Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The work was done quickly. I really appreciate that they dont try to sell me on services or parts I dont need. That makes me feel like I can trust them when the day comes that I do need additional service.

I recently had my truck serviced by the folks at Hudson Ford. They did a great job! I called Quick Lane on Thursday and left it overnight. Received a call early the next morning that it was done and ready to be picked up! Since buying my truck through them, I continue to go back to them for routine maintenance. Purchased a truck on 9/02/2021, had issues with it already. engine light came on 7 days after purchased, truck was back in the shop for 1 week, got it back, one week later truck shut off on its own, back in the shop, $3500 later. Reached out to HUDSON FORD, the finance manager( a lady)said thank god you have warranty... hope all the bugs are fixed before the warranty expire. The service advisor made a comment to me and said you purchased a Chevy from Ford didnt sit well with me. Havent even made my first payment yet and here already dealing with issues from left to right. I wont recommend this location to anyone.

We were on our way from Minnesota to Wisconsin and had a sensor on our Diesel Truck come on. It was fine. If the star system was in any way accurate, I would grant it 3 stars- met expectations. They were polite, they handled questions I had, there was zero pressure to purchase from anyone. The only problem I had, and its a small one, is that they sold me a car with a half a tank of gas, and I found that odd; every other time I purchased a car they detailed it and filled it up and checked the oil.

Brandon and Levi were super friendly and very helpful. Defintely a great place to get a new car!Edit: however I have huge problems with the quick serve part of the business. They were awful. Didnt fix my car the first time than when I spoke up the manager Dylan threatened to not fix it for a 2nd time. Worst service ever.

I recently got a clock spring replaced in my New 2020 F-150 truck. The clock spring is important should I ever get in an accident and need the airbag to deploy. They didnt have the part on hand and needed to order it before making another appointment to get it installed.I had my truck detailed on the inside the day before and when I got my truck back after they diagnosed the problem with the clock spring I noticed my key fab, the inside door handle, steering wheel, and center shifter were sticky. Whoever the tech working on my truck was didnt wipe down whatever he was using when working on my truck.The other thing I thought that was weird is that my truck needed a wash (I didnt have time to do that the day before) and so whenever Ive ever brought my trucks into other dealers like Tousley Ford in White Bear or Apple Valley Ford dealerships they have always taken the time to wash my truck for free before giving it back to me. They never ask and simply just do it, calling it good customer service. I never get that great customer service from Hudson Ford and Im not really sure why. You would think they would wash all the vehicles that come in for service in order to make the customers happy; but also as a way of free advertisement to the public. Everyone likes to look at nice looking vehicles, you would think that a free wash would be just one of many other things that they simply do; but they dont, and I really dont know why they dont when the other Ford dealerships always do this for all their customers.

The process went well and the salesperson Johnny said that all maintenance was done. I drove it for about a week or two after getting the vehicle and then it said I needed an oil change 1,000 miles after getting it. I went to a quick oil change in Iowa and they brought up to my attention that my cabinet air filter was really dirty and needed to be replaced. Along with that, they said that my rear differential oil was really dirty and needs to be replaced ASAP. I called them and they did nothing but say if we did all that stuff on the vehicles that nobody could buy his vehicles. He also claims that his mechanics forgot to reset the oil notification which is hard to believe because of them failing to do all this other maintenance. I find it ridiculous that they can’t do basic maintenance on vehicles in which I barely drove it and then I need to do all this maintenance.

Worked hard for me on warranty repair when I thought the warranty had run out. Different areas of the car have different warrantees.

We brought our Ford Explorer in for a minor recall notice and received awesome service. The issue was handled quickly and we were on our way. We’d highly recommend Hudson Ford for any auto service needs.

