The owner here runs a small and clean shop that sells and repairs watches. I brought my watch in for a repair and he got straight to work. He helped clarify a small misunderstanding I had with the watchs function and didnt charge me to get it working again because it was such a small fix. Seriously, an honest and straightforward man to bring your business to. I would highly recommend his services for your watch repair needs.

This is the best place to go to meet all your watch maintenance needs. Anytime I’ve had a watch that needed a new battery, or had any other issue I bring it here. I get frustrated though because sometimes he will only charge me a few dollars and if I don’t have cash he won’t even charge me. I also appreciate that he fixes the watch right in front of you.

They even dont have the tools and knowledge. I went there to replace a battery, but the old man used hammer and screwdriver to open the watch cover, and made big scratches on the watch that was perfect. Even with hammer and screwdriver, he could not open the watch. He asked me to leave the watch there for someone else to open it the next day, but I couldnt trust them anymore. It was a painful experience. I wouldnt give them a any star.I went to another watch shop they open it in 2 minutes.

Terrible store, terrible service, very rude. After telling the old man not to cut the leather he went and did it anyway. He started screaming and pushing me away. Also, he verbally insulted me. Everything was recorded on his store camera system. Advice: avoid this store and go to Chinatown, many nicer and helpful people over there. I recommend “World Time Service” in Chinatown.

I took two of my grandmother’s watches that weren’t running. He took a look at the first, told me it was automatic & set it to the correct time, and informed me I just had to wear it for it to work. He changed the battery & adjusted the size of the second one, and charged me $3. I told him he had to charge more, because I had no cash just a credit card. He said not to worry about it, no charge. Outstanding customer service!

This place is amazing and words cannot express how much I appreciate what they did for my dad. He had an old watch that belonged to my grandfather and it has not worked in over 30 years. He took it to Time Center and with a lot of hard work and care, they fixed it! My family will forever be grateful. Seriously the best place ever!!!!

I think this guy can fix anything. Had a clock I paid $20 for and others tried to charge me at least 100 bucks except for him. He charged me $8 but I gave him $10. Hes good. I also take my watches to him.

Mike comes across as grouchy but hes really good at what he does. His prices are quite affordable depending on your budget, and he tells you what is quality and whats wannabe.
