I had a Google Pixel phone that I took to the on 7.16.2021. I was able to pick my phone up on 7.29.2021. They were not able to fix my phone, which is not what I am upset by. I was the one whole damaged my phone and they seemed to try various things to fix it. My major complaint was the lack of communication. Not once did I receive a phone call from them. I had to consistently call and check on how things were going. There were several times where I was told that I would be receiving a phone call from them the next day, by the end of the day, 5 minutes, or 20 minutes later. But I never received those phone calls. They never called me with updates on my phone. I was trying to receive my phone back before I left for vacation and I was pretty open by that. They said I would have my phone before I went on vacation but the day of vacation rolled around and it was not done. While I was on vacation they were able to diagnosis my phone but they never called me to tell me that they couldnt fix it - I never said they should not call me while I was on vacation. I would suggest a little better communication. I would not be so upset if the communication was better and if I was provided updates about my phone along the way.

These guys are great! I was given a fair price for a replacement screen. The repair took 25 minutes, and they even gave me a free screen protector!! Definitely recommend them

Both gentlemen I worked with at this location were professional, nice and got my screen replacement completed within the specified amount of time. I was a walk-in and they got right on it. If youre lucky enough, they may even have a slightly used screen they can install for a lower price than brand new. Would definitely use these guys again.

Reshad has fixed my phone twice now, both times he was very efficient and fixed it when I honestly thought I was going to have to but an entirely new phone. Price is very reasonable and friendly customer service. This is definitely my go to place for getting my phone fixed.

Pricey, but overall pleased. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra screen replaced and it only took about 2 hours. I would recommend them if you have the money to spend for quality repairs!

Dont trust these folks with your phone. They have a history of invading privacy and impersonating folks.I dropped off a cracked screen for repair in April 2021. They did an OK job fixing it. The home button never lined up and the lower corner of the glass lifted up again after a couple weeks. Not great—not the end of the world. But thats not the problem.Turns out while they had my phone, someone took the liberty of logging into my Google account and posting a review about how great Reshad is at some other business I never heard of. Scanning the reviews of this place, looks like theres a Reshad working here too.Whoever Reshad is, I wouldnt hand him your phone. And if you dont want someone snooping through your devices, take your electronics elsewhere for repair. Some of the other reviews mention similar experiences, so this sounds like an ongoing problem with this joint.Before it comes up—if someone responds to this—Im not a competitor posting a fake review. First, I dont know if I gave my name to these guys or not, so I might not be in their customer list. Dont believe that. Second, FAKE REVIEW! is kind of a weird card for these guys to play, since theyre posting fake reviews about themselves from their customers devices.

This place should be called IPHONE Ambulance, and seems it is not suitable for repairing other phones models ) I left them my phone and was surprised when I faced significant mistakes they made disassembling my phone. Ok, I understand they have never worked with such models, but even on Youtube there a lot of videos how to do this correctly. Plus they took order to work!1. They cut touch id connector2. They didnt get back all screws3. They made hole in metal panel and damaged the cableMy losses here are -55$ for labor and probably damaged motherboard -85$.Overall, maybe they able repair Apple phones qualitatively, just because all works kind of standardized. But I recommend choose another service for not Apple brands.P.S. This is not fake review. Phone was Xiaomi MI 8 lite, water damage issue. Was performed replacement of motherboard. Client last name - Erostenko. I like your attitude towards customers, but you should pay more attention to technical professionalism, your employees damaged the phone parts, thats a fact.

Walked in thinking I’ll be paying $275 and on the top of that I really thought that I was going to have to leave my phone for a day.The rep asked that I wait for 30min and for only $130. Doesn’t get any better than that. Especially after missing work for 2days do to not having my phone

I don’t usually write reviews but this people are not professional they will give you a price and end up charging you a different higher amount, my sister went over to get her screen fix this wasn’t her first time there she had her husband’s screen fixed there before and she paid a $100 but my brother in law was with her this time she took hers and the man there told her it will cost her $120 she said ok but when she swiped her card the total was different they charged her $160 she tried to ask him why so much but she doesn’t speak English so this man took advantage of that please don’t go there this people will over charge you and take advantage of people because they can’t communicate !! Take your money somewhere else as we will

