First, he meets with his clients to get an idea of what they are looking for. Then he creates a CAD drawing of the piece, which he utilizes to create a plastic model so that you are able to physically see what the finished product will look like before making the actual piece of jewelry. This is something I have never personally seen before and it allowed me to see a visual representation of the ring and make minor alterations to the design before I committed to having it made.In addition to his unique approach to designing jewelry, BJ offers customer service second to none. Working with BJ feels like working with a family friend rather than working with just a Jeweler. He always went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even going as far to personally deliver my ring to me because I was not able to leave work to pick it up.The ring came out perfect and I am very glad I chose to have it made by RDC.
