They have not picked up my trash in a month 311 is no help they just keep putting in reports then closing them before the problem is resolved just horrible service my neighbors all have there cans serviced and I have even moved it to 3 different locations just incase.

Since hurricane Harvey they do not pick up trash regularly. I thought it was just due to hurricane issues. Now it has been over a year later and still no regular services.

Took out recycle bin over a week me and five other neighbor ♻️ bin was left behind and it still out on the caver.I call 311 on Saturday 28/2019/ our schedule day was on Friday 27/2019 i call 311 on Monday,Tuesday, and Today, All they tell is to leave it Out, Next week october 11/2019/ is the next pickup.I WILL NO LONGER DO RECYCLING BIN THANK TO HOUSTON SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR NOT RESPONDING OR SENDING SOMEONE OUT TO PICKUP THE RECYCLE ♻️ THAT WAS LEFT BEHIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry workers. They pick and choose what trash bin they want to pick up. Ive had other neighbors put far worse in their trash bins.