I came to Phone Repair Ambulance Westchase on May 23 to get my iPhone XS Max screen replaced and was quoted $169 for the screen replacement. The only reason I came to them was because the Apple store was not open due to the pandemic and still is not open unless you mail in your phone. When I received my phone, I noticed the screen had a yellow tint. I informed the tech who then told me its because they replaced the cracked screen with a low quality screen.If I was to want my screen to have the initial Apple brightness/color, it wouldnt be possible as they purchased the screen from a third party vendor as Apple does not sell the original screens.Thus, the low price to get it replaced - the saying you pay for what you get.I understood that and they gave me an option to replace it with a higher quality screen for an extra $200 something dollars. I dont remember the actual amount.I understand that the screen quality was not going to be comparable to the original screen, but they should have informed me that there would be a yellow tint instead of the normal white tint prior to the service. Even though it was a minor inconvenience, I decided to upgrade paying roughly $450-500 dollars for a screen replacement.Which is a lot -- you could literally buy a phone with that money. However I was desperate. I didnt write a bad review then because obviously I had a part of the miscommunication in the screen repair.Fast forward roughly 5 months... i.e this week.I noticed that the top of my top of my screen was unresponsive to touch.I went to Apple Support online to try to resolve the issue, but was informed I would need a screen replacement. So I go back here to fix it. as Apple stores are still currently closed. I speak to Reshad who understood my situation and relayed the message to this manager, Josh. Who then tells him that he could not repair the phone without a charge as it has passed the 30 day grace period.My phone had no damage until now - I used a screen protector and kept good care Attached are pictures of my phone for proof Im not just writing a fake review or that my phone had any issue outside of what Im writing.The phone just suddenly had an unresponsive top screen. I asked what could be the problem. He told me that there could be two issues -1. screen replacement2. lcd issue.This caused me to go livid as one, the screen had no cracks or issue until this week and two, I did not have a LCD issue prior to entrusting them with my screen repair.This issue happened after I gave them my phone, but because its passed the grace period, they cannot fix the phone for me without paying. So basically theyre asking me to pay them to fix what they created because suddenly the issue started to occur outside of the grace period.The manager apparently tried to negotiate by stating that I would only be paying for the repair, but not the service. Thats ridiculous.I paid to have my screen replaced that worked perfectly fine, I was just irritated by the crack screen. I was initially happy with the repair for roughly 5 months and suddenly the top of the screen is unresponsive so now I have to pay to get it fixed b/c its passed the grace period.I would gladly pay for it if I was the one who caused the issue, I mean I forked out ~$450-$500 because I was desperate, but clearly the issue came about after whoever replaced my screen as there was no LCD issue prior to this as it was just a screen replacement and the screen currently has no issue.I understand that Reshad was just the messenger so I tried my best not to go Karen on him. Which I have never done in my life nor have I ever encountered a situation like this.I told him to give me the number to Josh to follow up on the situation. He told me to call around 5:30-6 when he comes back to the store. When I called right now at 5:53 P.M., Reshad answers and tells me that hes still not in and to call back Monday as they are closed on Sunday. I will update on the situation once I get contacted.

Its a nice cellphone repairing store depending what kinda cellphone are you using. Some pupolar ones cheap but some not brand name ones relatively expensive needing imported from abroad.

If i could give these guys a zero rating, i would give them that. First of all, the general manager has no customer service skills, he is rude and doesn’t listen. I purchased a new screen replacement 2weeks ago, once i got home i noticed that screen kept turning on and off randomly which kept killing my battery life. I was planning to take it back to them to fix it and then one day my phone fell off my desk, literally 2-3 ft height and screen cracked. (I was in shock since prior to their replacement the original apple screen had never cracked on me before like that.)There is a saying that says you get, what you paid for! Well now i realized why i should have never used theses guys. I paid $166 for screen that cracked with one small drop. I should have purchased it from apple and saved my self all this trouble. I tried to talk to manager and explain situation and he was rude and kept interrupting me when i tried to explain. Do yourself a favor and just go to the apple store or another reputable company that will give you good quality parts and will do a flawless installation. By the way, my screen still turns on and off by itself and it kills my battery. I’ll just go to apple instead and buy myself a new phone.

My coworker dropped and cracked my phone and dropped it off here to be fixed. I got my phone back and immediately felt glass at all of the edges of my phone. They clearly did not remove ALL of the broken glass before putting the new glass on. The edges are super rough compared to how it used to be. I’m not 100% on this but I also believe that they dropped my phone or something and just didn’t tell me because it now has a crack in the camera lens and there is a BLACK smudge on the side that wasn’t there previously. The employee came out trying to clean it off before handing it to me. They then tried to get me to write a review in exchange for a screen protector. I didn’t have time to do so and I’m glad I didn’t because I am not satisfied with the job that they did.

