Do not plan on parking near your apartment. And dont plan on managment helping with that either. Would be a nice community to me if I were ever allowed to park even in the same lot as my apartment. And man do I wish I were allowed to have a bicycle on my patio like everyone else. I do not feel like management cares at all about anyone living here.

I’ve worked for Beztak for 4 months. I love the company and it’s professionalism. Beztak management has high standards of quality and they hold employees liable to meet their standards. A woman by the name of Lisa hung up in my face after telling me to hold and never returned my call. I was looking to get information so I could possibly rent from here, but NO. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Disrespectful woman I must say, if you treat me like that as an applicant with questions and intentions to rent, I can imagine how you treat the current residents. Do better Lisa...do better!

Area is nice. But management sucks Beztak

I’ve lived here with my mother since I was a child. Back in the day it was a decent place to be. Nowadays not so much. Sure they slapped a new coat of paint over some already aged vinyl siding, but a new coat of paint doesn’t cover up the ludicrous amount of trouble this place is in. It’s a nice place to live if you like crime, I’ve caught a man breaking into one of our cars, I hear gunshots at least twice a month around here, after management leaves the office at the end of the day you can’t walk across the neighborhood without smelling marijuana. Cops are called here at least a few times a month. No discredit to JPD they are great! However the lack of care from the management staff is laughable. There is crime all around, kids urinating on the balcony, knocking on doors and running away constantly even into the later hours of the night, and car stereos booming so loud they shake the walls again even into the late hours of the night. Nothing is off limits it seems except the presentation as to get people moved in here and get their money. They don’t care about the safety of the residents and they don’t care about the quality of life the residents have here. After all the bad things I’ve mentioned they have done nothing to solve it yet when some of these people leave garbage laying around then THAT IS CROSSING THE LINE! They made a real effort in letting the whole neighborhood know that they implemented security cameras at the dumpster to make sure people are dumping their garbage into the dumpster itself which is good, yes, however I’d say 30% of the time the dumpster is completely filled and you can’t fit trash in there anyway, very seldom do they take the time to activate the compressor as to make more room for the trash. I feel that security cameras would be of better use around the neighborhood itself but again, they make it clear they don’t care about the residents! Just the money! So yeah, it’s a great place to live if you like the things I’ve listed above. By the way the pool is usually never open even when there’s not a pandemic so if you think that’s a plus to living here don’t get your hopes up.

Great place to live. Love the great new improvements, and the staff is remarkable. Why choose any other place when your treated like family here.

Horrible at communicating with residents

I would never recommend anybody staying at Park Ridge EVER! Save your money, you’d be better off buying something that’s a lot more nicer. Not even worth it.

Windows not properly insulated in some of the apartments. The temperature was 7 degrees outside last night and even with the heat on 80, the draft from the incorrectly installed windows still brought the temperature down to about 40 in the master bedroom. Broken Kitchen Appliances. Maintenance takes forever to fix a problem and has to come back 3 times in order to get it done *note: they do not come back 3 times in the same day, they come and claim they fixed the problem and then its not fixed and you have to call them back and be put on a waiting list even if its an emergency.* Overcharging people for low budget housing. I would recommend an investigation on this establishment because their are a lot of things not being done, or being ignored, and not supposed to be happening, like the children residents riding the maintenance workers golf cart. One of the other residents put in a complaint because the worker left the key in the cart and the kids ran it into their car. They give you a lease agreement based off of you viewing their Model Apartment which is one of the only apartments that they put the proper work into, 1 year lease agreements, and they charge you to break them regardless of the situation and become a negative landlord reference.*Edit* So its been a month now since the office said they were gonna replace the broken appliances that Ive been dealing with now for a year and still nobody. Just seen maintenance workers bringing a stove to a vacant apartment yet they ignore me but they raised the rent. When I was getting ready to withhold my rent till they made the correct repairs they started sending notices and calling my wife trying to get her to come pay and not once did they say they were gonna come fix. My whole point is dont be a slum lord. It is the beginning of the new year. These problems were in this apartment before I moved in. Will be reporting this complex to the BBB.

I have been living at Park Ridge for 12 years, and I still love it! Although, Park Ridge is under new management now, Beztak, I am hoping for more and more improvement. The office managers are very thorough and professional. When I put my work orders in, I get immediate service. So, I cant quite give a lot of feedback on Beztak, but I can say that there has been a great amount of changes with Beztak versus Ambling, the old management. I dont like the fact that I have to spend more money, especially, since I havent had these expenses since Ive been there. But what can I say, with new management comes new policies, so I just roll with the punches, and I am still praying and hoping for better living. I hope this review helps you make your selection! Take your time and shop around. Everything is not perfect, but I can assure you with time I do believe some situations do improve, while other things has to be overlooked. Things may not happen when you want them to, but that s life. So I cant promise that Park Ridge is Heaven on earth, but it is not Hell either. I would say its safe for small children, because as long as I have been in the neighborhood I have not seen or overheard any rumors about predators. Enjoy Life! and be blessed!

Just moved in very quiet community, Really enjoy how spacious the units are, very clean and nice. Kid friendly environment, really enjoy living at Parkridge apts
