Worst and lousy services. Definitely not recommend for using this company. Always try to charge extra money with overpriced service.

Waste Management has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The reps are so conceded and arrogant that they really shouldnt be on the phone. The lack of execution for a simple task of picking up my bin after cancellation was terrible. I had to call every day for 6 days until they finally picked it up. And why did I cancel service? A 30 year customer cancels because a Waste Management truck would prefer to attempt to not allow me to merge on the highway during rush hour (2 miles an hour on the on-ramp) to get 1 car length ahead. And then he has to drive to within 6 inches of my rear to prove.... what? Ask yourself about lifetime value. Figure it out. $70,000 paid to WM over 30 years and flush away because no one cared when I called? Your loss.

They sent me a bill with a due date of upon reciept although my account was current. Then, 10 days later, when the bills are usually due 30 days after billing, they picked up like 90% of trash cans in the neighborhood. Guess what, theyve neglected to send me a sticker. No communication to customers that they would be picking up trash cans without stickers. A lot of people actually paid. Horrible way to do business.

Lousy service. Going on six weeks waiting for a replacement container. No response from Lancaster, CA management. Each call results in promises to correct the situation. What does it take to get a container replaced?

If the U.S. Postal Service loses your payment, Waste Management will suspend service without warning and then want to charge $65.00 to activate service even if you have been a customer for over ten years. They are like dealing with the mob.

The hardly ever answer the phone and charge fees on the bill that they can not explain. Its ridiculous

Drivers are horrible on the road, they dont care about incoming traffic or anything, maybe need more training or hire professional drivers.

This company IS garbage... worst customer service, acts like a monopoly! I called in a complaint, the driver only became more ignorant and the route manager, Douglas philps only ignored me. If you want to see this  companies customer service, look up what they did to the people in Grand rapids Michigan with the toxic water and the polluted air to the people in Tully town pa, not to mention what they did to there own shareholders

Well I went out of town for 4days and came back on Wednesday,which was trash day I called the waste management and the lady I spoke with idk her name she said they would go by my house and pick it up.I just want to say what gd business they have and how they deal with there customers..thank you very much I really appreciate it..