I was pleased with the intial service, however, the day after my screen was replaced it fell out of my sons pocket and completely shattered. Even with the screen protector that phone repair ambulance put on there, and upon further inspection it looks like the glass or whatever material used to replace my glass screen is very thin and not as good of quality as I would hope for. I contacted phone repair ambulance and they said I could get it replaced with a discount but then never answered my inquiry about the quality of screen glass they are using. As a single mom my options are limited. The screen protector was not up to par either .I guess you really do get what you pay for.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was very dissatisfied with the service from this establishment. I came in 3/6/18 around 5:30 to have my Samsung S7 that was severely cracked on the back & had 1 -2 small cracks on the front of the phone repaired. I called & was quoted a price & upon arrival was told something much more after explaining that I had called previously Frost, the gentleman helping me mumbled something irrelevant for the misinformation. As I was leaving explaining that was the only reason for coming to that particular repair store he worked out a cash deal that would lower the price & stated the phone would be ready in about an hour. The process took about an hour & 1/ 2 & I was satisfied with how the phone looked AT FIRST. As I was getting in my car *literally parked right outside the door* I noticed a pin sized purple dot that looked like a bleeding pen mark, I immediately walked back inside & inquired about it Frost tried to tell me it was my screensaver at 1st, I explained that it was not present when I brought the phone in for repair. He asked me to bring it back in the next day & he would fix it no charge as it was clearly a botched job I explained that wouldnt work because of my work schedule I had him put it in writing the repair would be done at no charge the next time I could make it back in. Throughout the evening the LCD damage spread severely & by end of night the entire screen was out & I was livid. I brought it back the next day & a younger guy fixed it within an hour as promised & not even 10 minutes after leaving the same issue had occurred except quicker the LCD had gone out & I was in awe about the lack of customer service when I called to explain what was going on and that I was on my way back AGAIN! When I arrived Frost explained he would get it right and have it done, mind you no apology given, no responsibility taken. The phone was not repaired correctly until over 24hours later. Overall my experience w/ this place sucked & I DO NOT RECCOMMEND to anyone. The time wasted, money spent, and various trips back & forth was not worth having my phone fixed by this establishment.

I had cracks on the front and back screen and they were able to repair both for a good price and not to mention within a timely manner!UPDATE: Since getting my screen repaired, my phone has had several issues! Screen dimming and lighting by itself, screen completely blacking out, screen moving on its own, touch pressure off, front camera not working. I’ve taken my phone back to them 6 TIMES within 30 days to have the exact same issues occur. I requested a refund before my 30 day warranty ended and the manager gave me the run around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PHONE HERE. Use your phone’s insurance instead!

I broke my phone over the weekend where several white lines popped up, I emailed and called for a quote and they responded super quickly, and they come right to you if you need! Which is what I needed, I was able to get my phone fixed the same day I called. Omar called me as soon as I made my appointment and was able to answer all my concerns professionally. He showed up within the time I had requested for and he did an amazing job fixing my screen and placing a glass screen protector for me! I went here to get my samsung galaxy s20+ 5g fixed. They did replace the glass but messed up the blue color in the back, my front facing camera, then had it for almost a month. They had me driving back and forth at least 5 times saying it was fixed and it was only to direct me to the samsung store where I find out phone ambulance isnt authorized to fix the phone and lose the warranty I had. Oh and they charged me 380 and samsung price would of been 2 and some change on top of being told my phone was the first they tired

I tool my phone to get a diagnosis on the power issue. After almost 3 weeks they never called me to tell me it had been diagnosed I had to showed up and there was no paperwork showing the issue, the guy behind the counter just remembered the issue with my phone cause they told him. It was all very deceiving to me. And they wanted to charge me $350-$400 to fix the phone. I just walked out and would never recommend this place to anyone....

Gave them a perfect iPad mini with a cracked screen. They first said they couldn’t get it to fit. Then they put it on and said it wouldn’t turn. The home button wasn’t working and it kept cutting off. Sent it to the lab still didn’t fix it. Now they won’t give us the money back and it doesn’t work the same. Do not spend your money here.This is not a competitor it is the real thing. Do not spend money here! Rip off

I had a wonderful experience here. They fixed my phone in less than thirty minutes. All I needed was to replace my screen and they did it so quickly and efficiently.

THEY STOLE MY PHONEPlease do come here to repair your devices. I went to get my iPhone X fixed because it would not turn on, and in a couple weeks they said they lost my phone and were not able to locate it. They said they could not do anything about it because of the 30 day policy, but the lost it before the 30 days... I fought hard to get my phone back or at least my money back but the “manager” just told me that it was my fault for not being responsible and not checking up on the process of my phone repair. And what gets me so mad is the fact that they told me they would call me when it was ready and they never did, so they took my money and my phone.
