I was in your store last week and I had one of my best experience i have ever had. What stood out was a young man Jose as soon as I walked in he greeted me. Since they were busy he was helping other customers there but he made you feel that you had his undivided attention he was very cordial and polite that is a rare trait in young people. Just know that you have a new loyal customer.

I enjoyed my visit here and want to give a shout out to Jose for making it happen he was very sweet and charming. From the moment we walked in he greeted me was a great listener and helped me pick out a perfect watch. It was good to see a full stock of inventory and large face on display. The best Swatch store Ive ever been to! Beautiful watches and the customer service is unbeatable. The store manager Jose is wonderful, he was able to exchange a defective watch for me without issue and get it delivered to me the very next day. I drove from a long way and was not disappointed! Jose made sure to call and follow up that Id received the watch, which was so kind. My new Swatch is the best and coolest watch Ive ever had. Swatch brand, quality and customer service is second to none. Definitely visit this store if you want to be a customer for life. Ask for Jose!

I came in looking for help with idea gift for my niece for Christmas, the gentleman named Jose working that evening was so sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond he not only helped with the gift but also with taking the time since I am deaf to allow me to read his lips but also try his best at sign language. I have always appreciated the brand, I was surprised to see that it is still available and I enjoyed the visit, the cashiers where nice and knowledgeable about the history of the brand.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to find a last minute gift for my mother the store was a little busy but the young man behind the counter Jose was extremely helpful. He was helping a couple that was there before me but he made us both feel like we had his full attention he showed cased what great customer services he made the whole experience feel fun and informative no matter how many questions or requests I had he was happy to help I will definitely come back

I would like to offer my highest praises on the amazing customer service I received in the past week from both the Customer Service department at Swatch US corporate and Christian at the Swatch Store at the Galleria in Houston, TX.My story is this: I had ordered an accessory for my husbands Jeep for fathers day. Less than a week before fathers day, he decided to trade in his Jeep for a new one. The accessory would no longer work and I was stuck without a gift! He had a specific model Swatch on his wish list. I went to your site to order it, but found that it would not arrive in time because I could not change the shipping method. When I called your 800 number to inquire why I could not have it shipped faster, it was explained to me that your US distribution center was closed due to COVID-19 and that you are only shipping from Switzerland. However, at my request, your customer service agent volunteered to find the Swatch for me in stock at a US retail store known to be open. That is when he gave me the contact information for the store at the Houston Galleria.I called the store and spoke to Christian. Not realizing the time difference, I called before they had opened, but Christian couldnt have been nicer. He told me he believed the Swatch to be in stock and promised to call me back, which he did less than 2 hours later. Christian told me he would bring the Swatch to UPS himself! He shipped it 2-day air at my request and the Swatch made it in time for Fathers Day!Swatch and Christian saved the day and made my husband extremely happy! Rarely have I experienced such stellar personal customer service! I would recommend Swatch to everyone. We will definitely be purchasing again in the future! And please, I hope you do something to recognize Christian for his service!

Went to buy a watch for my 10 year old daughter. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the model I needed and placed it in a gift box for free. Heather was the sales person that helped me with the purchase and gave great customer service. A+

The store was clean with a good selection of watches.They receive a one-star down notch due to not having any specials or sales to really draw people in. Have owned Swatch watches for a very long time now. They are relatively inexpensive and great for wearing around everyday and not worrying about what might happen to them Great store. Good staff. You can view the models here and they are about the same price as what you can find online. Great modern and classic designs.

My fiancé bought a swatch from Tokyo a couple weeks ago, and it wasn’t functioning properly, so we wanted to switch it out. When we discussed this matter with Brittany and Cristina they were very rude, and just had a bad attitude about it. Apparently-even though it’s an international store-you cannot switch it out if you bought it out the country. I used to work for Watch Station International, and that was not the case, but perhaps they have a different policy. We don’t appreciate their attitudes, or their willingness not to help us out.

Today I entered for a battery change, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. My mother and I asked him a million questions and we never stopped being kind, he was so helpful that he helped me find a watch for my mother. This young man was so charming that he made my mothers day. I just want to thank you for being so sweet to my mother. Thank you very much jose. I will definitely return.

Every time I go, they polish my watch face and the last time they replaced the clasp on the handle that was broken and it was a free service. They are very nice at least to me
