This shop totally rebuilt my watch to like new condition for much less than a replacement. Their work is off the charts. Communication is great and pricing is reasonable. If you have a watch that has seen its better days, invest the time to ship it to them and let them take a look. Also, I am not sure who return packaged my watch, but the packaging was off the charts. Several layers of plastic, foam, tape before I even got to the watch. Bet it took a solid 15 minutes to pack it up. It took me a solid 5 minutes to get to it. I will use this shop again and I suggest you do too!! Thanks a Million Folks!!

They are Guccis go to for watch repair, my watch just needed a battery change but they had it back to me fast and without a single scratch. They know how to handle high end watches with professionalism and have a knowledgeable friendly staff, I will most certainly be using them in the future for all my Gucci watches.

I have used them many many times for watch repair and battery replacement. Always good communication, quick turnaround. We are lucky to live in a city large enough with a certified facility like this--dont have to mail our watches.

Outstanding work! I had them repair the bracelet on my Movado watch, and now it looks brand new again. There are less than ten Movado repair centers in North America, and it is apparent why they are one of them. Highly recommend!
