I found Kassow because of their almost perfect reviews. They did not disappoint - friendly, prompt, and beautiful work repairing a bracelet. I cannot recommend highly enough.

He doesnt have the tools and knowledge. I went there to replace a battery, but the old man used hammer and screwdriver to open the watch cover, and made big scratches on the watch that was perfect. Even with hammer and screwdriver, he could not open the watch. He wanted to try more but I couldnt trust him. It was a painful experience. I wouldnt give them any star if i can.I went to another watch shop they open it in 2 minutes.

I went to resize my watch band. I had wonderful experience , the owner was very helpful. I have take to take out few links of watch . At first it was not tight enough and he did it twice for me and it was very cheap .

This little place is amazing! I have a ruby pendant and got a new, heavier chain and it would not fit through the opening at the top of the pendant. My bf and I took it to this jewelry repair shop because we saw it had all five-star ratings on google.We were not disappointed. It was fixed and returned to us in a manner of minutes.
