Very professional and courteous service, nice atmosphere in their new store, and nice inventory. The service was done with great attention to detail and was completed quicker than expected. Got a quote over the phone and was also told what he could and couldn’t offer my watch which is appreciated instead of finding out after arriving and being disappointed. Great price on battery change that took approximately two minutes (awesome!) and was cheaper than a kiosk in the mall. Honest, straightforward, great prices. Thank you!

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment due to COVID-19 and the lady on the phone asked “are you ready to buy?” To which I replied that I wanted to try on a couple watches before making a decision.She hit back with, “If you’re not ready to buy and just browsing don’t bother coming in.”Well I was ready to buy an Oyster Perpetual and was in between two different sizes (hence wanted to try them on) but I’ll be going elsewhere 🥰.

I just happened upon this little shop while doing a google search for preowned Cartier watches, and I am so happy I did! I was toying with the idea of buying online, but I wanted to see the different sizes (in person) of the watches I was considering. I was not actually planning to buy from them that day, but I fell in love with one of the watches they had, and they gave me what I felt was a fair price. I spent a lot of time in there going back and forth on my decision and never once felt rushed. They made my experience feel very personal and pleasant. This will definitely be my go-to store when I am in the market for another luxury watch.

I came in to Swiss watch company to see what they offer for a pre-owned Rolex. I called in prior to coming to the location and the lady on the phone was oh so very kind. Once I got there she came off very harsh and rude. Totally opposite. She questioned and interrogated me very racially. It was clear she didn’t want me there anymore. The gentleman working there was somewhat willing to hear me out. But the Woman was flat out racist and because I didn’t want to sell it for their offer she threw a nasty attitude saying “we have other important stuff to do so have a nice day.” I do not recommend this shop to anyone of color. It’s two old people working here who are very stubborn and do not provide customer service to anyone of color. Please stay away for your own sake. This place disgusts me. I came in good faith and left being treated very wrong.

Best watch repair in Houston. Zadock quoted me up to 3 months and $800+ for the 5 year maintenance overhaul on my Omega. Same story from Omega in the Galleria store. George did it for significantly less money and in 3.5 week. Hes authorized to work on many major Swiss brands, so please check him out when you need to get your fine watches worked on!

Horrible attitude..Me and my wife went to buy a datejust for her.We had to ring the bell.. after few minutes finally an old lady showed up. We explained our request, she showed us two watches and was focusing to sell us the expensive one, when we said that we will be buying the cheaper one, she got upset and started to treat us in an unprofessional way with a bad attitude and rudeness. We apologized for ourselves to experience meeting with such people..We will never ever come back and will of course notify all our circle of influence.

I had called in to the store for a specific Rolex and the lady that answers the phone sed that they have this specific watch and sed hold on let me get you a price. when she came back to the call she sed we dont sell to your people I sed what does that mean she sed you are a GYPSY ... and the only way you can come in to the store is if you pay for a watch before you come inside. To think that this day in Age people in the good old USA are still raciest . Searching for a very specific watch I just happened to see it Swiss WAtch Co.s site and they had the exact watch I was looking for. I had been looking for a few months and decided to buy a recently discontinued Datejust II. I called and started the dialogue, they sent me pictures, pricing and we very helpful. Upon arrival they were even more helpful in person.Small but well edited and well chosen selection of fine Swiss timepieces, accessories and some jewelery.Great people and a great experience.

I recently bought an omega planet ocean 8500 here. They were very helpful, worked with me on the price, which I was happy with. Very helpful courteous , very Good Rolex selection there too. I will definitely be back for my next luxury watch purchase. They have good layaway program too, which helps tremendously. Lol .. Ask for George when u get there. Nice, honest, integrity guy.
