pedicure was okay but the man who did my manicure was terrible. I came to relax and he wouldnt stop showing me his tattoos then screwed up the nail polish so badly that I asked him to just take it off and I left. Dont ever use this place

After coming here for many years I can’t continue. I sat here on a Saturday from 11:50a-2:15p waiting to get my eyebrows hands and feet done. I told Kim what I needed when I walked in but she left without providing the service!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on! And it’s always a long wait regardless of what day you go.
