The Timbers is a great place to live. The location is far enough from downtown that it isnt bothered by the traffic going to the national parks. And still it has public transportation to Jackson hole mountain resort within a 5 minute walk. Specially last winter with the south bus routes.The property is in great condition, grass lawns are expertly groomed . It feels like a very safe place with children playing wherever they please. At night there is no shortage of lights for safe travels.

Lived here the last year and a half. In my twenty years of renting apartments this is hands down the best complex I have lived at. Ryan is what makes this place, he is an outstanding manager, very courteous, and on top of things. I have seen him doing what seems like a little bit of everything around property and it’s very impressive. The area is clean and well maintained especially for a pet friendly property. I love living here and would highly recommend to anyone, I have lived at the other apartments in town and this is where I will call home!

The Timbers is a great place to live. Centrally located in town but far enough away from the square to not be a zoo. Ryan and Greg are both great at what they do and actually care about the property. As a result, everything is well maintained, from the apartments to the landscaping to the parking lots. If you are lucky enough to get an apartment here you will not regret it.

Lived here since November last year. Best experience with renting from the get go. Ryan and Greg are always friendly, quick and precise when it comes to addressing any little things that may need a tune up or a fix, always courteous, always genuine. Wonderful experience. Ryan and Greg are the best! The most easy to talk to, understanding, and helpful landlords I have ever had. They even helped look for my dog when he ran away :) They are always so friendly, greet every tenant by name, and are quick to respond to questions/concern. 10/10 recommend living here!

The Timbers has hands down been one of my favorite places to live in town, Ryan and Greg are constantly working to improve the place and it shows. They’re also really welcoming and if you need anything they work as quickly as they can to fix whatever.

Unfortunately my google name is Eric Cartman - makes it difficult to make a serious reviewI moved out of state to Jackson a few years ago - the only place I found available was The Timbers - what made it perfect is its a very dog friendly community. Very few places out here openly allow you to have a dog. Dog owners are respectful and responsible.Ryan made it a very easy process even out of state to move here. We were really nervous having never been to Jackson or Wyoming - but Ryan made us feel comfortable.Once a 1 bedroom opened up - my wife and I decided to move into that - we loved it but tried to find a slightly cheaper option in another area nearby. That was a mistake. You get what you pay for. We tried that for almost a year and have just moved BACK to the Timbers in another unit that we love.Having been in many other friends units locally, lived other places out here etc. I can say The Timbers is one of the best apartment complexes in the Jackson area. The grounds are always maintained, staff is friendly and always able to answer questions / concerns, the units are beautiful and the location is perfect - its not in the heavy traffic center of town, but still convenient to get anywhere. Its right next to schools, bike path, right next to Whole Grocer, and a gas station.My wife and now our two dogs love it here - should be on the top of your list when considering moving from another apartment in Jackson, or out of state to here.

Ryan is a great property manager! Very helpful, I always saw him and maintenance working constantly on improving this property. Unfortunately I relocated, but if I ever came back to the area this would be where I would return for an apartment. Great location. I was in the studio deluxe and was perfect for me! Ryan has been great to work with but the trying to pay on line has not worked. I am still trying to get registered 2 day later and I still cant get on it keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect when I just set them up. I try calling and I have been on hold for 30 minutes and cant get through.

Ali and I lived here with our two dogs. The landlord Ryan Blair and his team did everything they could to make our stay there as nice as possible. When something was wrong they quickly fixed it and when it was time to move on they worked with us to make the transition as smooth as possible.After living in Jackson for 6 years, I highly recommend for the landlords alone.

I’m new to the area and have lived a lot of places This is Not a place you want to live if you want to come home and just relax. It’s noisy all night and kids run around everywhere. Although I believe Management is trying I would definitely suggest elsewhere. It’s a shame because the apartments are nice!

Management is very friendly. Couldnt ask for better management. Neighbors are pretty cool. Units are clean and the property is well taken care of. Rent is equal to or less than anywhere else in Jackson.

These apartments are perfect. They even have cheap wifi you can buy w/ PayPal.
