Went in last week on Tuesday to surprise my husband with restoring/re-polishing one of his favorite rings from high school I was hoping to have it as a little extra gift for Father’s Day went in to meet Doug he explained to me that it might be difficult due to the materials of the ring. I understood and expected only whatever could be done he said he would call me or let me know when it would be ready. To my surprise he sent me a text and called on Friday letting me know the ring was ready I was super excited to go and pick it up. The ring came out a lot better than I even expected he polished it and redid the black around the lettering with such detail it shows he takes pride in his work I cannot thank you enough my husband loved it we will surely be back! I should have done a before and after but wow it’s great Thank you.

Took my ring in, lost 2 non diamond stones. Purchased upfront replacement of moissanite stones $324. The man took a month to get it back. He messed it up terribly. I had to take the ring to Jared to get fixed. They then told me he did not replace 4 stones when I purchased replacement. Terrible.

Needed a battery for my fossil watch (couldnt find anywhere near me). Service was great. Very knowledgeable jeweler onsite. Replaced battery in less than 10 minutes and answered several questions I had while he was working on it. Will definitely return.
