Amanda is by far the best... she was very professional, honest and patient. She worked with me through the entire process, ALWAYS answered my emails and not leaving me in the dark about anything. And today I can finally say my kids and I have a home. Thank you so much Amanda for everything!!!!

I have been a resident here at The Pointe at Boardwalk (some of you may know it as Park Place Apartments), for quite some time. The beginning was a little bumpy, but soon as the new Property Manager Ms. Amanda Pratt arrived OMG those kinks were resolved with NO PROBLEMS y’all! And every since then the community that I live in now is very elegant, classy and diverse! This woman actually works and does her best to accommodate you for your comfort. She respects all residents which makes me feel like I have a home at The Pointe at Boardwalk, and I so love that! So if your looking for a elegant diverse community you will love it here! The welcoming comfort to me starts with the Property Manager, and Ms. Amanda represents the respectful elegant comfort you will receive here at The Pointe of Boardwalk.

I really enjoy staying here at Park Place. It’s quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and if I ever have an issue Mrs. Amanda addresses the issue in a timely matter. She’s very involved with what goes on in the community. I love that she goes above and beyond to exceed her expectations as a property manger.

My roommates and i love Amanda. She jokes around and tends to our concerns quickly. I dont see her to often since shes around the complex doing tours or dealing with the maintenance team but when i do see he she has sweets and coffee pretty much at the ready thank you for all your work !

Best Apartment Experience Ever. The staff is incredible. Great customer service and very efficient . The upkeep of the grounds and buildings has been a wonderful experience. I loved there dedication to their customers and their properties.

I have the pleasure of dealing with these folks on a regular basis. They do an amazing job, not only at maintaining the property, but at making you feel appreciated as well. You’re not just another number with Amanda. She knows her residents and her vendors very well. You can’t put a price on having a true relationship with someone. Amanda never fails to make us feel special and appreciated. Professional woman, with a caring heart.

I worked with Jennifer at their call center, I have never spoken with someone more excited and willing to provide information for me. After that I spoke with the on site manager, Amanda, who answered all the specifics of my questions and has done an incredible job displaying professionalism. Out of all the apartments I have looked at none of the managers have done half as good of a job as Amanda with following up, in addition to being incredibly honest and showing genuine care to potential tenants. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.The apartments look nice as well.

Amazing apartments. My wife and I visited all 3 of their properties and they look amazing on the outside. Mrs. Amanda was a very friendly well informed individual. Clean well kept apartments. Gorgeous landscape with freshly sided apartments. We are almost certain this is where my wife and I will be moving our daughter into once college begins.

Well managed, safe, and clean environment. A lot of families live here that take advantage of the pool and grills on the property. Property manager is professional and friendly with the children. Good place to park it.

Clean grounds only saw from the outside .I observed kids out walking an playing ball. Looks like a good family based complex. I am a house person with a lot of space. Cant do the whole apartment concept. Unless I have to.🐶puppy pal
