Found a nice home thru them. Application process was a lil long but they were helpful and responding the entire time!

When rentals and renovations took over managing my house, I was nervous, because I’m a creature of habit. Thankfully, this change was a great one! It’s so much nicer renting from a company that takes pride in their properties. The deck, fan, door, etc. I complained to my old landlord about for years was fixed within a week of the switch. It’s been just over a year now, and I still am listened to and taken care of promptly. Sometimes change is good!

Rentals and Renovations just took over my house from another management company, and they are WAY BETTER! They have it set up where we can call or text, which is so convenient for me because I work a lot. So, I appreciate that. They are also very nice and are taking good care of my place, which the other company didnt do. Thanks Rentals and Renovations!

Rentals and Renovations recently took over management of my place from another landlord, and wow, they are so much better! I can text them. I can get answers. Its awesome. Definitely recommend Rentals and Renovations if youre looking for a place to rent.

This company are buying all the properties in Jackson, TN and which they’re not even originally from here. Jackson TN people know how much houses were before Rental & Renovations buy them. They buy in predominantly black neighborhoods and sky rocket the price. No place in old hickory should be 700$ when they are shoot outs. 0/10 would no recommend. Several people have complaints on Facebook as well.

If you are in the service industry, car business, or any business where the majority of your income is commission based (wash out/bonus check) , you will not qualify for any home of quality. Irregardless to your actual income, references, or credit score. And they will not let you speak with anyone regarding any concerns.

R&R has been my landlord for about 2 years now, and they are awesome. They always answer my questions, and they are so friendly. Not to mention, it is so easy to pay my rent there (unlike other companies who force you to pay online... I wont name names LOL). Anyways, great landlord!

LOVE R&R! I have rented two houses from Rentals and Renovations, and I will never rent from another landlord. The other landlords I have rented from in the past dont even compare to Rentals and Renovations. Everything is so simple and easy, and I can even text in if a need a repair. They typically come the same day. (HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!) I like to give good shout outs when they are deserved, and this one is definitely deserved. Thanks for being an A+ landlord you guys! :)

My granddaughter rents from Rentals and Renovations, and her house is awesome! Tile and hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, the works! She told me I should sell my house and rent so that I dont have to worry about taking care of my own repairs. (I couldnt ever sell my house, but not having to worry about my own repairs would be nice.) But since R&R has taken care of my little one so well, I wanted to show them a little love too. R&R is AWESOME! I have never had a landlord so nice and so easy to work with. R&R took over the management of my property a few months ago, and renting has never been better. If I need a repair... done! If a have a question... Answered! I wish I could give 6 stars!!!!!!

The customer service sucks. He always has an attitude when approached with a problem. Very argumentative. Will call back to back to argue. They bought a set of apartments without looking at them and then terrorized me and my family for their negligence and threatened me that if I didnt pay he would subpoena me to court against the previous landlord. After I paid he continue to call about my opinion of his service.. Please do a thorough look at residence and be aware of poor customer service.

Do not have good hours. How do they expect you to come in to fill out application when you have a full time job. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday and I work 30 minutes out from Jackson. Staying open till 5:30 on Fridays does not provide adequate time for people to come in. Should have an option to fill out application online or let one person come in and do it. How do they expect you to pay for apartment if you can’t come in because you have a job. Am I expected to quit and not be able to pay rent?

Completely unprofessional. It’s absurd that you have to text or email to set up an appointment. We are adults so many things can be achieved if we spoke over the phone. I tried my hardest to set up an appointment they kept replying asking one question at a time and stopped texting to go eat lunch. When I said something about speaking over the phone they texted and told me to call and talk to voicemail!!! Veryyyyyyy unprofessional.

They took our money for an application fee but refused to rent us a place because or previous landlord failed to return their calls. Money wasted. Update: Fake review? Since when? You charged 50 bucks for both my mother and I? Do I have the wrong place? A dinky dink office off of Campbell across from the DG? Id surely like our money back because someone took money from us.

They do not fix anything .. I have since last year .. Telling them that I have problems they only have to go fix it, we are in the new year and they keep going. For me they do not deserve or qualify they are terrible. People do not care, they only care about receiving the money on time
