So i came in with a herringbone necklace that needed the simple repair of replacing the clasp. When i approached the counter the man was wiping down the cases as I asked him about what I could do to fix it. He asked if it was real gold...i responded with no. He said, “no. It’s not worth it. Just buy a new one.” Well....case is, i’m willing to pay whatever price to fix it regardless of of it’s real or not. Instead of trying to help, he pretty much refused to even show me any other styles or pieces he had after i practically insisted him to offer me an alternative or to show me similar styles. I know he mentioned he had no herringbone style necklaces like it but instead of trying to sell me on anything he was more fixated on continuing to wipe down the cases. Pretty poor customer service given his counter never seems to be terribly busy when I go to buy groceries inside of the HEB he’s located inside. I was beyond willing to give him my business. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
