I brought my Dads 1970 Rolex watch into Haddad Jewlers to get a service, I got the watch shortly after my Dad passed away. The watch face was badly scratched and the band showed a lot of wear and tear it was real dull due to neglect. They took the watch in for a full service where they clean and service the inner workings and make sure all the timing is correct. They also buff the crystal face and band. When I came to pick the watch up I was amazed that they were able to restore it to its original condition. Great service, they made me feel very comfortable leaving the watch with them, They are excellent at their trade, and I highly recommend you checking them out should you need your watch serviced, you will be in good hands!

Beyond frustrated. Took a watch that was my deceased grandfathers in for repair. They decided to update the silver band which was a light grey to a dark black without consulting us about a very major change in appearance.Initially, I took the watch home because I was in a hurry, but returned a few days later because it simply wasnt what we asked for. We had brought it in to have a crack soldered and that was it. We explained that we did not like the changes they made and after some protest, they agreed to take it back and try to return it to its original condition. It seems that their idea of returning it to the condition it was brought to them in is to age it in random spots and haphazardly remove the black (see pictures if you want to know what it looks like now).My favorite part was that they told us we should be happy with the work. All their customers are happy except a crazy lady they dealt with in the past. They insisted it was customer service to make alterations that fundamentally change the character of a piece. Be careful if you care about how your piece currently looks, because they dont care about your opinion and try to call it customer service.To be clear, the watch is worn in but we liked the worn in look of it. It was not their choice to determine what the watch should look like. I wish I had taken better pictures of it before, but I am attaching the images I do have of before and after.

After a recommendation from a neighbor, my husband and I purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band here. They did beautiful custom work on my engagement ring and I love it SO much! It came with a matching custom wedding band and we were able to order something unique for my husband. From everything I have read, there is a bit of learning curve with wedding rings (and really all wedding things), but we appreciated them working with us to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. I was amazed with the unique and gorgeous design they came up with for my engagement ring with only a rough description and a couple of photos similar to what I was looking for.

I brought my engagement ring here to get resized. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. They told me I could expect my ring back in 2-3 days which was wonderful because other places were telling me at least a week. I got my ring back the NEXT DAY!! Wow, thats all I can say. I stopped in for a guard. The owner put ir on. I asked him how much it was. He said, it was $10.99. I was shocked. I asked if he could just take it off. I then asked, why it was so much. He wouldnt answer. The nice woman behind the desk said it is 14K gold. I said, that make a difference. I would like to have it after all. He took it off and told me to leave. I said, no I really would like to have it. He refused my business. He has no idea how to do business. He was extremely rude. Dont do business with him. There are too many jewelry stores out there that will treat you with common courtesy.

Before coming to this place I read a couple reviews about them. I noticed some negative reviews and some positive use however I wanted to check out this place myself. I brought my Rolex to get fixed due to issues with the Bezel. The owner had dad was very nice, and really took care of me and my watch as he knows it was very valuable to me. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. I definitely would not let the negative reviews affect your decision upon coming here.

I went in to Haddad Jewelers because I wanted a ring guard for my college class ring. I was given an estimate and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They couldnt have done a better job. I am so happy with how my ring looks. Ive had my class ring for 10 years and it looks brand new. I absolutely love my ring and the detail. I recently decided to remake an antique brooch into a ring. I researched designs online but found nothing appealing to me. I happened to look at the rings in Haddad Jewelers and found the perfect design. The craftsmanship was incredible as my diamonds were carefully removed from the brooch and placed in the ring. Kathy and John Haddad were extremely nice each time I visited the store; their work was amazing as well as affordable. The ring is absolutely beautiful!

I’ve been looking all over the place for a specific style ring that I wanted to get my wife for our 10th anniversary. Every store I went to either didn’t have it or simply didn’t understand my description. When I went to haddad jewelers, right off the bat they understood my description and didn’t have the exact one in store however told me that they can customize it to my description. While my purchases are not generally big at Haddad Jewelers, the personal attention shown to me and beautiful way every purchase is wrapped up for me makes me feel as though I am their best customer! That is just the way they are. I have had old pieces refurbished, new pieces created and special little first pearls necklace created for my niece from long held loose freshwater pearls I never knew what to do with. I feel fortunate to have them in my neighborhood and will always check with them first for that something special - big or small.

My daughter was needing to repair a clasp on a necklace that she bought from a different jeweler. We walked into Haddad and asked if they could repair the clasp for her. I went to Haddad based on the Google reviews. I needed insurance appraisals, wedding rings resized, and iridium polish. The appraisals were laminated and professionally presented. My rings were STUNNING. They looked brand new. Their selection of jewelry is phenomenal and they have so many beautiful pieces. Kathy and John were personable and professional.

We have been going to this jeweler almost since they opened. He sells wonderful high end custom designed pieces. You will not find the mass merchandising stuff you find at places like Kays. If you do not find what you want he will custom design your piece. He only uses the best stones and materials.If the piece does not come out the way you wanted it he will redo the piece. When dealing with a high quality dealer it is not customary to allow photos of his pieces (some one else gave a bad review because of that).He values his clientele and always takes all the time you necessary to get what you have envisioned or want. I know this from experience as I have had several custom pieces made for us. He has also takes the time to repair and/or refurbish my family watches and clocks so they can be handed down to future generations.As far as Rolex watches go his company really can make the repairs necessary to keep it in excellent working condition which is more than I can say for others.I would highly recommend Haddads Jewelers for those who have discerning taste and demand excellent service

John and Kathy go way beyond jewelry. I would call them friends. My boyfriend designed my ring with John and Kathy. When my soon to be husband proposed the ring was one size to small. I took it to John and Kathy and they had it resized 2 days later and I couldn’t be more grateful. I love my ring nd I won’t shop anywhere else! DO NOT GET ENGRAVINGS DONE HEREThe engraver they use ruined a baby bracelet I brought in to be engraved.The engraving was performed upside down, and to fix was they cut the nameplate and flipped it, then soldered it back together.Terrible.

I have been searching for a pre-owned Rolex for a year now and cant tell you how many different jewelers Ive been to, finding the watches they have in very disappointing conditions with the same general price everywhere; no box, and overall lacking knowledge of the Rolex watches in general.Finally, after months of searching I found Haddad Jewlers in Vintage Park. Mr Haddad was very patient with me, hearing all of my concerns and answering all my questions about the watch I was looking for. Only after a few days he had the exact datejust I wanted in stock. It was in mint condition, came with the box and manual! The price was great compared to all of the places I have browsed before, and he even included a warranty.
