I’ve brought quite a few cars in here for the years. Was recommended by a family member. Tom is very Knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them openly and honestly in a non-technical way so I could understand. I’ve also had Chris work on my Subaru. Meant to post this last week. I want to do a huge thumbs up to Clarks Auto Body on Route 102 in Hudson. I had rust and rot in my right rear rocker panel and the innards of my back bumper which had stopped me from being able to get the car inspected. Clarks did a fantastic job on repairing these and the customer service and timeliness was above average. I had done some checking with other auto body that Toyota had suggested and neither did any type of rust repair. I am so happy that I remembered Clarks who had been my customer for advertising when I was at the HLN. If you have any needs along these lines you will not be sorry by going to this very honest and efficient body shop.

Forgot to get my truck registered and inspected on time, they took me right in and address everything right away, as well as going through the truck thoroughly knowing I would be making a long trip shortly. Thanks for everything the truck is running awesome. Linda

Ive been a customer of Clarks for better than 15 years and find the office staff to be kind and courteous. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and when I dont fully understand what a problem is with my car; they take the time to explain it to me. I would highly recommend Clarks to anyone. Great place AND people.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tommy and his whole crew there, (we met Craig, Chris, and Donna!) didn’t hesitate to answer questions, fix or adjust things we were worried about on the car, and made sure we felt comfortable with the car and the deal. Tommy made sure he was available to answer the phone in person every time I called, and followed through with each promise he made. I would be willing to drive the hour and a half back here to get my car serviced, simply because they made sure I felt comfortable with the work done and inspired trust (a rare thing to find in the auto industry!).If you’re looking for a fair place, that does great and honest work, look no further - this is 100% the place!

Knowledgeable and fair. But I did bring my car in for an oil change and check. Had to bring it back about 3 weeks later for an A/C leak. I thought that could have been caught during the first visit. I would go back.

My parents have been using Clark’s since before I was driving, and I’m 24 now. I just recently bought my first car, a Subaru, and won’t take it anywhere else to be serviced. Highly recommended family feel company. Bottom line, take your car to Clark’s if you want very fair prices or to feel like you know EXACTLY who is taking care of your car.

Clarks Car Care is the best. I have had my 1994 Nissan pickup in their care for many years. It is still in excellent condition thanks to the excellent auto technicians care. Great service, great prices and they STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Will never perform work without conferring with YOU FIRST. They also give discounts to Senior citizens. I wish I could give no stars! We got a car from my in-laws, that got ALL BRAKE work done by Clarks soon after having the work done they went in saying their was a problem. They were sent off and told Everything is fine. Now we have said car we brought it in for inspection, at my mechanic and it failed due to break calliper 😡 (which we pretty much knew because of how it was driving and the burning smell their was). we take it to Clarks and can you guess what they say.... Everything is fine! So I go back to my mechanic and he allowed me to go into the Garage so he could show me what he was talking about. I could turn all the wheels with it up on the lift but the one that was the issue. The caliper was sticking so the wheel would not turn. So someone please tell me how a GOOD and HONEST Mechanic could miss something that simple? Unless it simply was not wanting to do the work under Warrenty??

Clarks has gone out of their way multiple times to help myself, and other customers. From last minute rentals while my car has been worked on, to even giving me a discount when the price was too steep and they saw I was in a bind. Will definitely be recommending them in the future to family and friends.

Straight forward and upstanding; customer service will be delivered at the highest appeal. This company wont jerk you around.