The service performed on my vehicle was satisfactory. But the recall for the faulty shuttering transmission from my 2012 Ford focus was no longer available with only 103,000 miles. Previously after bringing my vehicle in twice for faulty transmission issues, the transmission issues were temporarily fixed, but the same shuttering transmission issues reoccurred shortly after as if nothing was fixed at all. The dealership then said my warranty was expired and would cost me $1,400 to fix the issues. Why wasnt it fixed the first time when I brought it in while still under warranty??? Let alone the 2nd time... Now my car is non drivable the day after I had it serviced, because the transmission went out on me at a stop light. The car behind me almost rear ended me because my car wouldnt accelerate properly. Until I have the dealership properly fix the issue that should have been fixed the first time, my car sits in my driveway that I had towed at my own expense.

I just picked up a 2015 Ford Ford Lariat from Greg Gilbertson and he was an awesome sales person. He made the process simple, and got us in the truck we wanted right away. When I go to trade I hope he is still around. Hope to see you around Greg.

I used to go to another dealer for service but they were rude, so tried here and found out that they are top notch! I will buy my future cars from here for sure! Went in for an oil change and brake check, becuase my back break was squeaking. Brake still squeak, i was told there could be a rock stuck in the pad, which I dont is buy becuase it squeaks even while Im not breaking. Oil was changed, with greasy fingerprints left all over handles, hood, and trunk latch, which is to be expected, but the pool of oil left on my engine bay plastic cover was what got me.Edit: my brake squeak only got worse after my visit it later became a screech and there was brake dust all over my wheels, I just got my car looked at by a different mechanic, my brake calipers had seized up because the pins were not lubed, what i had previously expected, and what ford failed to do, i had to have my rear calipers, rotors... and you guessed it pads replaced too.Ford cost me big time, the squeak that they dismissed was a very preventable problem that only got worse.

Contacted service at just after 4:00 pm with an issue my wife was having before potentially being stuck on the road before 5 more hours on the road. Asked about running a code to see if it were something issue. Was told they were at the end of their day and the techs were all heading home. She was about 20 minutes away and it was clear they had no interest in helping.Told me they would have to drop it off and sometime the next day they could look at it.If you want service that cares I cannot suggest them thats for sure.

I drove by five Ford Dealers, and an extra 100 miles to purchase my F150 @ Hudson Ford. I had read they were the number 1 Wisconsin Ford dealer. I called them, and over the course of two days, made a deal over the phone. I saved some money, and Joe Brims, our salesman, was most helpful. Mind you, I did comparison shop, and this dealership is a cut above. Paperwork flow was smooth, everything was ready for signatures when we arrived.

We had such a pleasant experience at Hudson Ford. We searched on the internet and we had a couple of cars in mind. The car was warmed up and ready for us to drive we we showed up for appointment. The staff at dealership are all very friendly and professional. We went back a couple of days later to close the deal and we zipped right through. On Wednesday We found a truck on line that we were very interested in. They told us it still needed to go through the mechanic inspection but it would be ready for us to test drive on Friday. We made an appointment for 4:00 for Friday. We filled out the credit application and were approved immediately. At 2:00 on Friday I received an email stating that they had someone coming to test drive it at 2:00 and they would let us know if it was still available for our 4:00 appointment! What the heck kind of service is that? The 2:00 appointment bought it. Then of course we get surveys from the credit part and an email asking how we liked the service. I told them I wasnt happy and BAM!!!...no more emails, surveys or anything! I take it they dont care!

We drove from saint paul to hudson to buy a vehicle since wisconsin has higher standards on what has to be checked when selling used vehicles ($22k). fast forward to this year and i end up with a blown tire on the freeway. no problem i bought my van in wisconsin it was required to be supplied ill just change the tire to the spare and continue on. EXCEPT when I drop down the tire from the undercarriage its empty...there is nothing! laying on the ground on the side of the freeway in a sticker bush in a skirt to find an empty spare tire compartment. thanks for nothing. this vehicle has required A LOT of repairs for the age and milage. i just wish that i had found out about the tire before the blowout. im mad. I wont be a return customer. Update: hudson ford contacted me, and drove out to my home to install the spare tire underneath my van.
