Do not shop here. It was a 1 hour ordeal that could have been handled better with training.The sales person processed my purchase incorrectly resulting in multiple phone calls in store. Then the sales person basically told me to figure it out at home. This resulted in me having to make another hour phone call to get things handled and I had to purchase online. If you must purchase from here go into the store and look then go home and order online. This will prevent any headaches, avoidable mistakes, and mistreatment.

I highly recommend working with the store manager, Kerry, Nicole, and Moshin! I traded in a pair of diamond earings I had purchased at Zales years ago. They didnt have the diamonds I was looking for in stock for my new pair. They ordered the quality I was seeking and had them ready to look at within a week. The process went well and they were professional, friendly, and definitely customer focused. There was no pressure either which was appreciate. Again, I highly recommend!

Superb customer service at this location.Worked with Kerry, the store manager, who was just a pure joy to work with.The store was busy but I was greeted as I walked in and was told someone would be right with me. True to their word, someone came over to assist as soon as they were free (which was not more than a 5 minute wait).Kerry was very kind and just a genuine good soul. Very pleased to see that as the store manager he was willing to help his staff and take on assisting customers/ not above helping his staff.100% recommend this location to others.

This was the worst experience I have had with a company. They processed my card and told me it did not go through and it wouldnt pull anything out of my account. Then I was told it would process back in a couple days. Here we are 2 weeks later and no one can tell me where my money is. Last time I shop at zales.

I purchased two watches online and had them shipped to the store. I received a email that they was ready for pick up. I go to the store and they tell me that they only have one watch for me but it said on the tracking that they both was delivered to Zales store. I was told they have to start an investigation on the watch that was missing, which they never resolved. I waited a month and was told I was going to receive a replacement after the investigation. Well that never happened and woke to a email saying they will be refunded me my money. No one never reach out to me like they said they was or resent the watch like I was told. They waited until the watches was no longer available and just sent me my money back, so I cant even reorder it. Very poor customer service with management didnt even to help me at all. The crazy part is I had it shipped to a Zales store and they dont know what happened to it. No more purchases for me at Zales and thats where me and my husband get all our jewelry from.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Zales. My wife was returning a ring and they did not wat to do the work to process the return and asked us to return in a few days..along because they did not want to process a return. Any advice on this review find another Zales go to Kays just dont spend your money with this one.

10 STARS to Anne, a true professional! Although I didn’t purchase my fiancée’s ring directly from Anne, she assisted me with making my destination proposal a success. Despite the ring not being sized in time, Anne was able to get the ring back from the jeweler before the proposal. Thank you, Anne, for making our dream come true!

Store never opens at 12pm! I’ve been here twice at 12 noon and they don’t open the doors til 12:30ish! The Hispanic looking guy don’t know anything and I wanted my ring cleaned and he was like Oo the number isn’t working. Talked to the manager he figure it out. So fast forward after I had my ring sent off to get cleaned. I come today to pick up my ring and they changed the color! I didn’t ask for any changes to my ring! I don’t want to have to wait even longer to get my ring back!! Staff is poor I wish the manger was there so I could just go through him! Find another zales near don’t waste your time with these people!

If I could leave 0 stars for this place I would I have never been so disrespected by these sales representatives LISTEN TO ME DO NOT GO HERE! I was proposed to on August 22th and I took my ring in on August 24th to get resized. I was told it would take 7-14 days for my ring to get back. Today is October 1st and my ring is apparently no where to be found BY ZALES! I called 2 weeks ago because my fiancé and we’re going out of town to see family and Naturally you want to have your ring so you can show to family and friends. They told me that UPS had not yet delivered the ring after a WHOLE MONTH and when we gave them our number in order to stay updated on our ring they neglected to give us any information we are going on almost 7 WEEKS 7 full weeks that we haven’t heard any proper updates from the store when I called today I was met with some female manager named Ann and her Associate Lily who denied giving me any information on how I can reach corporate and get a full refund back She proceeded to tell me that I don’t know what I am talking about by asking for information on MY RING and then she HUNG UP on me. I don’t know what kind of operation this company is running but we demand we get our purchased merchandise back or get out money back all she could say is that IF AND I MEAN IF corporate decided to refund us back there is a process never explained what the process is and kept it super ambiguous! Do not shop here I am telling you these people think that they can basically rob us and then not inform us on our purchases. Finally spoke to someone at corporate and they’ve launched a FULL INVESTIGATION because someone need to be help accountable for thousands of dollars that have already been spent with no ring in site. To the ladies that decided to Debase me and humiliated me SHAME ON YOU! I hope they get fires for the misconduct and complete absolute failure to do their job and the lack of professionalism this is a Diamond Store not the Drug store next door!

