I did not have a lot of space to work with and I needed to make sure that the dumpster company had an experienced driver that could handle the tight area without damaging any property. Not only did they do a great job, they gave me a heads up call to tell me they were on their way. With fair prices and awesome on-time service, I would definitely use them again!

I work here and this is the best job that I have held and holding down since my incarceration. Very good people I work with here which makes the job even more worth while. The pay is really good with benefits. This is a 2 nd chance type of job for all exconvicts. Totally rebuilding my life and never looking back.

I have to use this company for work. I call them at least 1-3 times a week to swap out dumpsters. My co-worker had to cover for me while I was out on vacation for ONE WEEK, and although the customer service reps have never once remembered my name even though its on the account, they remembered her name, and then repeatedly asked me if my name was Adam. I very clearly have a womans voice and have called them over and over and over during my year at this company. I am really sick of the terrible service and constant insulting behavior.They also refuse to do dumpster swap outs on the same day which is extremely inconvenient for my business.

Ive been using Gainsborough for over 18 years and theyve never let me down. This is a service oriented business and they understand their customers needs. Best roll-off company out there hands down! This company is very unprofessional when it comes to handling situations where their loads are not secure. The operational manager will hang up in your face the safety manager will give you the run around even after having video that incident occurred with this company For the record Ive Uploaded a video to you guys Facebook page it wasnt a rock that came off the highway it was stuff coming off the back of you guys truck customer service is not where you guys stand why should I have to file with my insurance company when it you guys fault

Gainsborough has been hauling my waste for years. As a new car dealer, we have a tremendous amount of trash that builds up.I have found them to be professional and very good at what they do. Their prices are very competitive and the service is excellent.I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

Been a customer of Texas Outhouse for a while, I have no complaints with the servicing of my port-a-cans or dumpsters they are always serviced on the time scheduled. When my dumpsters need an extra service, I contact their dispatch and its handled with a single phone call. I have dealt with Jason Odom on several occasions found him to be very professional along with understand of my companies needs. I highly recommend Texas Outhouse and Jason Odom to all my customers.

These people have NO concern about public safety and are constantly driving on highways without properly securing their load. In my specific situation, a piece of scaffolding flew out of the overfilled truck and slammed into my car. I caught up to the driver in an attempt to flag him down and just shrugged me off. Total jackass. Seriously if you see one of these trucks on the road maintain as much distance as possible.

Our house burned down and our insurance company put us in a small travel trailer on our property. We have two 40 gallon waste tanks, 1 grey water and 1 black water. They were prepaid for 2 months to come out twice a week and service the tanks, they only been out once since July 3rd. Our contact person has spoken to them multiple times and I called them myself today. UPDATESince posting that review, the company has made exceptional efforts to correct the problems. Im so pleased with how the have responded. It is very refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their image and about taking care of their customers.

Terrible experience!! Worst ran Company there is. Used them this past May and not only were they 2 hours late from the time they said they would arrive, they where also 4 hours late picking them up! Both times this left me stuck out there waiting on them for hours with out a call!! Then when I called in, which took 4 phone calls, there plant manager Jason Odom, he was instantly rude and had the I dont care if you get your containers or not attitude! and just offered no assistance at all, besides telling me to hold tight! Use anyone else, dont waste your time. Jason Odom is a joke.
