In 2018 we became customers of Trilogy for our Biomedical waste. Andrew Rodriguez was our Customer Service contact and I immediately knew that we were in good hands. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. There was always a quick response and answer to any question or situation we might encounter. Since that time, we have also added shredding as part of ourservice. Both are picked up on the same day and it is a pleasure. We would highly recommend working with Andrew and Trilogy.

Trilogy MedWaste has done our biomedical waste services for a year now and we were completely happy with their services and staff. Recently, they shared that they could provide confidential shredding services as well and bundle our pricing. They saved us $55/month and we have a better situation with additional boxes! I would give them negative stars if that were possible!!!! Horrible customer service. It took us almost a year of emails back and forth, trying to deal with a contract issue after Trilogy bought out the company we were using for medical waste removal. We would be emailing back and forth with the same person, then all of a sudden he would stop replying and when we would ask for an update, he would act like he had no clue what we were talking about and we would have to start all over from the beginning, even after forwarding his own emails back to him.... All together, a horrible experience when dealing with this ridiculous company.

They are the worst! Customer service is terrible and tried to charge me extra fees. Stay away at all costs. I put my trust in them as a dental start-up and they try and screw me over. They say one thing and then charge you out of the blue.

I agree with the other reviews and from the looks of it the dysfunction in this company is rampant from top to bottom. Been in business for 30 years and have never seen so much chaos within a company let alone a medical waste company. We were with them for a short time but we could sense that their lack of communication and customer service were terrible! Save yourself from the headaches and stay away from this company.

This is the worse company ever. Very poor customer service. When you have an issue with pick up no one can answer your questions. They switch drivers all the time and no communication between them. I have 3 locations with them and Im changing medwaste company. Dont waste your time and energy with this company.