I doubt I will shop at this location or any other Zales again. Even after placing an online order with in-store pickup, this has been the most inconvenient customer experience EVER. I wish I was exaggerating... I dont buy jewelry often, but when the holidays come around I will. I saw a Zales ad for a set of earrings and a necklace, so i ordered online and about a week later, I got a confirmation email that my item was ready for pick-up. I go to the store and am given 1 out of 2 items. Luckily I noticed before I left the mall and returned to the Zales. The sales associate was NO help whatsoever. They asked if I bought both items on the same day, which they obviously were, because they were sold together as a set. The final answer I got was oh well, its holiday season and it COULD BE the shipping thats delaying the other half of the order. Could be? really? Why did i get a confirmation email that my item was ready for pick-up, when only 1 out of 2 items were ready? Now ill have to go back to the store if the second part of my set ever gets there. I have yet to hear back from Zales and Christmas is less than 2 weeks away. And the icing on the cake is how the Zales associate was trying to push their holiday sales on me while i was waiting. Like, how about we get the first order right, okay? Needless to say, I was upset enough to leave this review. If youre going to shop here Id avoid online pick-ups and just go directly to the store. Surely they wouldnt mess up an in-store purchase...

Staff ignores you, constantly on their phone. Even if you tell them a budget they show you things five times the price to convince you to finance and once you say you will not spend higher they could care less about you.

Just left this place. My boyfriend wanted to treat with diamond earrings. The salesperson, an Asian lady, completely ignored me. I waited 10 mins and left. No thanks. Not dropping $3,000 on lazy staff/company. Dont know why I even bothered with this place.

I went in to put a watch on layaway (yes, they have layaway!) and my salesperson was incredibly helpful and friendly. I believe his name is Craig. The only negative is dealing with Galleria parking and traffic, but thats not their fault. The store itself is great.

This is the only jewelery store you need to go to in the galleria. All the others just dont compare, they have the best quality, service, pricing, and selection. When you go ask for Lordis, she helped me out big time, set me up with the ring of my fiances dreams at an affordable price and was extremely communicative, informative, and kind the whole way. The personnel are very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Lordis actually went out of her way to show up to my proposal at the ice skating rink! I couldnt ask for a better more personal experience.

I have had to bring in my engagement ring twice for repairs in the past year and a half. It takes 4-6 weeks for it to come in, and the last time I sent it in, I never received a call to let me know to pick it up. Only when I called and checked to see the status did they realize it arrived. I called today and the person who answered said they were too busy to check if it came in and that I would receive an email. I told them what happened last time, but they insisted Id be contacted. When I told them I wasnt sure if my email was in their in system, they still said Id get an email instead of checking on that. When they were selling me and my husband our rings, they were super helpful, but once they are not making a commission, they are not as inclined to engage with the customer. Im highly disappointed with their lack of customer service.Edit:I called today, a week after the last posted comment, and was told that my ring had come in. (No phone call OR email indicating it had arrived). I asked to speak to the manager, and the sales person said he had left. He also told me he couldnt tell me when it had arrived at the store. I go to the store, the ring was cloudy, but the salesperson said it should have been cleaned and that it was clean. I said no, its not this cloudy. The salesperson goes to clean it (it comes back cloudy still). She passes me the form to sign that I received it, but I take a minute to inspect it (good thing I did!). THE STONE WAS STILL MISSING! The ring had not been fixed. The manager WAS actually at the store. I had to wait quite a bit to speak with him. He had me look at the system to show me where the discrepancy was. (Look at that! It said that it arrived almost A MONTH ago...I thought the salesperson couldnt tell when it arrived?!?!...again...was NEVER notified it arrived). The manager did little to help. All his suggestions did not alleviate the amount of time and frustration that was wasted with this company. I was not offered anything of value or of convenience. Meanwhile, a well-meaning salesperson of the same ethnicity continued to try and make a connection with me, but failed as she kept on repeating that I had a bad mom because I was raised in America and did not speak my ethnic tongue. This is a great way to make a customer feel better after an evening of extreme inconvenience and frustration!If you are not purchasing an item or do not have a purchase that is worth a substantial amount, you will not get any assistance.The best thing you can purchase is their insurance policy...you WILL need it!

Sassy, rude staff. They dont care about you or your ring. I ordered a custom ring for my boyfriend and the process took several weeks longer than it was supposed to. They had no sympathy, and were extremely rude and careless when I called to check the status of my order. Go somewhere else, its not worth the headache. Also, Im obviously a male and the douche bag that answered called me Miss... really?! What an a** hole. He did it on purpose because I called to check the status and apparently he doesnt like people calling.

Amazing everyone there is very welcoming and help you with whatever budget you are looking for.....unlike at kay jewelers they be looking at you weird if you dont look like you have money. glad I didnt have to go back there. Zales employees keep up the good work you guys are awesome!!!! Left very happy with my wedding band today for this weekend.

They are the worst. I had a ring sized that was going to take two weeks. Never got a call from them so I called them and they told me it was ready. Drove there and they tell me the ring isnt ready. Four weeks later come again and Im talking to one of the guys and his chewing his gum barely even looking at me. How disappointing to have this type of customer service. I will never shop here again! They still dont have my ring ready.

I had a horrible experience with purchasing my fiance engagement ring at this location, when getting my ring sized they lost my information and did not send the ring off when scheduled. I also did not receive my certificate when the ring was purchased when they have had it for over 3 weeks.When i complained instead if a im sorry that happened to you i was laughed at then had the phone hung up on me. This is a horrible location and I will not be bringing my business back to them.
