Camellia Trace Apartments is a modern apartment complex with great amenities including pool, fitness facility, dog park, grilling area, and on-site laundry room. It has clean apartments that are maintained. The staff is very helpful, and continually meet my needs as a tenant in timely manner. They are friendly and easy to work with too. I like how friendly my neighbors are and the location of the apartments. It is in a convenient location close to North Highland and a recently remodeled Kroger, yet there is never too much noise. I enjoy living here.

Been at Camellia Trace for over a year now. The apartments feel new and everything is kept up well. We have had great experiences with maintenance. Staff is also friendly.We love the more modern appliances and the fact that we can have pets.If you can catch one of their leasing deals, the price isnt even more than the average Jackson apartment, which is super nice.

Ive been living here at Camellia Trace for almost a year and Im glad I moved here. Its a very nice place to live. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is wonderful. Its really quiet here and thats hard to beat considering we are so close to everything in town. I looked at all the other apartment complexes Jackson had to offer and this one is the best. Its the best maintained and the price is very affordable.

I love living here. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. When you have a maintenance problem it is handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are beatiful and well groomed. The apt has nice size rooms and plenty of closet space. I searched many different places before I moved into Camellia Trace. It was the best place for me .Come check it out. You will not be sorry.

The rooms(especially the bedrooms) are nice sized. The closets are roomy and I like the shelves atop the racks. The location is perfect; the grounds are well maintained. The complex is located close to doctors, hospitals, social security, grocery stores, highways and shopping malls .

I LOVE living here. The management team is friendly, patient, and caring. Each time I have had an issue, which is not often, they promptly fix it. The apartments are clean and spacious. Just an overall good place to live!

We have lived here for approximately five years and enjoy our home. The grounds are always attractive and well kept. The neighbors and staff have always been friendly and helpful. The amenities offered of the pool, fitness center, laundry room and even a car care center adds value to the comfortable living at Camellia Trace.

I have lived at Cameliia Trace for almost two years now! What I enjoy about this being my place of residence is the friendly office staff, they are so personable, friendly, and easy going. Its easy to approach them and have a genuine conversation. I also find the maintenance team to always be vigilant of anything that goes wrong inside or outside of my apartment, they are always quick to fix it as well and always have a positive attitude. The grounds here at Camellia Trace are always kept manicured making for an inviting atmosphere when driving into the complex. Camellia Trace really is a community within itself in Jackson and the people that make up the community are great and I have enjoyed living here! I would highly recommend Camellia Trace to anyone in search of a place they can call home! :)

Ive love the apartments & the staff since the day I met them! Everybody is so helpful and friendly and make you feel right at home. I locked my keys in the car one day and the lady that helped me was so nice and understanding. I jus love it here!

Hands down perfect location! The community is close to everything one needs and yet set back away from all tour through traffic. The property is always kept nice and clean along with the ONLY property in town that has door-to-door trash service!!! never walk or dive your trash to the garbage area again. I recommend Camellia Trace to everyone I talk with.....☺

I have been a resident for 20 months now. My job relocated me to Jackson and I didnt have much time to find a place to live. The first apartment complex that comes up when you search luxury apartments in Jackson Tn is Camellia Trace. I scheduled an appointment and feel in love with my home. Joann and Jared were so helpful and cooperative with me as I was communicating while in training in another state. I feel safe here, neighbors are nice and it is a clean quiet environment. All the staff at Cammellia Trace are friendly ALL THE TIME and that is rare at apartment complexes!!!!!!! This is the best place to live in Jackson, hands down!!

Great looking apartments, trash pick up is a plus.. lots of room and closet spaces. Office Staff is wonderful. Great location, close to everything in Jackson.

Ive been at camellia trace going on 10yrs as a housekeeper i love n enjoy my job n the people who i have met over the yrs there . The office staff very friendly i enjoy working with them . Its great place to work n to live.

Me and my family of five relocated to Jackson in spring 2014. We have had great experiences living in Camillia Trace all this time. Its a very quiet and lovely place to live. The summers here are always nice; with a pool and grills on the grounds we always have a great time. Plus there is a gym and tanning salon. So far anytime we have a maintenance problem they show up usually within a few hours. I would say all around I give this place high regards and throughly enjoy living here.

The apartments are very spacious this stuff is excellent and whenever there are any issues there are addressed very quickly. I love the location and would lease for another year.

The best property in town, people are really nice and helpful, the apartments are very nice, and the property is very clean and neat.

They stereotype you and prejudge you before you even walk through the door. The manager wouldn’t even put down all my sources of income and when I repeatedly asked she said it didn’t matter.

It was great because they have nice apartments and the way that they handle it
