I inherited a Omega watch from my father, the watch needed to be refurbished to better condition. I wanted it to be taken care of well and professionally. I called the Omega Boutique Galleria and Met Robert, he was so helpful and informative and excited to see the watch. He recommended a service and showed me the history of the watch, 1963 constellation with a pan face. I am confident he will tack great care of my watch. He also was professional and showed me around all the new models as I am interested in them.Overall this was a great decision to visit the store. I can’t wait to see my watch restored.Thank you

Sophie and Robert were extremely helpful when we brought in a 25 year old Omega that needed service. We received the watch in just a few weeks and it looks good as new. I really enjoyed talking watches with Robert, and Sophie is truly outstanding! She continually followed up on our concerns, she was genuine and sincere in making sure we were completely satisfied. I was visiting the area for the weekend and wanted a rubber strap for my Seamaster and Robert, who I am realizing was the manager of the boutique, delivered exceptionally great service. Very friendly, provided all the assistance to the best of his abilities and more. I wish that every time I walk into a boutique I get treated the way Robert does because unfortunately you will not get this kind of service anywhere else. So incredibly friendly and helpful. Got a new Speedy resized free of charge here. The I returned later because I couldnt figure out how to set the watch, even though it was. They then kindly explained to me how the dials work and which one was for seconds. I expected a place like this to be a bit hoity toity, but that couldnt have been further from what it was--relaxed, friendly, kind, and smart. I hope to return someday! Some absolutely stunning time pieces here.

Walked into the Omega boutique in the Galleria Mall in Houston, TX. From the moment I arrived Hannah was very helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to assist me. She was very knowledgeable in the product line and answered all my questions. The atmosphere in the store is inviting and friendly. Purchased a watch from this location over the summer. Thought the experience was okay, until I was in the Omega Boutique in San Antonio. Was blown away by the customer service. Only had a bracelet adjusted and another watch authenticated. Was treated like I was the only customer who mattered. Was given several Omega magazines and a watch case, plus the services were free.Was under the impression that a boutique buying experience was supposed to be something special. In Houston it wasnt. Probably not much different than buying a watch in Macys, kind of disappointing.

I have purchased 3 watches of the years from this store. Every time, the sales associate took the time to go over the different watches with me. I am usually a picky buyer when it comes to Swiss watches, and rightfully so when you are dropping that much money at once. Their patience with me, letting me try on watches over and over and over until I found the right one, was spectacular.Additionally, their watch repairman is equally as awesome. I had a couple watches I needed links put in. While he was installing the links, he overheard I was going to get lunch with my wife in the mall. He asked me to leave my watches with him. When I came back, the scratches in the bands were all polished out, links all tightened to spec, and their calibration along with pressure testing was performed on them. Now I am rough on watches. I dont believe they should be put in a case for display. They should be on your arm. Let me just say, these things looked nearly new when he handed them back to me.If you do have to wait a bit for a sales associate, just know that the time and attention they are giving that other customer, they will give to you as well.I saw a review by a custom complaining that his cousin got the watch cheaper on Jomashop. He needs to understand the difference between authorized retailers and grey market sales before he starts writing reviews on things he know nothing about. The watches on Jomashop or other similar online stores are authentic, however, they are not authorized retailers because they do not adhere to Omegas rules and guidelines regarding pricing and online sales.Additionally, with grey market sales, you do not get the manufacturers warranty. The only warranty you get is from the jewelry store you buy it from. I dont know about you, but I wouldnt trust anyone to repair my expensive watches other than the manufacturers of it. That said, there is nothing wrong with the watches. I have bought a couple grey market ones myself. But you do lose the warranty which can be costly if you get that one bad fluke of the bunch.

We drove over an hour to have 3 of our Omega watches cleaned and inspected this morning. Apparently the watch technician only works on certain days, and there is only one... really? And, not here today, of course. Ok. So then we asked about a new band for our vintage Omega watch... Sorry, we are all out of that size, but I just ordered more and we should have them in a few weeks. REALLY?!? So, Omega wont let anyone besides official Omega boutiques sell their watches or service (within last 5 years), but their boutiques arent really full service? And, if you really need SERVICE, then your watch has to be shipped off. Wow, really unacceptable. Rolex for us from now on......

The customer service here is horrible. Took my Omega watches in for a check and clean and apparently they only have one Horologist who works only 4 days a week. What? And, if you need service, it will get sent out. Didnt Omega quit selling outside of boutiques to ensure best customer service? WRONG. Bottomline, dont waste your money on an Omega, save a little more money and buy a Rolex instead.

Enrique and his staff are incredible. The staff give you all the time you need. The in store displays are a sight to be seen and frequently updated. They’re absolute works of art. Enrique really does his best to assist the customer. Every time I stop by he offers to do a pressure testing and accuracy test while my wife and I have lunch. He goes above and beyond and is in part the reason I keep coming back. Their selection is fantastic and if there is something you need that they don’t have in store they’ll order for you right then and there. I highly recommend this Omega Boutique.

I was not sure what to expect when we stopped by because of the mixed reviews. From the moment we walked in we were treated like valued customers from the jump. Glenda Morejon personable & professional from the moment she introduced herself, even though we were not planning on buying this visit. She showed us the Professional Moonwatch I had been considering, explained the history to my wife (way better than I did) & answered all of our questions. They greeted my by name offered me champagne and had all the patience to deal with my picky selections. I must say they are the best and i have zero negative things to say.
