Took 2 watches to get batteries replaced. The stated prices would be $50/$60 per battery per watch and ready the next day. Typically watch repairs takes a few minutes and is much less. Said ok out of convenience since already there. Went back 2 days later to pickup, watches werent done and they said some additional cleaning needed to be done and would cost $100 per watch and they didnt want to do it without authorization. They did not call (even though they took my number) to get that authorization though and waited till i came back. They ultimately were asking over $300 for 2 battery replacements. I left and took the watches to another place in memorial and the watches were repaired in 15 minutes and total cost was $40. Needless to say i would not go here if you need basic repairs/replacements.

They wanted to charge me $20 each to replace batteries to 10 watches. $200 total. No thank you. For 10 watches they should have charged no more than $7.50 per watch. I will never return to this store. 👎👎

I have been coming to Watches by Paulin for over 12 years.He is who I trust to work on my Harley-Davidson made by Bulova watches. They are great time pieces. They do need their batteries replaced. Because I work with tools at work and on my motorcycles at home. My watches need cleaned and polished when batteries are replaced. He does it all in a reasonable amount of time. The bands on both watches are very intricate, lots of tiny screws. He has found some missing before and checked with me first. Before replacing because it was extra and not part of repairs we had discussed. I like that rather than being surprised when I went to pickup my watch.They are professional and offer good service.

I absolutely loved the service and not only that I was educated more about my watch. The battery repair time is always really quick and what I love is if you go during your lunch they will do their best to accommodate your time frame. I will be returning for sure to get my other watches fixed! Amazing work!

My parents and I have been going to watches by Paulin for over 20 years. Mr. Paulin made my mothers wedding ring and made my wedding ring in 2012. I trust him and his staff with all my jewelry needs. They are great people and well worth the drive to him in the city.

Great service, a very nice lady helped me with my watch issue and I was out quick.

This watch shop replaced a watch band for me in spring of 2016. When they did so, they replaced the spring loaded bar with a special one that requires a watch too, and I did not know thisl. Fast forward some months later, I need to replaced the watch band again so I bought one online. I figure out quickly I cannot replace it myself , so I come back here. Its a $15 minimum charge here, so to take off the bar I have to pay $15. So in a way, this place installed a bar on my watch only they can take off, or in their words, I can go buy the special watch tool myself to do it. Id rather take my business elsewhere that doesnt force this upon customers. Im a local, but now Ill drive further to places like the little watch shop.

Walked in looking for a Pocket Watch, asked saleswoman if they had any pocket watches, she said no.As I turned to walk out of shop, I notice to my right they had a display of Pocket Watches, I inquiry on those, and get told they don’t carry “Vintage Pocket Watches”, although I never asked for such.(Pocket Watches In Display are not Vintage)
